"The room was good and well maintained. Food was tasty and well served.
However housekeeping service was not up to the mark. The food plates were not collected and left in hotel passage overnight. This cannot be expected from a hotel in a place like Mahad.

GGeetam JainOur stay was a very pleasant one. I would like to thank the house keeping team for making our anniversary special and the chef for a wonderful cake. I would recommend this property to the people who are looking for a comfortable stay after their hectic routine, the staff will literally take care of everything. It felt like my mother’s home to me. GGuest UserThis is my second time with the same experience that at the last moment my hotel checkin is being denied. There are some communication gaps between make my trip and the hotel where we reserve. I’m a span of 6 months this is my second time where my checkin is being denied at the last moment and i have to be in stress as to what has to be done. Suggest to implement some strong measures on your side so that the customers need not go on high stress at the last moment. Though there was a resolution until the customer does check in we are under stress. I hope this will be considered and due action taken regards ashok

GGuest UserThe rooms were very clean and spacious with all the required amenities. The resort had lush greenery , pool and play space. It has its own restaurant which serves delicious food , however its a little expensive and there are limited other options available nearby for food.

Kids play area, very hygienic and tasty breakfast with so many options to select with juice, tea, coffee....
Rooms are very big almost 300+ sqft area with balcony..
location is hardly 7-8 min walk from Matheran railway station
