GGuest UserThis is our 2nd small luxury hotel stay. We stayed here for our anniversary. Melaka lake cruise is right in front of the hotel- a walking distance across the street. The room is cosy and lovely. Breakfast is ala carte, but you can order as many as you want from the menu (big portion!), and they're delicious! Dorothy, the staff was so attentive, she sent us a an anniversary cake to our room when she heard us talking about our special day 🥰

JJingjieshiyuanbaomamiExceeded expectations, this was the best hotel experience during our trip to Malaysia, which covered four cities (Kuala Lumpur, Semporna, Kota Kinabalu, and Malacca)! The hotel is very cozy and just the right size. Its location is excellent, just a few minutes' walk to the Malacca River banks, Jonker Street, and the Dutch Square (Red House). We were on the 15th floor, overlooking the picturesque 'S' bend of the Malacca River. The room was spacious and well-designed, with a sofa that could be used as a child's bed.

CChai JingBooked the suite and room was really big. Came with 2 queen beds and had a separate work area big enough for meals and activities 😅
Room was clean and look well maintained. No stains or whatsoever. Very pleasant stay. The hotel staff were helpful and prompt in service. We asked to clean up the room and left for breakfast immediately after. When we returned the room was all made up, neat and tidy.
Breakfast was decent. Do note though, that the take-your-own-food buffet style became semi ala carte buffet because there were not enough guests while I was there. Still, it was good enough.
Kids wanted to swim but the pool was a little too tiny for our liking. We did activities outside of the hotel though so not much of an issue.
Location wise. If you want something right next to malls or in the heart of the jonker area, this is probably not your best choice. We take a 10 min walk to the jonker area and it was a comfortable stroll though. Quiet enough but not too near.
Overall a good stay and very happy to return.

JJoey PakLast minute trip to melaka. The unit is very comfortable and very clean. Check in process is quick and easy. From the balcony you still see the city, it is beautiful at night and breezy too. The bed and sofa bed were very comfortable. There's WiFi and TV box for some chill time. Owner is friendly and informative. She recommended some cafe hopping places to us.
The owner recommended us the restaurant at lv44 and had asked us to present the residence access card for 10% discount. Food and drinks are delicious, definitely recommended to have lunch and dinner there.

GGuest UserFirst of all, I just wanna say, the welcoming drinks are really special and delicious. It was ginger ale if I am not mistaken. Staffs are all friendly and welcoming except for the security guards and bell boy who keeps asking are we checking out. I was asked this a few times on the same day and it gets pretty annoying. The room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. Pool was nice and clean but I didnt get to enjoy this due to my packed schedule. Parking space for guests should be improved as there were very limited.

SSHlim45Whenever I am in Melaka, I will check into Treasure Hotel! Feel at home with the friendly staff and very hospitable manager Ms Jasmine! Location is not in Jonker walk which is a plus - away from the hustle and buss of the old town area. Walking to the river side takes less than 10mins. Highly recommended if you drive - no traffic jams. Park your car at the hotel and walk anywhere stress free!

GGuest UserHoliday Inn is truly one of the nicer hotels around. The atmosphere and views were fantastic, and the friendly, service-oriented staff are definitely the hotel’s biggest asset. They don’t just handle bookings but also share helpful suggestions to make your stay more meaningful.
I booked the hotel at the very last minute and checked in around 1:45 am. The receptionist who attended to me was very sweet and helpful. She even allowed a late checkout, though I checked out at 11:45 am to head back to Singapore early and avoid the traffic at the causeway. She also recommended great food options and interesting places nearby.
Overall, my wife and I had a wonderful stay and truly appreciated the warm hospitality.

MMunchkin_SHKami book with breakfast. Bilik sangat selesa dengan harga yg sangat berpatutan. Would love to extend our night, but we really have to go back. As for the buffet breakfast, the food was great. Comes with many choices. Our elders really enjoy the food.
Next time dtg melaka, nak repeat lagi hotel ni!

LLee Oi KengCleanliness and location is good, very near Jonker street. Cons are security wise needs improvement cos anyone can just walk in and especially in the early morning when we came down, the Indian guy was sleeping at the counter and I doubt he knows who went in and out. The room is very spacious but they should provide at leastt a small piece of soap for hand washing. When we arrived at the hotel at about 1pm, since the rooms are available, why can't they just let us check in instead of having to wait till 3pm ( we heard there were less than 10 rooms occupied that night). I was abit unlucky cos 1st room issued to us was a room under maintenance, 2nd room given to us only has a towel and 1 cup for 2 pax in the room and the toilet flushing system broke down in the middle of the night, phone out of order and I had to climb up and down the stairs numerous times to ask for things. No lifts in the hotel.
