ZhuweiThis was my second visit to Yokohama, and staying at this InterContinental was an excellent choice, truly the best decision of the trip. We stayed for five nights and explored all of Yokohama and the surrounding areas. The room was spacious, the bed was large, the facilities were very new, and everything was impeccably clean. Downstairs, there's a 7-Eleven and a Starbucks, plus many restaurants and cafes within walking distance.

The staff's hospitality was excellent.
Since it was our anniversary, they took photos for us, and we were even upgraded, so we had a relaxing time in a lovely room. ♪
The view from the room, the turndown service, the TWG tea, and the bath amenities were all great.
However, when I woke up in the morning, I was itchy and had signs of a tick bite, so the cleanliness was a minus point.
The TV was full of Japanese programs, so I wish they would introduce something like Netflix or Amazon Prime so I could relax and enjoy movies during my hotel stay.
I was able to listen to music via Bluetooth, but it seemed a bit behind the times.
The breakfast, which I was looking forward to, had a limited variety and was average in taste.
I had high expectations because I knew the regular price in advance, but it was quite disappointing.
The restaurant staff's service was cheerful and gave me a Hawaiian feel.
I also had the Kahala Hotel's popular Shin Pancakes, which were delicious.
The Eggs Benedict, a signature Hawaiian dish, was *perhaps overcooked*, but the yellow color solidified and wasn't thick enough, and the sauce wasn't very tasty.
Overall, I felt that it was a 5-star hotel except for the customer service, with everything else at a 4-star level.
Thank you for the wonderful experience.

Guest UserThe service is warm and friendly, the breakfast offers a wide variety of delicious options, and the rooms are spacious. It's located right across from Yokohama Station, accessible via the West Exit's underground passage, which is incredibly convenient. The Minatomirai Line for a city walk is also accessible from here. Highly recommended!

The room was quite spacious, and being right by the sea, I could enjoy ocean views from the window. The location is super convenient – it's only about 300-400 meters from the Big Ferris Wheel, 700-800 meters from the Red Brick Warehouse, 200 meters from the Convention Center, and 300-400 meters from the Portside Shopping Area. Chinatown is roughly 1.3 km away, and Noge Yokocho is about 1.2 km. Absolutely fantastic location!

WulaitingfanzengThe hotel is pretty standard, nothing fancy. The room was on the smaller side. Check-in is on the top floor. It's quite affordable, offering good value for money. There's a parking lot next door that costs 3000 JPY per day, just remember to register at the front desk first. Having a 7-Eleven on the first floor was really convenient though.

The Westin Yokohama is an absolutely divine experience! ✨ Located right in the heart of Minato Mirai, it's within walking distance of the Red Brick Warehouse and Landmark Tower. The high-floor rooms offer floor-to-ceiling windows with stunning night views of Yokohama Port and even the silhouette of Mount Fuji. A spacious 40+ sq.m. room is such a rarity in Japan! The Heavenly Bed is incredibly soft and comfortable, and the White Tea amenities create a wonderful atmosphere. The 24-hour gym and indoor pool are fully equipped. The made-to-order soufflé and fresh food at breakfast were a pleasant surprise. The service is efficient and attentive. Definitely my top choice for accommodation in Yokohama, worth every penny!

This is not a true capsule hotel: the beds are only separated with curtains, not doors. This means that you can hear everyone else in the room, and that there is no secure place to leave your things when you go the shower or leave your space for a bit. (The only lockers are all the way on the ground floor, in the lobby, and they are tiny--much too small for a suitcase or even a large backpack.) So this feels much more like a youth hostel than an actual capsule hotel.
If the beds had doors that could be locked, I would give this place an excellent review. On the positive side, it was kept very clean (given the number of people staying there), and it's very close to the train station and to Chinatown.

The hotel is short walking distance from shin-yokohama station. Check in was easy and smooth. Out room was a bit small and tired , typical business japanese style but the furniture looked worn. The bathroom was also japanese style : no window + small bathtub with shower and minimal (well equipped) space overall. If you are lucky enough to get an upper floor room , the view from the big window is nice. On the basement there is a 7Eleven and just out of the hotel it is plenty of shops/restaurants
