The hygiene was quite concerning. As soon as I checked into the room, I saw the previous guest's food delivery receipt conspicuously stuck near the wall art. It took too long to change rooms, and the soundproofing was terrible. I would not recommend staying here.

This newly opened hotel is just… indescribable. The moment I walked into the room, I was hit by an overwhelming smell of formaldehyde. I stayed one night and woke up with a headache and nausea. As for the breakfast quality, the soy milk machine was broken, the toaster was broken, and even before 9:30 AM (it's supposed to be served until 10 AM), there was practically nothing left. It was the first time I've ever gone hungry at a hotel. Then there's the room key card – it stopped working more than three times in a single day, forcing me to go back and forth to get it reactivated. What's worse is the after-sales service, which was absolutely disgusting. They shirked all responsibility, denied any formaldehyde issues, and demanded that *I* provide a testing report! I'm here on vacation, and when a problem like this arises, I'm expected to gather evidence myself??? It's laughable. When I reported the issues, the manager replied, 'I already upgraded your room type before' – which was completely untrue and fabricated. Their service skills are clearly lacking; they just make things up. The only positive was that the staff's service attitude was still good. Everyone, please think carefully before choosing to stay here. While I was there, multiple guests in the elevator expressed having the same problems. A hotel that doesn't prioritize guest health is truly something else; everyone needs to open their eyes. I quickly fled the next day. Even now, recalling the stay makes me feel incredibly uncomfortable!

好久沒有住過如家酒店了，這次4.0新版本讓我耳目一新，品質跟服務都跟上來了，雖然新開業但是一點味道沒有，前台服務好，還有自助洗衣機，早餐也不錯跟價格匹配，為什麼分數不給高，因為是新店感覺有點手忙腳亂，外面停車位少了一點點。就是很想給你服務好，就是總差那麼點，比如客房打掃比較慢需要等一下，總枱不錯的。

本次宏村之行入住如家感受很好，門店環境整潔，客房打掃細緻，空氣質量良好，居住體感舒適。工作人員態度友善，特別是小葉，給我安排的房間很好，服務貼心，遇事響應及時，溝通順暢，地理位置優越，靠近景區，配套完善，整體體驗超出預期，非常滿意。
