GGuest UserHands down the best location to stay! Right in the heart of the city allowing you to walk to main attractions and easily catch public transport to the major galleries and museums. The studio room was fantastic with excellent amenities and the staff were lovely, I will definitely stay here again the future!

Aaoxiang0801This hotel is in a quiet neighborhood, surrounded by a big supermarket, all three-story apartments, no elevator, the first floor is the dining room kitchen and living room, the second floor is the bedroom, parking is free, it is not very friendly for families with large suitcases, it is best to choose the first floor

RRieskaStayed at Crowne Plaza Canberra and overall had a decent experience. The hotel is very clean, including the room and common areas, which we appreciated. However, the hotel does feel a bit dated, particularly the bathroom — the shower and bathtub would benefit from an upgrade.
The reception staff were friendly, polite, and professional, with smooth and efficient check-in and check-out. Breakfast was acceptable but had limited variety (see video).
The location is a plus, right in the city and next to Holey Moley and the entertainment arcade, making it convenient for families with kids. Overall, a clean and well-located hotel, though showing its age in some areas.

You have to make the line, to wait to be seated like it's a nightclub. Arriving at the restaurant, you will wait 20 minutes to have your morning coffee.
Another issue with the breakfast is that it is super expensive. I paid 22 AUD (more than 12 euros) for a plate with one waffle... Also paid a super high price for a plate of fruits...
Everything else is perfect. Hotel is beautiful, quiet, well located and the persons working at the reception are great! Polite, nice and ready to help!

Cooking utensils and basic facilities were also provided, and I felt that it was very convenient for long-term stays and those who want to be particular about their diet. In addition, there are several supermarkets near the facility, so it is highly appreciated that fresh ingredients and daily necessities can be easily obtained. Thanks to this environment, I was able to live a comfortable and healthy life without relying on eating out.
The staff's response was also impeccable, and they were all uniformly polite and kind. It is worth noting that they responded quickly and sincerely to questions and requests, and I was able to enjoy my stay with peace of mind. In addition, the room I stayed in was kept very clean, and every corner was cleaned thoroughly. I could feel the attention to hygiene, and I was able to spend a comfortable time in a comfortable space.
The price was also very reasonable, and considering the quality of the service provided, I felt that the cost performance was extremely high. In addition, the location is excellent, and it is located in a very convenient place, especially for travelers who use the train. It is also easily accessible from the station, and it was an ideal environment for tourism and business.
Overall, it was a very satisfying stay with comfortable facilities, warm hospitality, and a great location. I would definitely like to stay again if I have the opportunity.

GGuest UserThe overall experience was good. I ordered a two-bedroom apartment, which is a two-bedroom shared toilet. Please write it here for everyone who wants to order. The environment is nice and quiet, the rooms are relatively clean and tidy, the daily necessities provided are relatively complete, and the price is relatively high. The only drawback was that there was a problem with the water heater in the room at that time. There was always no hot water in the bath, but it was reflected to the front desk, hoping to resolve it as soon as possible.
