Ccancan1125This hotel is a beautiful 10-minute taxi ride from Melaka Sentral. The front desk service was very warm and welcoming. I arrived quite early, and after I checked my luggage, it was already in my room when I checked in later that evening. Breakfast is à la carte, and the service was consistently good. The hotel's location is great, within walking distance to attractions like Jonker Street. There's also a fantastic char kway teow stall nearby that's open at night; a local taxi driver recommended it, and while there's often a long queue, it moves very quickly.

JJoey PakLast minute trip to melaka. The unit is very comfortable and very clean. Check in process is quick and easy. From the balcony you still see the city, it is beautiful at night and breezy too. The bed and sofa bed were very comfortable. There's WiFi and TV box for some chill time. Owner is friendly and informative. She recommended some cafe hopping places to us.
The owner recommended us the restaurant at lv44 and had asked us to present the residence access card for 10% discount. Food and drinks are delicious, definitely recommended to have lunch and dinner there.

GGuest UserService: The service was fantastic, especially the complimentary cookies for every guest, which were quite tasty. They also provided service in Chinese.
Environment: The overall cleanliness was impeccable. The only downside was that the location was a bit far out, but it was quite close to a small island.

GGuest UserThe hotel's location is quite good, with two malls nearby offering plenty of restaurants and a supermarket for souvenirs. It's conveniently located between Jonker Street and the Straits Mosque, about a ten-minute taxi ride to both. The room looked a bit dated, but the amenities were quite comprehensive. The family room had a bunk bed, which the kids loved. It was advertised as a 2.3m king-size bed, but it felt more like an 1.8m. When booking, it stated two breakfasts were included, and even though we had 2 adults and 3 children, we weren't charged extra for breakfast, which we really appreciated. The breakfast offered both Western and Chinese options, and the taste was good; our favorite was definitely the noodle soup shown in the pictures.

CChai JingBooked the suite and room was really big. Came with 2 queen beds and had a separate work area big enough for meals and activities 😅
Room was clean and look well maintained. No stains or whatsoever. Very pleasant stay. The hotel staff were helpful and prompt in service. We asked to clean up the room and left for breakfast immediately after. When we returned the room was all made up, neat and tidy.
Breakfast was decent. Do note though, that the take-your-own-food buffet style became semi ala carte buffet because there were not enough guests while I was there. Still, it was good enough.
Kids wanted to swim but the pool was a little too tiny for our liking. We did activities outside of the hotel though so not much of an issue.
Location wise. If you want something right next to malls or in the heart of the jonker area, this is probably not your best choice. We take a 10 min walk to the jonker area and it was a comfortable stroll though. Quiet enough but not too near.
Overall a good stay and very happy to return.

1. ample parking space just infront of the hotel
2. spacious room with ironboard, fridge, kettle, tea & coffee and drinking water
3. big bathroom with toothbrush, body wash, shampoo
towel, face towel and toilet with bidet
4. hotel breakfast if purchased with room was good and compliments to the chef also the service assistant rahman was efficient.
5. checking in and out was fast.

WWanderlust1Older property and it’s starting to show. Lifts take forever during check out allow at least 20 minutes. Great view from the balcony but it can get noisy with kids swimming early. Bedding provided is minimal and bare frills stay. Location is good.

GGuest UserIt’s shocked that I was given a room not yet tidy up(first time in all my travels) and I waited a bit to get it changed (the room changed with not working with the room card for the electricity (need to do it manual). It’s already after 8pm so I only wanted to rest.
And one night the water tap was broken and no water was out.. I called reception to get it fixed but no body came until I called it again. They fixed it but with water all splashed in the bathroom..
It’s disappointing and I don’t think I’ll do a second time here.
Overall it’s not noisy there, staffs ok friendly but the location is a bit far from the attraction sites and it’s a bit far to find restaurant nearby.

LLee Oi KengCleanliness and location is good, very near Jonker street. Cons are security wise needs improvement cos anyone can just walk in and especially in the early morning when we came down, the Indian guy was sleeping at the counter and I doubt he knows who went in and out. The room is very spacious but they should provide at leastt a small piece of soap for hand washing. When we arrived at the hotel at about 1pm, since the rooms are available, why can't they just let us check in instead of having to wait till 3pm ( we heard there were less than 10 rooms occupied that night). I was abit unlucky cos 1st room issued to us was a room under maintenance, 2nd room given to us only has a towel and 1 cup for 2 pax in the room and the toilet flushing system broke down in the middle of the night, phone out of order and I had to climb up and down the stairs numerous times to ask for things. No lifts in the hotel.
