O Salnes Hotels with Balcony

在山頂上的四星級酒店，非常漂亮，每間房間都有一個後門通後花園，酒店設施挺好，我們留了一晚，整體經驗非常好

Un hotel bonito con muy buena ubicación, servicio excelente y buena comida. Las habitaciones podrían estar un poco más actualizadas, pero es perfecto para unas vacaciones de relax. Ideal para viajar con mascotas. Muy detallistas y el programa medioambiental es fantástico

This hotel was very nice and clean. There were a pool and terrace. I could the sea from my room. The view was very nice. Breakfast was good. I stayed here for 2 nights. In the second morning I had to leave here early so I thought I couldn’t have breakfast but staffs prepared my picnic breakfast. I satisfied it. Staffs were very kind. I left my luggage in the bus. I told them about that. They called the bus office immediately and picked it up to my room. Thank you so much.

We went for my friends wedding the blonde lady receptionist was a bit rude with us. We travelled from Portugal to spain and the location is super good however the service is not nice

Our experience was very positive and there are strong points that we can only praise. We highlight the extreme sympathy of the entire team, especially the ladies of the breakfast room and the receptionists, who have always welcomed us very well. Another very strong point is certainly the location: staying just in front of the beach, in a so quiet area and with that fantastic beach bar, has made our holidays perfect! 😀 We left only a small constructive note that we share with the aim of helping improve: during the mornings, the room cleaner pulled the beds, which caused some noise and eventually woke up. We suggest that if possible, box protectors should be placed on the foot of beds to avoid noise and ensure full rest of guests.Despite this detail, the final balance is excellent and we want to return in the future.Thank you very much to the entire team For your work. better compliance, Helena Pires
