Amazing
HHohohoneyTraveling to Japan with kids, I chose this hotel primarily for its value for money. The room was, undoubtedly, small, but it had everything we needed. The most crucial factor was its incredibly convenient location: a three-minute walk from the northwest exit of Yokohama JR Station, just across the skybridge. The front desk staff were polite and friendly, always ready to help. We stayed for six days; they provided two bottles of mineral water daily and basic cleaning every day, with a thorough cleaning every three days. I would definitely consider staying here again on my next visit. There's also complimentary coffee and toiletries available for self-service at the front desk.
Jjie125The hotel is located near the Red Brick Warehouse, a bit of a distance from both the JR and subway stations, so the location isn't super convenient. However, there's a sightseeing bus stop right outside, so it's not too out of the way. The surrounding area is very pleasant for a stroll. The room was very spacious, and the hotel is well-maintained, much newer and better kept than many hotels in Tokyo. The mini-bar offered a good selection of complimentary drinks (excluding alcoholic ones). I didn't have breakfast, so I can't comment on the food, but overall, from service and cleanliness to room facilities, it truly lives up to the standards of a five-star hotel.

Amazing
RRuikoukoukouThe location is super convenient with excellent surrounding amenities, and the hotel service is very attentive. Crucially, the airport bus directly to Haneda stops right downstairs, so you don't have to carry your luggage at all. From the room's balcony, you can see the Minato Mirai Ferris wheel 🎡 and the sea. Staying here after a few days in Tokyo is an excellent choice.

Great
SSuifengershiService: Excellent. The breakfast was delicious, offering a variety of options like salad 🥗, siomai, bread 🥯, and pan-fried salmon 🍣. They had seafood 🦞 rice every day, with beef bowls, braised pork rice, burgers 🍔, and hot dogs 🌭 rotating daily – all tasting great.
Facilities: The bed was very comfortable, and the toiletries in the bathroom had a pleasant scent.
Environment: Yokohama Station and the Red Brick Warehouse are both within a 10-15 minute walk.
Cleanliness: Extremely clean and hygienic.

GGopinathaanStayed here recently — great value and a really charming, retro-style room interior that felt unique and cozy. Clean, comfortable, and well-kept. Best feature: it’s only a 3-minute walk to Shin-Yokohama Station, which made getting around incredibly easy. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance, so dining options are plentiful. Would recommend for budget-conscious travelers who appreciate a nostalgic design and convenient location.

GGuest UserGood location: less than 10 minutes walk to two train stations, around 10 minutes walk to the china town, around 1.5km to red brick, around 10 minutes walk to halal Indonesian restaurant.
Inside hotel room: very clean, a bit more spacious than the usual type of room on other hotels. It has space for a small sofa and ‘pantry’, which is very nice.
Hospitality: friendly staffs.

GGuest UserMy partner and I stayed at this hotel for two nights over a weekend, following a cruise around the Japan Islands. Our rooms were space-compromised, however, all necessary amenities, internet and personal extras were available in-room. Our breakfasts were included and I must say that they were of high quality and abundabce, catering to Japanese and European cultures... though not foods could have been hotter. The location is a good walking distance for the Port area, parks, Chinatown and shopping. Train services are available for destinations further away. Buses are available nearby to go to either Narita or Haneda Airports. Overall, very happy with our stay.

GGuest UserThe hotel is in an excellent location, close to many tourist attractions in the area, making it possible to visit several of them on foot.
Although there are few parking spaces available, the hotel has partnerships with nearby parking lots for overnight stays, with very reasonable rates.
The room cleanliness would have been excellent if it weren’t for the dust on the curtains. My son touched the curtain, which triggered our rhinitis, and we had to take antihistamines in order to sleep comfortably.
Breakfast is good, but on our second and last day, which was a Saturday, it was chaotic. There were long lines, and it was not possible to serve ourselves more than once. Since the tray is not large enough and many items ran out quickly, we did not eat as well as we did on the previous day.

DDavid K T SoHotel location supposed to be good as it is adjacent to Yokohama Station. However, there is no direct connection between the hotel and the underground mall, I have to lift 3 heavy luggages from train station level (B2) up the stairs in the Joinus underground mall south exit 12. That alone have killed me. I think the hotel avoid telling customers about this great disadvantage. Even after entering the hotel, the front reception is another tens of stairs down to 1F like a split level building, which was extremely inconvenient! The hotel is like travelling back in time to the 70's, almost antique in today's standard. Room key is not a card type but a physical metal key! Room was still spacious (mine was triple room) but having no modern amenities, not enough power outlet for phone charging and/or computer. No storage or drawers, bathroom was extremely small and crowded. My booking included buffet breakfast, which was a surprise, food selection was good, but there were not many customers, one morning my family virtually was thw only table in the entire grand dining room! I can say I have mixed feeling about this hotel, if you have many luggages and arrived by train, think twice as you have to lift your luggages up 34 stairs from B2 to ground level.

NNixaWhat a great little find! Perfect price, perfect stay. The room is definitely teeny tiny BUT… the staff are friendly and helpful, there’s lots of toiletries to choose from on arrival, bakery items for purchase 24/7, sanitiser available on every floor, comfy bed, dressing gown and slippers…good breakfast buffet (though no hot selection for vegetarians other than soup). Bus and train within walking distance. Close to marina and a couple of great izakaya. Overall, just terrific.
