EElinaNikOmg, I stopped at first cabin hotels and other of this type, but I never think that this type of hotels could be so convenient! I totally fall in love with this hotel! Despite the fact that you're taking just a bad, you are getting a privet room with table and space for your baggage (another person has his/her own entry and room). There is a free breakfast, but not only this! In shared space you will find free coffee from coffee machine, in the late evening you can take a noodle for free. I shared space in your floor is massage chair, available for free, water and yogurt. They have spa and privet bath too! Bathroom has everything you could need, even lotion and hair comb. Staff are friendly, room is cozy, and a lot of free adds, what else needs for the tourist? Location is greate, you can go to Kamakura, Disneyland, Tokyo... Anywhere, but it less crowded compared with Tokyo. I definitely would back in next trip! 10/10!!!!

On the 20th floor, piano music plays, and the panoramic sea view is just incredibly relaxing. Service: The staff's English is excellent! 👍 Facilities: Everything is brand new! The hairdryer is a Refa, which is quite good and lightweight. Cleanliness: Absolutely spotless! The sea view room is truly stunning. I'll definitely stay here again on my next trip to Yokohama.

GGuest UserI had a 17-hour layover in Yokohama on my way to Washington, so I decided to spend a night here. The location is excellent! From Yokohama Station's NEWoMan building, you just follow the signs on the second-floor concourse, and it leads straight to the hotel – about a 6-7 minute walk after exiting the station. If you don't want to walk through the mall, after exiting Yokohama Station, look for the North Exit first, then the Northwest Exit; this also connects directly to the concourse, so you're sheltered from any weather. I chose a room with breakfast, which was pretty standard but perfectly fine for filling up. They had a great selection of amenities, very comprehensive. And with my Trip.com points, the price was an absolute steal!

GGuest UserThis hotel boasts an excellent location. The front desk is conveniently located on the 10th floor of the Shin-Yokohama Station building, with guest rooms on the floors above. This makes it incredibly easy to get around. My friend and I were in town for a concert at Yokohama Arena, and the venue was only about a 10-minute walk away. There are also plenty of dining options nearby. The room was very clean and spacious enough for two people. Booking in advance allowed us to get a great deal. Compared to other hotels in the same price range, its conditions are excellent across the board. Highly recommended!

LLiuliliWhat more can I say? I'm completely satisfied! Facilities: Very new and excellent. Cleanliness: Every detail was meticulously handled. Environment: Tidy, clean, and comfortable. Service: Both the front desk and housekeeping staff were incredibly welcoming. I intentionally skipped breakfast because I tend to wake up late, so I can't comment on that. Overall, the Hilton Yokohama offers great value for money, and the transportation is very convenient. It's just a 10-minute walk from Yokohama Station, right across the pedestrian bridge.

HhelenluanThe breakfast is absolutely delicious! I can have as much salmon as I want. They have paella every day, which is a dream come true. The burgers, wraps, and hot dogs are different every day. I didn't even touch the bread! Sometimes they even have siomai and dumplings. Coffee, tea, and sugar-free yogurt are my favorites. No need to clear your own plates, the staff take care of it. It's truly perfect for Chinese travelers!

Best feature: it’s only a 3-minute walk to Shin-Yokohama Station, which made getting around incredibly easy. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance, so dining options are plentiful. Would recommend for budget-conscious travelers who appreciate a nostalgic design and convenient location.

SsgargiuloThe hotel is short walking distance from shin-yokohama station. Check in was easy and smooth. Out room was a bit small and tired , typical business japanese style but the furniture looked worn. The bathroom was also japanese style : no window + small bathtub with shower and minimal (well equipped) space overall. If you are lucky enough to get an upper floor room , the view from the big window is nice. On the basement there is a 7Eleven and just out of the hotel it is plenty of shops/restaurants

NNixaWhat a great little find! Perfect price, perfect stay. The room is definitely teeny tiny BUT… the staff are friendly and helpful, there’s lots of toiletries to choose from on arrival, bakery items for purchase 24/7, sanitiser available on every floor, comfy bed, dressing gown and slippers…good breakfast buffet (though no hot selection for vegetarians other than soup). Bus and train within walking distance. Close to marina and a couple of great izakaya. Overall, just terrific.

GGuest UserWas a bit far from Yokohama station and a pain to find on road but next day, worked out underground mall route but a lot of different exits. Room was small with balcony inaccessible for fresh air. Luggage storage was available for free but laundry only had two machines so had to wait for other guests to finish ... then wait some more for them to actually come get it.
