Holiday Apartments in Riyadh

This was my first business trip to Riyadh with two of my bosses, and I was initially worried about choosing the wrong hotel. The daily mosque broadcasts in Saudi Arabia can be quite loud, and I feared my bosses wouldn't be pleased. However, the owner had installed soundproof walls, so we barely heard any noise, making for incredibly smooth sleep and rest. My bosses were very satisfied as soon as we checked in. The staff communicated flawlessly in Chinese, and the owner was enthusiastic about answering any local questions, even taking me to buy local specialties. For business trips to Riyadh, I'll only consider this place. For the same price, the amenities here easily beat other local hotels. BTW: The owner also installed a water purifier, so there's no need to worry about poor water quality in Saudi Arabia. It saves money, effort, and peace of mind when showering and brushing your teeth! 👍

We were just staying overnight as we had a long layover for our flight but the accommodation was perfect for our needs. We'd initially planned to take advantage of the gym and pool but in the end we were too tired so didn't even look at them. The receptionist sorted out our room quickly and we were pleasantly surprised by the size of the room - more a small suite, with a kitchen-diner-lounge, and separate shower room and large bedroom. Two small bottles of water were provided, so I could make tea without touching the brown water in the taps. We ordered food from Deliveroo - which took ages to arrive but filled the hole. And I was able to log on to my Netflix on the large TV in the lounge to watch a film before bed. The bed was very comfortable and even with the air con switched off the room was a pleasant temperature all night. We were woken at 4am by the call to prayer, which was a very musical if rather earlier than we intended to wake up. Good shower and ordered breakfast, which was delivered to the room. Breakfast was great, and very substantial only thing missing was some fresh coffee (tea was provided) but I expect that would have been included if I'd thought to ask for it. All in all great value for a comfortable stay.

Thanks to Muhammad for serving us there. It's a quiet area. I don't like quiet. Unfortunately, I like disturbance. 😅🤣🤣

The room is clean and good, Egyptian staff are collaborative and respected, breakfast is less than normal.

Great hotel, great location, great staff. To be honest the staff were very catering, I even checked out later than I was allowed to which I really appreciate from them and they let me leave my luggage in the hotel when I was leaving for a short while, would definitely recommend.

Overall the room and experience was pretty good - big room, with washing machine, microwave and various other things. There wasn't much service, but I want really looking for any, just a place to stay. There wasn't much in the immediate area, but it seems you need to drive/everywhere in Riyadh anyways, so it's pretty centrally located thinking about that. A weird smell initially in the bathroom upon arrival, but that seemed to dissipate... Overall a pretty good option if you get a good deal!

The room is quite big. You don't need to order breakfast, as it may not be available anyway. It is close to the exhibition and not far from the airport.

You must take a taxi, costing between 85-100 SAR. Be careful when booking—Towlan Group has around 12 hotels in Riyadh, and selecting the wrong one on apps like Careem, Uber, or InDrive can lead to extra costs. Many listings are in Arabic, which caused confusion for us. This is outside of city, to visit main city it takes 40-60 SAR cost each way for cab. Parking: Outside parking is available for guests. Room: Rooms are very big, spacious, and well-equipped, featuring a separate hall, kitchen, and bedroom. However, no tea or coffee is provided—you’ll need to bring your own if needed. The hotel has 3 floors, with roughly 20 large rooms on each floor. Wi-Fi is available, but there is no breakfast or food service on-site. A key point to note: traveling from the hotel into central Riyadh costs an additional 40-60 SAR each way on ride-hailing apps. This significantly adds to your trip's cost and inconvenience. If you need a spacious suite-style room and don’t mind the remote location or lack of dining options, the hotel offers reasonable value. A decent choice for travelers seeking spacious accommodations with kitchen facilities, but not ideal for those reliant on public transport or expecting on-site dining. Double-check the address carefully before booking to avoid taxi.
