"Get some sleep and then leave. There is no water, toothpaste, toothbrush and slippers. It is very close to the beach. It takes four or five minutes to walk and pass a traffic light. The hotel itself has no scenery, a little Southeast Asian style, and parking is free. A simple breakfast is provided, with only yogurt and orange juice. The bread is wrapped in plastic wrap and heated in the microwave. Energy bars and fruits are bananas, apples and oranges. There are still a few kilometers to drive to the attractions church and court."

Was here for 2 nights with my partner, and first time staying at a bnb. Was pleasantly surprised by how clean and conveniently located it was. It’s a short walk from state street, where all the good restaurants and retail shops are.
The breakfast was delicious and cooked with soul. The cookies were also a lovely treat. Highly recommend for a homey and enjoyable experience!

The breakfast was very rich, the service was very good, very stylish, the room had more than sixty square feet, there was a dining table, living room, fireplace, jacuzzi, kingsize bed, the boss was very good, there was free parking, we arrived It was late, almost eight o'clock, she prepared tea and red wine for us. The hotel is basically a big garden. It can be seen that the boss has spent many years sorting out the arrangement. Get up during the day, walk in the garden, sunbathe on the sun loungers on the lawn, read the book, very comfortable. Take the No. 1 road and stay here for one or two nights before going to LA.

CathyThe children said that this is the most beautiful hotel to stay in this trip. Just by the seaside in Santa Barbara, you will walk by a small road. This seaside town is so beautiful that it is definitely worth living for three or five days, but we only stayed for one day.

Absolutely wonderful location. The bike / walking path is a minute walk from the hotel, right along the beach. There's a little grocery store about a 5 minute walk up S Milpas St, so convenient. Lots of great places to eat within walking distance (1 mile) or a short drive. I didn't eat at the hotel. The room was clean but toiletries were not replenished, and my dirty glasses were not washed or replaced. For the high price tag, I would have expected that. The air conditioning in the room was great, quiet, and easy to adjust.The front desk team was very friendly and knowledgeable. My favorite people were the Valet team. They were fun to speak with, very down to earth and did their job well. Valet parking is $26.00 / night. I didn't see that price anywhere when I booked.

The front desk is very strict. You must have a visa card to stay.
At the restaurant at the door, I bought breakfast with breakfast. It used to mean breakfast deducted with $50. You can order it yourself. The restaurant is delicious
The highlight is the pool, you will love the experience here....a large piece at hand. The pool is warm water.
The room is classic old money style

・ホテルの共用部に電子レンジや飲み物などが設置されており、無料でパンも提供されています。パンはとても美味しかったです。
・無料でお酒が一杯飲めます。ホテルの方が作ってくれます。
・ホテルもとてもおしゃれです！隅々まで凝らしてあるので、ホテルの内部にも目を向けてみると楽しいです。
【いまいちな点】
・お風呂 トイレとお風呂が近すぎ、かつ狭いです。かなり使いにくいので、要注意です。

Room facilities are simple and like this style. There are great pools and bars in the public area. The hotel is located in the center of Barbara and is very convenient to walk to the main street. You need to drive to the beach and charge $30 a day for parking.

Guest UserWith many rooms available on Wednesday, I don't understand why they gave us a room furthest from the central restaurant. We had to walk through another building to get to it, and it faced a cricket ball site. The room wasn't even square; it was slanted. I was a bit disappointed.
During check-in, the receptionist talked a lot, seemingly oblivious to whether we understood, which was very pushy.
At breakfast, the waitress insisted we sit in her assigned seats, which was uncomfortable.
Most ridiculously, the bathroom was terrible. I don't usually give hotels bad reviews, but this night's experience was truly unpleasant.
The only positive was the hotel's dinner restaurant. The waiter service was excellent, and watching the sunset outside the window was pleasant.
