"I stayed at this guesthouse for 4 nights. Here's my honest review: 1. **Location**: It's a bit over 1 km, maybe 2 km, from the main gate of Silver Beach – I'm not entirely sure. It's a bit far to walk, but there are plenty of shared e-scooters right outside the gate. You can ride one to the beach in just a few minutes, getting you to a road about 100 meters from the main beach entrance (shared e-scooters can't cross that road as it's outside their operating zone, but it's an easy walk from there). 2. **Neighborhood**: This is a large complex with many guesthouses, and it's quite popular with tourists. I didn't have time to try the community swimming pool as my child spent every day at the beach. 3. **Cleanliness**: The cleaning wasn't very thorough. The coffee table in my room wasn't wiped clean, and other areas also weren't spotless. However, I still gave the cleanliness a perfect score because the price was only a little over 100 [currency unit, e.g., RMB], and the entire room was very spacious. After I cleaned it myself, by the second day, it felt just like home. 4. **Kitchen**: The kitchen tools were quite complete (it's really great and cost-effective to buy seafood from a nearby market and cook it yourself). The housekeeper recommended Haixinrong Market, where the seafood isn't expensive, and it only takes a few minutes by e-scooter to get there. 5. **Service**: The housekeeper I communicated with via WeChat was very enthusiastic. However, when I arrived at the guesthouse, some other staff members seemed quite cold. This wasn't a big deal, as I only encountered them during check-in and didn't interact with them otherwise. After they sent me the access code, I went straight to my room. 6. **Property**: The complex seems to be new. The entire room felt like a home. I stayed in a two-bedroom, one-living room unit, and the balcony was very large, which was great for drying clothes. In summary, it has a good location, a large room, and great value for money. I was planning to stay for a few more days, and I'd recommend it for families traveling with children. (I forgot to take photos of the room, only got a shot of the view outside from the balcony.)"
