Raigad Hotels with Balcony

This is my second time with the same experience that at the last moment my hotel checkin is being denied. There are some communication gaps between make my trip and the hotel where we reserve. I’m a span of 6 months this is my second time where my checkin is being denied at the last moment and i have to be in stress as to what has to be done. Suggest to implement some strong measures on your side so that the customers need not go on high stress at the last moment. Though there was a resolution until the customer does check in we are under stress. I hope this will be considered and due action taken regards ashok

The rooms were very clean and spacious with all the required amenities. The resort had lush greenery , pool and play space. It has its own restaurant which serves delicious food , however its a little expensive and there are limited other options available nearby for food.
