GGuest UserThe service attitude of the lady at the front desk was very good. She was proactive, enthusiastic and friendly. She took the initiative to help us change to a bigger room. The room layout was reasonable, clean and odorless. The breakfast was rich with many varieties. The lady at the front desk also gave us a small gift when we checked out. I am happy. I recommend it. I recommend it.

WWenwen218The environment was nice. This was my second stay, but the front desk staff were a bit unprofessional at check-in. Zhang Jiangping's service in the guest rooms was excellent! My two children really enjoyed the bread-making and pottery activities. The evening fireworks display was a bit short. I hope the various activities can be enriched and improved.

The service is really not good, not satisfied, the management is very lacking, swimming has to call them to send slippers, urging them to send it a few times is very slow, the room is not delayed during the Spring Festival, the number of people can be understood, the room with the package let me refund, but the room went to the pool to spend money to open the cabinet to save clothes, It's acceptable, but I didn't expect that there is no basic shampoo and shower gel in the pool shower. The wife is too surprised! I rushed out after a fresh water. There are also security guards to deal with things. When I came, I stopped and asked me to stop at the shuttle bus to enter the hotel. We went to Fangte and wanted to take the shuttle bus. He said that it was convenient to drive by himself. I didn't recommend me to take the shuttle bus. I believed it. The result was too angry and blocked at the door. It was better to go directly over. This service is no one. The Fangte at the door was originally going to Fangte to swim, and the people were depressed and not vomiting!
