Playa de Palma Hotels with Bars

The location is quite good, just a four or five minute walk from the bus stop. The hotel is right in front of the sea and you can swim directly. There are restaurants and shops on both sides of the hotel, which is very convenient.

The location is very convenient for beach lovers and there are nearby stops for buses to town and the airport. I had a very positive experience with almost all staff except for one lady. Hate to do this but will point out what rubbed me the wrong way. After breakfast one day I went to fill my travel cup as I have a special tea and wanted to drink it while getting ready for the day in my room. She came to me and said that taking out coffee ”is not possible”. I explained it's just hot water and she walked away. On face value it's nit a big deal but really, what is it one coffee for a hotel in which a breakfast is already included? And she assumed it was coffee while it was just hot water. It was mostly the manner of her approach. There are right ways to talk to your guests and that wasn't it. Another thing is the noise- you can hear everything and everyone. The bar is frequented by local people and it could be noisy as well. I have to say the bar noise didn't bother me, it in a way added to the atmosphere, it was nice to be in a place that the neighbours love and we're genuinely enjoying themselves. But it was very annoying to hear guests slam doors in the middle of the night, using the toilet, having loud conversations, even cleaning their sinuses... I'm not sure if anything could be done about it as the walls appear to be paper thin.

The hotel staff is quite friendly and professional. Breakfast is great. Hotel itself is quite noisy due to location and lack of insulation. Plumbing overall is not great, got a room and had to change as it was flooded and in second room as well some plumbing issue. Due to that some rooms also had smell.

Nice hotel but reception could do with updating processes as there was always a queue and several times our key wouldn't work. It was nice to have a pool but very small and the jacuzzi bubbles wouldn't ever work. Breakfast was nice but busy abd quite expensive. The location worked well for easy access to the beach and some nice restaurants.the bus to palma is outside which is ideal.

Overall, we had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was calm and welcoming. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The food was also very good, with a nice variety and good quality. However, be careful when booking the hotel with children. When we made the booking, it was stated that children stay for free. Naturally, when booking a room for three people, you would expect that everything is included for all three guests. There was no information anywhere that we would need to pay an additional €40 per day for the child. When we ordered breakfast and dinner, no additional information was given that we would need to pay extra for the child. Only two days before our arrival did we receive a message saying that the child’s breakfast and dinner would cost €40 per day. Since we stayed for six nights, this added up to an extra €240, which is not a small amount. Overall, the hotel is very nice, but the information regarding children’s meals is misleading, so please be careful.

We had a great 2 days stay , we love the pool view from our room with the balcony, so relaxing, the room ,beddings and towels were so clean and fresh. The receptionists who attended us when we checked in and even during our check out were fabulous and very friendly. Location is perfect, walking distance to the beach and the bus stop to the airport was just a 10 min.walk. Though there was no complimentary water,still not bad. The last night was a bit annoying as one drunk lady was trying to enter our room and insisted to open it despite telling her that its not her room, I tried to ring the reception but phone seems not working. Swimming pool was great ,i wish they could extend the time. Overall, we had a great time and would highly recommend this hotel.

Excellent hotel right in front of of the beach. Nice rooftop bar with infinity pool. Staff is nice and the food is delicious.

The hotel is located close to the airport, so do not be shocked that you can hear planes all time long. Really close to the public beach, and some shops and coffees. The swimming pool is clean, not small. Breakfast and dinner - depends on the day. Some days are super equipped, some days nothing to choose from. Unfortunately, the receptionist (woman with dark linger hair) was not kind and even asked in advance - denied the request of paying for an additional 2h for late check out in order to pick up an important meeting at work via laptop and denied giving access to one room they have for guests for an emergency stay. Never happened in my life before in this chain of hotels. In the room even the cleaning staff was requested, no recharge of soap or shampoo... And that's the reason I won't recommend the place - bad personnel can destroy good moments.

Friendly staff, reasonably size room with lift available, good breakfast with loads of selection, very comfy bed and firm pillow and great pressure the shower, shame only a bottle of water for our whole stay and also no kettle. Free street parking by the hotel, we were there during off season so always managed to find a parking near to the hotel.

Everything was good just they should offer complimentary 2 water bottles when traveler checked in infact they can include the water bottles price into room price
