My visit to the park was on a Saturday in October. The weather was warm and lightly rainy, which added a special touch to the atmosphere. The park wasn't too crowded, so there was plenty of space to spread out across the expansive grounds. There was no wait at the entrance either. What's particularly nice is that you can see both giant pandas and red pandas here. There are small stalls and places to buy snacks, coffee, and fresh fruit throughout the park – so there's something for everyone. For families with small children, it's also convenient that you can rent a stroller for 50 ¥. Since the park is quite large, you should plan to spend several hours if you want to explore everything at a leisurely pace. We spent about two hours in total. That was plenty of time to see both panda species, enjoy a snack, and take a pleasant stroll through the park.

The cons are also clear: the facilities are a bit old, the parking lot is narrow, it's not smart at all, and there aren't even enough power outlets. Not to sound exaggerated, but Grand ParcVue Hotel is by far one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. Having travelled to many countries and stayed in different types of hotels, I would rank the overall experience and service here among the top tier. I stayed in a Deluxe King Room for 3 days and 2 nights and was already impressed upon arrival. I checked in at around 1am and was warmly welcomed by the friendly staff before being assigned a room on the 23rd floor. There was a slight unpleasant smell in the room, possibly coming from the kitchen, but it wasn't a major issue as I could close the doors to prevent it from coming in. I bought an air freshener myself, and what impressed me was that the manager came personally the next day to check on the situation and even provided an air purifier. The breakfast was another highlight. I enjoyed trying the local dan dan noodles, and I noticed many international guests from Korea, Japan and Western countries. The dining hall staff were all friendly and professional. The gym on the 6th floor was also surprisingly well-equipped, with a good selection of dumbbells and machines for a full-body workout. Even more impressive was the Relaxation Room on the 7th floor, where guests can enjoy several massage chairs 24 hours a day. There is also a Business Lounge on the same floor, which is a great place for meetings, conversations or simply getting some work done. The hotel is also directly connected to Yanlord Mall, so you will never have to worry about finding restaurants or shops. Do note that it is a high-end mall, so food there can be relatively expensive. One thing I particularly appreciated was the hotel's hospitality even after checkout—I was offered access to the Business Lounge on my final day so I could conduct my online classes comfortably before heading to the airport. Overall, I had an excellent stay at Grand ParcVue Hotel. The combination of great facilities, convenient location and, most importantly, genuinely attentive service made this stay memorable. I would have no hesitation booking this hotel again if I return to Chengdu. **Highly recommended!**

It was conveniently located on the same floor as the lounge, giving it a homey, 'just walk over to your living room' feel. I skipped breakfast but experienced everything else. The afternoon tea looked lovely, but if I stayed another day, I wouldn't want the full set; I dislike waste, so I preferred the self-service options. The freshly prepared dishes for lunch and dinner were fantastic. I wasn't a fan of the butler's excessive enthusiasm, but then again, it also felt a bit strange to have no one around at all – maybe my status wasn't high enough. I decided to stay here after reading many reviews, so I wanted to write a more detailed one for others. If my next trip isn't too rushed, I would definitely choose this place again. Oh, and many people mention asking for the little lion souvenirs; honestly, they're quite ugly. I'd only take one if it were offered proactively. Buy one? No way.

We had a one-night stay at The St. Regis Chengdu. Overall, the hotel was well maintained, with excellent cleanliness throughout the property. The room was clean, as were the common areas such as the lift lobby and gym. The hotel staff, including the Front Desk, Concierge and Bell Team, were attentive, professional and readily available to assist. Their service contributed positively to our stay and reflected the level of hospitality expected of a St. Regis property. However, the comfort and functionality of the room assigned to us could be improved. The mattress felt somewhat sunken and was not as firm or comfortable as expected. Given the standards associated with the St. Regis brand, we felt that the sleeping comfort could have been better. There were also a few functional issues. The quick-dial “Reception” button on the room telephone was not working, leaving us uncertain whether to press 0 or 9 when assistance was required. In addition, the touch-sensitive buttons in the room were not particularly responsive, which made them less intuitive and convenient to use. Overall, the stay was satisfactory. The St. Regis team delivered good and attentive service, and the property was clean and well maintained. However, the room comfort and some of the in-room functions fell short of the standards we would expect from a St. Regis property.

The staffs are helpful but might hv some difficulty to understand some crucial request. I asked for no room clean but need water bottles and ended up getting none. I very like the carpetted room but I found few strains of hair left, the housekeepers could do abit more hard vacuum during cleaning I guess. Others were spotless. There a lot of eateries and shops around the hotel and this is very convenient for guests. The local post office is nearby for someone love to postcross too. Very recommend this hotel for all travellers coming to Chengdu.

The hotel is hard to locate as the access to the hotel front is hidden at first but once you find it a great location very near to the famous IFS mall. The room is clean and the bed is very comfortable. The shower water pressure is strong and stable. The hotel has a few complimentary washing machines but there is only ONE on the 10 floor. Our room comes with breakfast and it's on the 7th floor. The hotel is very near to the Chungxi road station so going to other locations is easy.

I highly recommend Ascott Raffles City Chengdu! The location is unbeatable, directly connected to Raffles City Mall with plenty of dining options and a supermarket downstairs. It's also close to the Provincial Sports Centre subway station, making it incredibly convenient for getting to all the major attractions. Compared to a regular hotel, a serviced apartment truly shines. The room is spacious, featuring a separate living room and bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen, and a washer-dryer combo – perfect for keeping clothes clean on longer trips. The room itself is spotless, the bedding is comfortable, and the soundproofing is excellent. The front desk staff are warm, polite, and respond promptly to requests. The apartment also boasts a heated swimming pool and a gym, ideal for relaxing and unwinding after a day of travel. It's perfectly suited for both short getaways and layovers. Overall, we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay, although our first impression could have been a little better. The hotel itself is beautiful, comfortable, and very pleasant. However, when we first arrived, I felt that the front desk staff were a little cool and robotic, so the welcome didn’t feel as warm as I expected. The staff who helped us with our luggage to the room also didn’t really introduce the hotel or its facilities, and the security guard we met on our first night didn’t seem very friendly either. These small things made our first impression of the service a little disappointing. Luckily, things became much better from the second day onwards. The staff we met later, especially on our check-out day, were friendly, warm, and always willing to help. Their attitude really made a difference and improved our overall experience. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained throughout our stay. We also really enjoyed the breakfast, it was delicious and there were plenty of choices every morning. The location is another big plus. It’s very convenient and easy to get around and explore the area. Despite the slightly disappointing start, we still enjoyed our stay. A warmer and more personal welcome on arrival would definitely make the experience even better. Special thanks to the friendly staff we met during the rest of our stay for making us feel much more welcomed!

We drove to Chengdu, and since there are traffic restrictions based on license plates, having a parking lot at this hotel was incredibly convenient. The security guard was also very kind and welcoming. The front desk staff was diligent and responsible. The room wasn't huge, but it was very elegant, and the bedding was super comfortable. There are lots of great food options nearby, and it's really close to Chunxi Road. If you want to go to Sanxingdui, you can just take a bus from Chunxi Road. Chengdu truly is a relaxing city! After a long day of sightseeing, coming back and having some tea was just perfect. The front desk even gave us a Wenshu Monastery prayer bracelet with 18 beads!

I went for a swim in the evening, and the water was very clean, and there weren't many people – I practically had the whole place to myself.
