"The apartment is in a great location, close to the Airbus station, with plenty of good restaurants nearby that stay open late. The only downside is that it's close to the railway, so it can be a bit noisy at times. We also found a bandage on one of the quilts when we arrived, which did not belong to us. It would be appreciated if the cleanliness and inspection of the bedding could be improved."

"While our room does require renovation, service by the hotel team was awesome. Entire team served all our request with a lovely smile in their face! I would recommend this hotel for the staff hospitality and service. Rooms are being renovated is what I understand. It's at the heart of CBD and convenient for all amenities."

"The location is fantastic, right next to Central Station, and all major shopping malls are within walking distance. The room facing the road was a bit noisy, but the other one was fine. The kitchen is well-equipped with basic necessities; we brought our own seasonings. There's also a laundry room, but I couldn't find any detergent, so I popped down to the Chinese supermarket downstairs to buy some laundry pods, which was convenient. Great value for money!"

Check in late, room was wrongly assigned, booked a bigger room with added extra bed for my 3 boys was give a small room with no xtra bed, we booked a king bed room, was assigned a twin bed bigger room. We have to wait another half hour or more to change rooms and added the extra bed to the already small room for my kids. Then the reception said our rooms comes with breakfast without us asking which was also heard by my wife as well as her colleague, in which we thought it was complimentary after the wrongly assigned rooms. My kids enjoyed the breakfast as I normally don’t eat breakfast and but the follow night, I went down to the reception to ask if check out time can be extended which the same lady said she can extend it to 12pm, which we are glad, then I just told her the breakfast was enjoyable by my family and thank her for recommending them to us and also the complimentary offer. She check again on her computer then and a bit unsure and ask her senior colleague Austin to see if it was complimentary and that already raise my suspicion but her colleague said it is fine he will waive the charges if that happens as we already went through so much trouble with them. I felt relieved, thanking both of them , I went back to my room. At 11:40pm, my wife has already asleep and me almost to, the phone rang which startled my wife and myself , we answered and the same lady was on the line stating that they need to charge the breakfast for both days. I was a bit annoyed with this as we have already taken our breakfast for the first day which was offered to us as complimentary and then later in the middle of the night said we are charged ! The best part was as a 5 stars well known establishement, she tried to haggle with us on the price by saying she can offered some discount and then later she can give 50% discount for already consumed breakfast. My wife was furious and change her PJs and then we head down to the reception to settle this once and for all in the middle of the night. In the reception, we directly spoke to her supervisor whom heard of her offering us the complimentary breakfast in which he straight away cancel the charge for the morning breakfast and offer us a discounted breakfast the following morning. It was all a farce and inconvenience as well unreliability with their services which makes us go through so much stress for our family holiday. Anyway, we decided not to take up the offer and have to inform our children of the cancellation which disappointed them of course, but we think this whole incident is unfair. They said when we booked we choose no breakfast but the communication was it was complimentary for us for the disarray of arranging the room when we first check in. Besides we did not ask but was offered and said how good the breakfast was by your own staff. Also we did not extend our check out time as we were worried that they will charged us as we are totally have non confidence of what the staff said and actual offerings As my wife and myself are regular travellers, and normally we like to enjoy better accommodations, this is the first time these kind of incidents happen to us and at first we thought to booked Hyatt chain of hotels in our incoming Vietnam and Taiwan trip but we would be sceptical to do so after this. Please don’t get me wrong, the hotel is very nice, cleanliness , location and even food (our breakfast on day1) but the services was a let down to us and it is not about costs, it is about integrity and what been offered and not fulfilled and blame the clientele as well as the whole timing to disrupt the peace and enjoyable period of the guest.

Quality Hotel Melbourne Airport

Beautiful souls 🤍 I recently stayed at Quality Hotel Melbourne Airport and wanted to share my experience for anyone travelling in or out of Melbourne. We have stayed here a number of times, the first time was because we had flight delays and didn't want to head home to return the following day. It made sense and ever since then we have used it as our little night before we go on the next adventure stop over. So if you are like me, and you’re looking for something close, easy, and stress-free before a flight… this place really delivers. The location is incredibly convenient, just minutes from the airport, and the shuttle service makes everything feel seamless especially when you’re travelling early morning or arriving late. That alone takes so much pressure off. And if you are like me and need to have a change of suit case for clothing it makes a great base between flights and countries. The rooms are simple, clean, and comfortable. Not overly luxurious, but they have everything you need for a short stay. It feels more like a practical stopover than a holiday destination and that’s exactly what it’s meant to be. What I appreciated most was the ease of everything… No overwhelm, no complications — just a place to land, reset, and move on with your journey. If I had to describe it energetically… it feels like a “pause point” between destinations. A couple of things to note: It’s more of a classic, older-style hotel, not modern luxury but its a great base and we leave our car there for convince. Dining options can be limited depending on timing, but we ate next door a Sheesh and plan to go there again. You may hear a little airport noise (as expected) But overall, for value, convenience, and simplicity, it does exactly what it promises. We will definitely stay again when I need a smooth airport stopover, like in September with a group of travelers heading on.a cruise. The place suits business, family, couples, solo and groups. This hotel deserves a five-star review! I wish I had stayed at the Sheraton for my entire trip to Melbourne. It's in the city center, which is incredibly convenient, and even late at night, around 8-9 PM, there are still plenty of people around, making it feel very safe. When I checked in, there was a Chinese-speaking staff member available. Although the person who actually checked me in was of Indian descent, a Chinese colleague came over to make sure everything was alright before leaving. They even offered me a complimentary glass of champagne! The hotel room was spacious and clean, definitely the best I've stayed in during my past two weeks in Sydney and Melbourne. It certainly lived up to expectations! Right outside the hotel, there's a Rolex store, and if you walk down the street, you'll find the Town Hall and a church. There are plenty of options for dining, entertainment, and shopping. It's also not far from Australia's famous WWL? Or was it WWs?

Warm welcome by receptionist. Awesome service. Quality and service at par excellence. Very much near to train stations. The Best Western was perfectly fine for my one-night business trip to Melbourne—clean enough and very well-located. My only real complaint is that basic amenities were missing; there was no toothpaste or bottled water in the room. It didn't ruin my stay, but adding these simple comforts would go a long way for short-stay guests.

This hotel is located in the landmark Sky One apartment building in Box Hill, offering an excellent location. Downstairs, you'll find the Box Hill shopping center, which is an integrated complex with a supermarket, restaurants, cafes, a train station, and a bus hub – super convenient! The room was spacious, bright, clean, and tidy, with a full set of kitchenware, tableware, a refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, and washing machine… absolutely everything you need. The bedding was also very comfortable. The staff at the front desk were very friendly and provided great service.

It would have been good except for the large western facing windows left without blinds down and an electrical setup that turns the air conditioning off when no one is in the room. So we arrived to stifling heat, and an air conditioner that doesn't really cool the bedrooms, and no fans or windows in the main bedroom. Most other things were good, but having a comfortable room is fundamental and the apartment just isn't set up for that. We enjoyed the location and the pool. We can't really speak to service levels cos we didn't ask for, expect or get any. It was a bit frustrating that the hotel only had a booking for 4 adults when we made a booking for 2A+3C on trip.com but who knows who was responsible for that.

The room was incredibly clean and the location was super convenient – exactly like the pictures! Check-in was a breeze, especially since the lady at the front desk spoke some Chinese and was very patient. I'll definitely be staying here again next time I'm in Melbourne!

The hotel carpet smells, the building is old and needs a total replacement of carpet. When we entered our room. It smells like bleach everywhere. We have to open the window to make it go away. The room is decent size and the toilet and bath are separated where there are no hand basin to use after using the toilet if someone is using the shower or bath tub. The view from our balcony is magnificent, the Melbourne tall buildings skyline. I also love the location because it is near public transport, free tram and shops, even universities. The kitchen are complete with cooking utensils and pans. They got free coffee, tea and milk. The toiletries were given 1 set of tiny bottles but we are 4 people booked in.

I’ve stayed at numerous at the Punt Hill apartments over the past decade, though it had been a while since I last stayed in one. Our one bedroom apartment was spacious, however the hotel is quite run down now. Walls in the bathroom weren’t very clean, neither were mugs and cutlery (I always make a habit of cleaning things before I use them!). I ended up staying mostly in the hotel as I was sick with the flu so I noticed the wifi was very glitchy and intermittent too so it made streaming shows quite difficult to watch that I ended up just using my phone. The beds were comfortable though! The location is actually fantastic too, right in the heart of China town and easily walkable to places.
