"Nice hotel, close to most tourist spots, including bars and restaurants. Staff were good, room was large but more expensive than Mexico City in terms of value.
WIFI was spotty, breakfast was not great, but good enough to start the day off with.
They need to do some basic maintenance in bathrooms, toilet handle inside tank and shower-head had a-lot of calcium buildup that could be fixed with replacement or vinegar and baking soda."

"The hotel was very nice, and for the price it seemed excellent! We liked it had parking and faced there was a xxo."
Beautiful and insta-worthy property, location is a bit off the main attractions but close to bus station. More self serve check in with no reception nor service, room has no proper window, no kettle for hot water, however bed is very comfortable. Pricey and not much amenity, won’t choose to stay here again.
The tourist spots in the center were convenient locations that could be reached anywhere on foot.
It was also very convenient to have restaurants and cafes in the hotel. I went to the restaurant twice during my stay and it was delicious at a relatively affordable price.
The exterior and interior of the hotel were very fashionable and cute, especially when I stayed, it was beautifully decorated because it was the day of the dead.
The room was clean, but it seemed a bit old and there were few outlets and no refrigerator, but there was no particular problem.
The hotel can best be described as ‘funky.’ It is NOT a luxury hotel but does charge luxury hotel prices. Rooms are small. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom and shower were small with hardly any counter space. Room lighting is dark.
Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Pool is tiny and unheated. Restaurant is not handicap accessible. Free breakfast was OK. Road construction and teacher demonstration encampments made pickups at the hotel impossible. No one told us this prior. Would not stay here again.
