Pokhara Hotels with Balcony

Loved the design and the view. Every room has a balcony. Overall it’s a nice hotel but we came during the low season so probably hence the lack of amenities. The wifi didn’t work even though the owner tried hard to solve it, for the breakfast I got a small cup of instant coffee watered down beyond belief, the pillows if you take of the pillowcase are so dirty that I was about to throw up. And it’s not that we usually stay at fancy hotels but we weren’t lucky with this one.

Had a flight cancelled from Kathmandu and arrived the next day. Rozeena and the team were more than accommodating and supportive. During the stay they acted with swift communication and supported me throughout the time at the hotel. Would recommend to anyone staying in pokhara!

I took the cable car to Sarankot, it was a great experience. I had the carriage all to myself. I must say the staff were wonderful.. From the driver who picked me up at my hotel to the ticket staff, the boarding staff and exit staff I would recommend this to everyone going to Sarankot. I stayed at The high Ground Hotel, it was basic, cheap (£12.00 per night) which included breakfast My room was excellent and I had a nice view of lakeside from my small balcony The room and private bathroom was was spotlessly clean. The staff were wonderful, so helpful and very attentive. Dinner was great, I tried sadako for the first time, I really enjoyed it after the initial shock of how spicy it was. The only downside was the weather. It was very misty, so I didn't see the Annapurna Mountains at sunset. The morning was also misty however I did see the mountain a, even if it wasn't clear.

This is a hotel that I booked before hiking and was satisfied. Only two reservations in Pokhara. The above hotel is a good hotel. It's not as gorgeous as a 5 star hotel, but it doesn't have a downside. Reasonable price. The location is good and the cleanliness is not very clean (compared to Korean hotels), but it is still clean. And warm water comes out well in the bathroom. The staff are also very nice and the communication in English is smooth.

The hotel is within walking distance to Phewa Lake, and there are many small shops nearby to browse. They offer umbrellas for rent at the front desk on rainy days. The laundry service is paid and outsourced. There seemed to be a communication breakdown among the front desk staff, as I had to go up and down multiple times. The second time I used the wash and dry service, some of my clothes got mixed up with another guest's. That guest had a very thick, waterproof jacket, which resulted in my clothes not being fully dried.

Despite the initial check-in issues, during which I was asked to sign a blank guest form, the hotel staff has been excellent. Every time you enter or exit, the staff greets you, which is somewhat surprising. The rooms are functional, clean, and tidy. Although the hotel appears outdated, after staying in trekking tea houses, I would much prefer to be here. Breakfast was delicious. Strangely enough, I had a buffet one day and à la carte the next. The location is fantastic—I was able to do my laundry, get a haircut, and rent a scooter, all on the same street. It is less than a 5 minute walk to Phewa Lake, with an abundance of eateries nearby. I am giving four stars due to the check-in process.

Staying in Dahlia Boutique Hotel was one of the highlights of my trip to Pokhara. Perfectly located near Phewa Lake, the hotel offers the ideal balance of convenience and tranquility. Housekeeping is consistent and thorough, which adds to the overall sense of comfort throughout the stay. One of the standout features is the rooftop area. The pool and terrace provide a stunning setting to unwind, offering breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains and cityscape. Watching the morning light over Pokhara from this spot is truly memorable. What makes the experience exceptional, however, is the hospitality. The staff are genuinely kind, attentive, and always ready to assist — whether arranging transportation, recommending local experiences, or simply greeting guests with a warm smile. Their professionalism and friendliness create an atmosphere that feels personal rather than transactional. Breakfast is another highlight, with a satisfying selection of fresh and flavorful options that cater to different tastes. It’s the perfect start to a day of exploring or relaxing by the lake. Overall, Dahlia Boutique Hotel delivers comfort, charm, and heartfelt service in an unbeatable location. For anyone visiting Pokhara, it offers excellent value and a stay that feels both relaxing and memorable. Highly recommended for travelers seeking a cozy, well-located boutique experience.

The hotel is not bad for the money. But it's certainly not 4 stars. There is no safe in the room, no disposable slippers. But the bed is nice and the balcony is great. Breakfast is until 9.30 and very simple. Americano is only available for an additional fee. The service is generally normal, but nothing outstanding. It would be more correct to honestly indicate that it is 3 stars, then reality would match expectations.

I returned to Nepal after 12 years and stayed 10 nights at Hotel Fewa Camp in Pokhara — overall I was very satisfied. The hotel sits right in the heart of Lakeside, making it extremely convenient to walk to yoga and meditation classes, gyms, and live-music venues.  If you care about lake views, this place is hard to beat on Lakeside: every morning I would open the balcony curtains and get a full panorama of Fewa Lake, birds and lakeside life — people playing football and volleyball along the shore — which was simply wonderful.  The rooms are comfortable and make it easy to unwind after a day of trekking, training, or sightseeing. The hotel offers free in-room Wi-Fi and rooms equipped for media, so we could easily stream YouTube/Netflix in the evenings (we even caught the latest episode of Wednesday while there).   Service was attentive and helpful — staff responded to requests quickly. Breakfast is ordered à la carte rather than a buffet, but portions can be refilled so you start the day energized. In short, if you’re choosing a place to stay in Pokhara, I’d highly recommend Hotel Fewa Camp for its unbeatable location, excellent lake views, and friendly service.
