"The hotel is really nice, though a bit hard to find. Beautiful interior decorating, including our room: the Clark Gable. The best thing about the hotel is the location: easy walking distance to The Vault, Foxy Foxy, other eateries. Not far from the park. The main drawback for the Clark Gable room was the problem of air conditioning. The room has a room air conditioner which exhausts through a window. At night it is loud though the hotel owners thoughtfully provided ear plugs. But the problem is that even if you turn the AC down to 72%, it could not cool the room on a not very warm September night. Both my wife and I woke up early sweating because the room was too hot and muggy. Other guests say the temperature was great in the main building, so if we return we will get a room there. "

TAOIt is said to be the most historic hotel in Savannah. Once you enter the hotel, you can feel its classical elegance. The doorman is very enthusiastic and the front desk service is very attentive. We arrived too early, the room had not been sorted out, and we specially left our phone. We noticed that we had checked in when the room came out. In the lobby and other family procedures, I also specially brought free mineral water. The room is wooden and the furniture is old furniture. Have a strong sense of art. It is worthy of being a hotel in the city of Savannah with a strong artistic atmosphere.

The room in this hotel is very big, the bed is very comfortable, and the view from the room is also very good. It is very convenient to stay here with friends, and the room service is particularly good. I highly recommend it to everyone!

We booked the trip on Trip.com, prepaying. Hilton Garden Inn Savannah Historic District charged us twice. We live in Florida. As soon as I realized this. I sent receipts and screenshots. I’ve been getting the run around from management for the past 4 days..Still no refund. Still no response from the different managers we’ve been told to call back to speak to..Keep calling back to see if he/ she is in.(Paul Komanecky or Lindsey Davis) We are very disappointed with the lack of customer service from management. We just want our money. The hotel was indeed paid twice…Is this normal?

ISAThe worst experience! It is totally inconsistent with the photos posted by Ctrip. The photos of the hotel’s exterior scenery are 20 minutes away from the hotel by car. The said 31 square meters and terraces are not there. The luxurious bathroom is just like a business hotel. It feels cheated.

The room was clean and larger than expected. Staff was friendly and helpful. The location is a little hard to find because it's behind a business off the main road. Maybe needs a bigger sign out front. Otherwise, I enjoyed my stay!
