This resort was an absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish. The atmosphere was welcoming, the food was delicious, and everything felt thoughtfully put together. Every dish was perfectly prepared and full of flavor—honestly, everything was spot on.
What really made the visit special, though, was the staff. They were incredibly friendly, attentive, and genuinely made us feel valued throughout the entire meal. Their service elevated the whole experience.
If I had to suggest one small improvement, it would be the entertainment team. While everything else was excellent, the entertainment didn’t quite match the same high standard as the rest of the experience.
Overall, a wonderful place that I’d happily recommend and return to!

The food was indeed delicious, and the wine was good, too. We ate eight meals a day, and the minibar in the room was restocked promptly. The Turkish bath was interesting, and the massage was okay. The price was negotiable: a 40-minute bath plus a 60-minute essential oil massage cost 110 euros per person. The pool, which was directly connected to the room, was quite large, and the lounge chairs were much more comfortable than in the public area. The water was a bit salty, but it was clean. The downside was that the town next door wasn't very interesting, and the water, while clear, wasn't very blue, which was disappointing. Also, there were too few bath towels.

Paloma is very nice old hotel with beautiful view, we enjoyed “all inclusive” food & drinks. Room is fine, but very cold on February, we sleep with noizzy AC alnightlong. Matras is fine, but Towels is very old and grey even if they change everyday, cleaning room is “so so quality”, should be better in 5* hotel. Most of tourist there is elders from EU. At night Paloma arranged disco in bar.
In hotel is great outside swimming pool which is only for view on winter because cold. Inside is small swimming pool not very good, uncomfortable, beds and changing room is old furniture and everything dirty, when we was there no stuff accompany. Bar and restaurants is very good, food is tasty. Hotel show collection of old cars. Hotel is nearby ancient town about 1 hour walk you can enjoy old street and temple.

Nice hotel with decent food and good level of amenities.
Some amenities that are advertised such as room service or iron in the room aren’t actually avaliable. Also, limited number of staff speak English so communication can be difficult.
If you’re travelling with young kids, please be aware than loud music can be heard in the rooms until 11pm.
Overall a decent place to stay but could do better.

We stayed at the Selin Hotel for the weekend. We stayed in a cute single-story room very close to the beach. The food was really good. The staff was very friendly, polite and helpful. The pool at the Selin Hotel was quiet and clean. Spending time in the aqua park was fun for my son. We are definitely considering staying again.

More sandy beach would be nice
Iam lucky to say ive travelled right across the world and this hotel surprised me as other experiences in turkey where not so good alot of Germans and little people to speak to in English but not a major thing for me.
I most definitely will be back and I never go back to the same place so thank you a a relaxing stay.

This hotels is massive with at least three separate buildings and apartment buildings too. Food was ok for dinner, snack bats were good.
The general repair of the hotel was low: chipping paint in lobby, bubbled up wood on reception, broken trim in room, etc.
The big plus was the quiet pool for those who do not want screaming kids and loud music.
Not a fan of outside of the hotels, no restaurants or cafes to speak of, just shopping, which I understand: what’s the point when everything is all inclusive.
All in all a nice stay, premium alcohol was available and midnight to 3AM food.

Павел ИнгликовQuiet hotel, animation on the beach, a 10-minute walk from the hotel to Revy’s singing, a sharp water inlet, no soles of feet 2 meters from the shore, no free sunbeds, 90% broken or even insufficient food regulations4, It can be seen that the hotel used to be very good, but in a hurry and covid repairs (staff on the beach, animators, towels and sunbeds are kept) killed the desire to come here again. We made a good discount, so the price/quality ratio is very satisfactory.

This resort is absolutely massive, and they do an excellent job of keeping it spotless. The facilities are impressive, with multiple swimming pools and a beautiful private beach. The overall aesthetic of the place is quite charming, and we especially enjoyed the water park it was a highlight of our stay. The buffet offered a wide range of options, and the food quality was consistently good.
That said, I’m giving this resort a four-star rating for a few key reasons. Firstly, communication was a major challenge. The majority of the staff do not speak or understand English, which made even simple requests difficult. We had to rely on the Client Relationship team for any assistance, as they were the only ones who could help us in English.
Another issue that affected our comfort significantly was the climate control. We visited in May when the temperature was around 20°C and felt unusually hot indoors. Strangely, the air conditioning wasn't working they had the heating on instead. We found it really uncomfortable, and it made it hard to rest or sleep in our room.
Additionally, the quality of the towels could be improved, and the mattress was extremely firm, which again affected our ability to sleep well. It’s surprising for a resort of this scale not to offer late checkout even when rooms are clearly available which felt unnecessarily rigid.
If the management addresses these concerns especially language accessibility, climate control, and overall guest comfort, this place could easily become a five-star destination. Despite these setbacks, we still had an enjoyable time overall.

Guest UserThe hotel is right by the sea, three or five minutes away from the station, close to the museum, with its own restaurant, beach, tea house, the entire hotel is as large as a garden, the greenery is very good, and it is based on hillsides and monuments. The staff was very welcoming, the room was cleaned every day, and a heart-shaped towel was made with bougainvillea. The balcony was filled with fragrant honeysuckle in the morning, and the orange tree had fruit. Our room was just for the promotion of China, Japan and Korea, and it was a dinner. The buffet breakfast was very rich. In a scenic spot where dining is generally expensive, it is really wonderful to have a free dinner! Live and don't want to go. Asian tourists are very rare, they are very friendly to us and highly recommend this hotel!
