GGuest UserWe stayed for the Canberra Marathon Festival. The location was close to the main event area, and there is a cafe and a foodstore close by.
The hotel is beautiful and the rooms are comfortable. The area is quiet but there are a few restaurant's and bars along the lake about a 10-minute walk away. Uber's were always only a minute away. We had a great time seeing the sights, a lot of them are within walking distance from the hotel.

WWen-maAn excellent hotel! It's not far from the city center, offers free parking, and the rooms are spacious with fresh, vibrant decor. The breakfast was the absolute highlight – it's à la carte, portions are huge, and absolutely delicious. You can skip lunch after that!

JJ-ReyThe hotel was fancier than I expected it to be! I loved the design -- it reminded me of the Guggenheim in NYC. The room was also nice. I got the most basic room, and it was honestly more luxurious than I'm used to. This is a definite must stay if you're coming through Canberra.

WWenmenglCanberra is a beautiful city with virtually brand new streets and buildings. The bus station from Sydney to Canberra is right next to the Novotel, and it's just a few hundred meters walk to the Crowne Plaza. The hotel facilities are good, with a pool and gym. The room size is smaller than in China but larger than in Japan. The casino is right next to the hotel. I want to specifically talk about the service. When I arrived, they initially gave me a connecting room. Later, they switched me to a twin room. It made me feel like the front desk staff was a tour guide handling a** (rubbish/bad) tour group.

TToni9485Very clean, chic hotel with a popular restaurant and bar. It is conveniently located on Northbourne Avenue , Elouera St and Mort Street which is directly the line of Canberra's night clubs if you are coming on a weekend. There's only two sets of lifts for Hotel Clients which isn't a problem for an Asian ( moi) who is used to very crowded areas. But this can be a bit inconvenient for locals who are used to express service. Pool, gym, sauna. Major plus points. And the best part of all is the free bar fridge in the room. (Not sure if it was a promotion but my friend and I could drink all of what was offered for free!) We didnt because we are massive alcohol fans.
The only major downside is the 25 dollar parking fee. No, no no. You can raise the price a bit higher for the quality of rooms but it's a bit offputting to have that as an additional fee.
Overall, a pretty great experience from service to aminities.

The location was convenient and close to everything I needed, which made getting around Canberra easy. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet enough to relax after long work days. Staff were friendly and check-in was straightforward.
The apartments have everything you need for a longer stay, especially if you want a bit more space than a standard hotel room. Wi-Fi was reliable, parking was easy, and the overall atmosphere was pretty relaxed. Good value and comfortable for a business stay. Would definitely stay again for work trips.

GGuest UserWe can hear people next door talking as we were arranged to stay at a connecting room. The door crack is so wide that we can hear people next door talking which gives a sense of insecurity. It is suggested that the door crack should be fixed, for the privacy of people staying at the two rooms who do not know each other.

GGuest UserThe staff were friendly and helpful. Clean room, comfortable bed, wifi, aircon and as a bonus they have a buffet breakfast. Great location with on-site parking included and the German pub right next door for dinner within walking distance

GGuest UserShahil the Front office manager was very helpful and look after us well. He went out of his way to ensure we had a comfortable stay. The location was great and the restaurant offered good meals at affordable prices.
