"The location is so convenient. One can take metrobus800 which connects the city centre, the fall, supermarket Maxi, metro plus. It is a frequent route, easy to travel. The ground floor is still under construction, not so easy to walk. The building is without elevator, it may not be easy for all travellers. According to the description of the rooms, all rooms should be equipped with washer and dryer, however, the room assigned was without any wash and dry, we requested for a change. The person in charge helped change for us. There’s no room cleaning and tidy service throughout the three nights we stay. But everything looks new and clean. They provide sufficient tissues, toilet papers and washing tablets even. The building is close to the traffic, convenient but rather noisy somehow. The air conditioning was locked but lucky that these few days are not extremely hot. But it’s definitely quite hot and it won’t be that comfortable without air conditioning in hot weather."

Great
Bbobo760125The room was charmingly rustic and exceeded my expectations. The microwave and household kitchen supplies were a big plus. You can ask the front desk for toothbrushes and slippers, and they'll provide them if they have them in stock.
99億少女的毒藥All self served, easy access, free car park, but room is noisy cos it’s only 2nd floor, felt like next to the road, lots of bus/car and wind noise, no facilities but easy reach to mall nearby, location is good only if you are arrived by car, very smelly oily cooking smell flooded in room, I believe from the ventilation system from downstairs or flats cooking in the same building, very bad smell and choking and makes us hard to sleep. Few towel with stains and bedsheet felt like unchanged. Other than the above, it’s spacious but a little bit over priced.
CCherryRinWe really love this Hotel .We feel like home !!!
Amazing location , Free convenience parking,
Staff so pretty and helpful .
The Hotel has no Breakfast but don't worry about hungry coz they full fill snack in room fridge everyday such as Muffin ,Cookie,Ganola bar , Chocolate,... etc.
I will come back here for sure.
YYINTAwesome place!
Everything is super clean, the color is warm and cozy, super big compare to a normal hotel, I also like the minimalists style, has lots of equipment in the kitchen.
I will say it is my best stay of all time! Last but not least, can't believe with it with the price, not very expensive, I really suggest it!
GGuest UserNice place to stay, especially if you’re planning to mostly be out and about to explore. The location is perfect.
The rooms are basic and not luxurious, but everything you need is there. Having an AC was definitely worth it. There also a common area and an unmanned reception with some kitchen facilities.
I had to contact the accommodation for check-in info, but they were very prompt, friendly and helpful. The self-checkin with access codes was easy.
There’s no elevator and the rooms are not on ground floor level, I knew this of course, because it’s written in the hotel info.
I had a room with a balcony and that was a nice touch. There’s also a patio on the rooftop.
It would be nice if they provide some more information about the place. I discovered the patio by just exploring myself.
All by all, I had a good stay of 2 nights. I only slept in the place, as I was mostly outdoors.
LLaura LussiezWhat a wonderful surprise! A very nice, inexpensive hotel, ideally located on a street in the heart of Old Quebec City, yet quiet. The room is super well-appointed, so it doesn't even feel small. The bedding is top-notch, and the bathroom space is perfect. The shower is ideally sized, and the products provided are very high-quality... we could even heat our towels!!
The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable... we were treated as warmly as in a 4-star hotel.
The dining area is very well laid out, and we felt at home. Coffee, tea, hot chocolate, etc., as well as fresh or sparkling water... everything is unlimited!
Two beautiful terraces (one downstairs and the other on the roof with foosball, fire pit, etc.) where we felt at home...
Luggage storage available from 12 p.m. on the day of arrival until 8 p.m. on the day of our departure.
In short... We'll be back!!
Thank you again for your welcome!!
KKeithycatMe and my mom enjoyed our stay here. It took us a while to find this and also took a while before we got the code for the lock. You really need to have a Canada number (which my mom has thankfully) to contact them so maybe not for E-sim users like me.
The unit was very nice and cozy. Automatic lock with a passcode so very convenient. Also they have a washing. And drying machine which was very helpful. They also provided the laundry pods as well.
Aircon and heating was good and the water pressure was good too. Very close to a lot of restaurants as well. I really loved my stay here with my mom😊
JJenny Kim1I liked the hotel location and facilities. The indoor pool was amazing and the live stage was so good. I would definitely visit here again and book the terrace view next time.
However, there are few things that I was very dissapointed.
The room was not managed well. There are white things are around the floors (it looks like painting or wall paper. I asked to change the room, but the new room has the same problem).
Hair dryer was phsically broken and not working.
Heater is not working and when I turn on, it is very noisy.
There was a party when we stayed and it was very noisy until almost 1 pm. We called at 12:30 and the reception said they send a security. However, it was still noisy after 30 mins).
北北京大表姐儿A few of our friends traveled to the United States from China. First of all, the location of this hotel is not bad. Then it is more convenient to park at the hotel. The location is good. We found it soon. Thanks for Ctrip's assistance.
刘刘The location is particularly good, the gate is facing the fort, the back door is quiet, and it is all scenery in any direction. It is also very close to Quebec's main scenic spot, and it is close to the corner. The hotel is fully self-service, and it is the first time I have encountered this kind of full self-service check in/out. Check-in gave the front door password, how can not check in, or arrived at 3 o'clock check-in time, a young lady came to help complete. The hotel is an old building, the space is very high, there is a small balcony outside the room, the room is fully equipped, the coffee machine refrigerator, the milk Mafen bought in the supermarket can be put in. The room is not big, the bed is big, the wardrobe is OK.
All of Quebec is on my favorite point. The atmosphere at night is great, the rainy days are great, how do you like it. It was three or four days early, the red leaves were full of mountains near the airport, and the city was almost there. I think I will go again.
