"Having read mixed reviews on this hotel, i decided to give it a go as the price was reasonable for a large hotel with nice pool. Upon arrival, the front staff was fantastic, polite and helpful. We got upgraded to a larger room with balcony. The room was quite simple but clean. We had to request for slippers and toothbrushes as it is not provided unless you ask. We were extremely disappointed that the pool was closed even though it was 21°C and the sun was blazing hot. I chose this hotel so we could chill by the pool on the first day but obviously that didn't happen. The pool area was not maintained well maybe because of winter just before. It states in the website, there are two restaurants and bar but there was only one restaurant called Lumen. We went there the first night, the starters were excellent but the mains were very mediocre. The spaghetti was horrible, very soggy. Paying €150 for a meal for 3 if us was not really worth it as the mains were not good at all, and we had one dessert to share. Breakfast was not great, hot food option was not that nice. The bakery items were good though. Overall, it was okay... esp for that price. Location is close to Pisa Tower (15mins walk) and 7 mins ride to Pisa Centrale Stazione. Taximove app is very reliable and we used it to get to station and airport at reasonable prices."

"The front desk staff were super friendly and even said 'thank you' in Chinese, which was a nice touch. The room was quite spacious, and the bed was already made up, which was really convenient. There was plenty of hot water, and the hotel isn't far from the train station, so it was easy to walk over in the evening. The air conditioning worked great, but it can get a bit noisy in the morning due to the street. Overall, though, the price was amazing – really great value for money!"

"Love the location. We were able to see the leaning tower from the room!! Classic interior design but it was clean. Staffs were friendly and helpful as well. Would be perfect if there’s a lift in the building, visitor will heavy carriage must consider this if you are staying in the attic room. But I will definitely stay with Villa Tower Inn if I visit Pisa again."

"Good point: 1. Good location very close to Pisa Central Station, more than ten minutes walk to the airport. 2. The hotel owner is very warm and the service is very good, and there is no problem with staying at night. 3. The public bathroom is relatively clean and has not encountered crowding. Bad points: 1. The room is far from as shown in the picture. It is given a room on the ground floor near the garden. It is damp and musty. There is no light at all. There are mosquitoes. The bedding is a combination of thin sheets and blankets. Chinese people may not be used to sleeping. 2. Breakfast with small bread and jam, about equal to no, coffee is OK. Summary: As a passing hotel for one night, it is still ok."

"We had a very pleasant stay here! The host Verdiana was incredibly welcoming, responsive, and helpful. The room facilities are very modern and brand new. A huge plus was that they allowed us to store our luggage before check-in and after check-out, which made our trip so much easier. Overall, we are highly satisfied and would definitely recommend it!"

"The location is very good, you can indeed see the leaning tower on the balcony. There are many types of breakfast, but the quality is really not high. There was a plate of fruit that no one moved. I took a fruit with my hand and found that the second half was moldy."
