Spa hotels in Playa de Palma

I was very satisfied with the room conditions in the new building, the breakfast spa, etc. The only thing that was disappointing was that it was farther than I thought when crossing from the old building to the new building, and the attitude of the reception staff^^.... But it wasn't bad :)

It was our second time at the hotel .however we got robbed on the first morning , by someone who was in the hotel sat by the pool .The first day was spent at the police station ..the manager was kind enough to upgrade us to half board ..but the food especially at dinner wasn't good at all .pool nice but thats more because of the sea view

The location is quite good, just a four or five minute walk from the bus stop. The hotel is right in front of the sea and you can swim directly. There are restaurants and shops on both sides of the hotel, which is very convenient.

Booked the junior suite for our anniversary and it was so nice and spacious! Love the in-room speaker and balcony overlooking the sunset 😍 there is sauna and indoor swimming pool and the breakfast selection was good. Only downside was that there’s only one small elevator.

A negative point forgets that perhaps you need to make better maintenance to the rooms so that unwanted insects are not filtered 🙄 The hotel is very comfortable and very comfortable. For all tastes, if you are vegetarian, there is a wide variety of fruits, cheeses, there are cooks with a hot tortilla and garbage serving you all the coffee you need. It is a hotel, perhaps for the era, of older people and German people, which was not a disadvantage at all for us. The hotel was very comfortable and very comfortable. We spent many hours in the Spa and the truth was great. They have a very mono bar and the great servants.

Absolutely loved our short stay at the hotel. The room was perfect and had an incredible panoramic view. The staff were very helpful and welcoming. We will definitely be back again, but for a longer stay.

Nice hotel but reception could do with updating processes as there was always a queue and several times our key wouldn't work. It was nice to have a pool but very small and the jacuzzi bubbles wouldn't ever work. Breakfast was nice but busy abd quite expensive. The location worked well for easy access to the beach and some nice restaurants.the bus to palma is outside which is ideal.

Overall, we had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was calm and welcoming. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The food was also very good, with a nice variety and good quality. However, be careful when booking the hotel with children. When we made the booking, it was stated that children stay for free. Naturally, when booking a room for three people, you would expect that everything is included for all three guests. There was no information anywhere that we would need to pay an additional €40 per day for the child. When we ordered breakfast and dinner, no additional information was given that we would need to pay extra for the child. Only two days before our arrival did we receive a message saying that the child’s breakfast and dinner would cost €40 per day. Since we stayed for six nights, this added up to an extra €240, which is not a small amount. Overall, the hotel is very nice, but the information regarding children’s meals is misleading, so please be careful.

Lovely little hotel in a brilliant location. 10 minutes from the airport and metres from the beach, bars, and restaurants. The rooms were basic but perfectly adequate, and nothing was too much trouble for the staff when we wanted extra pillows or duvet. There was plenty of choice for food and drinks, with different options every night. We had to leave at 4.45am, and the staff made sure we had coffee and cold breakfast available before we left and booked a taxi ahead of time.

This hotel is very nice. Clean, friendly staffs. Foods were delicious and lots of varieties. Location is very near to the beach, just right behind the hotel. There’s bus stop 2min away from the hotel so quite convenient. But it’s far from downtown. You have to take the bus to get around. It costs only €2 per trip so still ok. You can also take the airport bus from the same station. Overall, this hotel is worth the money. Would recommend it.
