We arrived just after 5. No one was there eventhough Checkin is from 3-6 on the website. We located our keys under the mat. They sent an email but it was late in coming since we did not have service driving down from Napa. On the website it mentions a complimentary mini bar. There is none. There were a few things in our room that need to be fixed. Cute place but I guess I just expected a little more. Balance in bathroom falling down and light by tub falling out. Great spot for visiting in Calistoga. Not sure about trip.com and what’s offered being current either. Lesson learned.

We will have to say Auberge du Soleile is the best and the most exquisite resort we have stayed. Beautiful spacious room with luxury amenities is very welcoming. We are also mesmerized by the Michelin restaurant overlooking the Napa valley. The breakfast serving is very elegant and delicious. Everything is just so perfect. Thank you for making our stay at Napa memorable.

ZIXUANVery satisfied staying experience! The rooms are large, the beds are very comfortable and there is a patio or terrace to feel the natural and private. There is a stove in the room, it will automatically ignite when it is turned on, and the sound is a bit noisy. There is a steam sauna switch in the bathroom, which is very comfortable for a while. The toiletries are very easy to use, and the small bags I brought back to be remembered. The location is very good, there are several good wineries around, and the hotel guests can prove that they can buy wine and wine tasting.

The accommodation is:
- Kevin, the receptionist, is exceptional. His serene smile is the brightest sunshine in California;
- immaculately well maintained;
- located in a vantage point shrouded in tranquility;
- nice and comfortable room that puts it on the pedestal in the same league;
- squeaky clean;
- very comfortable mattresses. You are mollycoddled, from the very first moment you hit the sack;
Simply one of the best accommodations we have ever stayed!

A very exclusive and luxury resort Luke no other. We love the trail hiking along the estate that stretches over 2 miles with breathtaking view. The staffs are nice n warm. The only problem is that the Michelin star restaurant was burned down in 2022 so there is no fine dining at the resort.

It feels like a family hotel. On the side of the main road, sound insulation is okay, and the sound of wooden floor sounds. The hotel is not large, there are two places for parking, and there are many locations.
The hotel is supplied by homemade biscuits from 6 to 7:00 every night, and outdoor hot ponds in the back garden from 8 to 9:00 in the evening can soak hot springs. After 8:00, there is no one at the front desk. Overall is relatively satisfied.
Breakfast is rich, there are various Greek yogurts, the grilled baked Walf cheese cheese pancakes, milk oatmeal juice, fresh fruits are all available.

The hotel is very unique, the front desk girl is very friendly
Free hot water, coffee, ice water, everything is available
Not to mention the room, it is spacious and bright, with electric heater, so you won't feel cold in winter

The hotel is in a great location. There are several different types of supermarkets around. You can walk a few steps to buy anything you want. The room is large and the service is good. It is very comfortable to stay on a business trip. There is a gourmet burger restaurant nearby, which is great.

Fine, but should have been cheaper for the quality. Definitely an older hotel. Had the look and smell of its hundred years of service. Breakfast was coffee, a couple pieces of loaf cake, and tiny fruits. No hotel parking. The pools were tired and dirty.
