BBingBaiThe parking lot is behind the hotel. It would be great if they offered valet parking. Luckily, there's a side door from the hotel that leads directly to the parking lot.
The room facilities are quite new and have a strong local flavor. It overlooks the Melaka River cruise, and the view isn't as good as the Dusit Thani Princess next door, which faces the sea. The TV, however, is a bit old-fashioned.
Both the pool and gym are very small, barely better than nothing, but the gym environment is quite good.
Breakfast is served until 10:30 AM. We went at 10 AM, and the breakfast staff were incredibly impatient. I also mentioned this in my subsequent hotel review: if they don't want to serve breakfast guests at 10 AM, they should just say so, rather than making guests face their bad attitudes. Breakfast is à la carte with unlimited ordering. We, as a couple, ordered four dishes plus one dessert. The presentation was terrible; the plates were oily when they were brought out. We were very disappointed with the breakfast.
The front desk service was decent, but it took a while to process the parking ticket when we were leaving. Perhaps the staff weren't very familiar with the operation, or the system was slow.
It's worth staying for one day to experience the Melaka charm, but don't expect much from the hotel's facilities and services.

CChai JingBooked the suite and room was really big. Came with 2 queen beds and had a separate work area big enough for meals and activities 😅
Room was clean and look well maintained. No stains or whatsoever. Very pleasant stay. The hotel staff were helpful and prompt in service. We asked to clean up the room and left for breakfast immediately after. When we returned the room was all made up, neat and tidy.
Breakfast was decent. Do note though, that the take-your-own-food buffet style became semi ala carte buffet because there were not enough guests while I was there. Still, it was good enough.
Kids wanted to swim but the pool was a little too tiny for our liking. We did activities outside of the hotel though so not much of an issue.
Location wise. If you want something right next to malls or in the heart of the jonker area, this is probably not your best choice. We take a 10 min walk to the jonker area and it was a comfortable stroll though. Quiet enough but not too near.
Overall a good stay and very happy to return.

GGuest UserSpacious and clean. Good value for money. It's adjoining with a mall but the mall is pretty dead. It's not walking distance to Jonker so would be better if you hv own transport. Overall good value and I won't mind to come back again.

I'm writing about my recent stay at your hotel with my family. I was disappointed with the Front desk customer service.
I experienced unprofessional customer service and issues with my room booking. The staff was unable to handle customers questions and solve at moment situation and issues. There were errors with my room assignment.
Specifically, My room booking was confirmed by Trip.com for 1 × prestigious room with 2× Queen bed for 4 pax. Upon check in I showed my booking reference to front Desk staff and she started to process my entry and read back to me as I have booked for 1 × king bed and do I need an extra single to add on. I showed my booking reference again and told her to look at my booking carefully its for 4 pax and not 2 pax prestigious room. Then she took awhile to understand and realised there was an error in the Hotel room booking management systen and did not want to admit the system error. Customer service staff mentioned they have over sold out all the prestigious 2 × Queen bed and the only choice I have was to accept the 1 × king room with added single bed. I ask the customer service will the single bed have the equalent comfort bcos the next day I got to drive a long distance and assured ill get the best comfort but ended having sleepless night with body & back pain and the added on bed was so hard like sleeping on a hard surface..
**Ordered inhouse cafeteria food arrived 45min later.
**4pax to a room only given 2 towels & 2 sets of toiletries. Called Room Service & frontdesk no response and then I got to walk all the way from my room to front Desk and ask for why there was insufficient items in my room and why there was no response to my call.
^** I hope you can address this to improve guest experiences.

Cleanliness: The bedroom was clean, and the bathroom's wet and dry separation was very comfortable.
Environment: A comfortable stay.
Service: Customer service was excellent.
Special mention: The welcome cookies were delicious, and the breakfast offered a great variety.

AAriff SamaniI had a pleasant stay here with my family. Our room had a view facing the main road, and although there was no bathtub, only a shower but the kids still enjoyed the space. The area came alive at night with a bustling bundle fair just outside, adding to the lively atmosphere. The building has a charming colonial-style architecture, which adds to its unique character. The hotel seemed to be popular among local Malay guests, giving it a warm and familiar vibe. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the food was quite satisfying. It would be even better if the hotel had facilities like a gym and spa, which I personally prefer. Overall, it was a great staycation for the whole family.

SSHlim45Whenever I am in Melaka, I will check into Treasure Hotel! Feel at home with the friendly staff and very hospitable manager Ms Jasmine! Location is not in Jonker walk which is a plus - away from the hustle and buss of the old town area. Walking to the river side takes less than 10mins. Highly recommended if you drive - no traffic jams. Park your car at the hotel and walk anywhere stress free!

GGuest UserHoliday Inn is truly one of the nicer hotels around. The atmosphere and views were fantastic, and the friendly, service-oriented staff are definitely the hotel’s biggest asset. They don’t just handle bookings but also share helpful suggestions to make your stay more meaningful.
I booked the hotel at the very last minute and checked in around 1:45 am. The receptionist who attended to me was very sweet and helpful. She even allowed a late checkout, though I checked out at 11:45 am to head back to Singapore early and avoid the traffic at the causeway. She also recommended great food options and interesting places nearby.
Overall, my wife and I had a wonderful stay and truly appreciated the warm hospitality.

GGuest UserThe room is spacious and comfortable, suitable for 4 people. However, there are some concerns about security — there’s no access card required to use the lift, and the parking area is shared with the mall, making it easily accessible to the public. The lift service is very inefficient; although there are four lifts, only one seems to be operating at a time, leading to long wait times — it took us at least 30 minutes to get from the swimming pool back to our room. Additionally, the air conditioner wasn't cooling the room properly, which affected our comfort during the stay.

LLee Oi KengCleanliness and location is good, very near Jonker street. Cons are security wise needs improvement cos anyone can just walk in and especially in the early morning when we came down, the Indian guy was sleeping at the counter and I doubt he knows who went in and out. The room is very spacious but they should provide at leastt a small piece of soap for hand washing. When we arrived at the hotel at about 1pm, since the rooms are available, why can't they just let us check in instead of having to wait till 3pm ( we heard there were less than 10 rooms occupied that night). I was abit unlucky cos 1st room issued to us was a room under maintenance, 2nd room given to us only has a towel and 1 cup for 2 pax in the room and the toilet flushing system broke down in the middle of the night, phone out of order and I had to climb up and down the stairs numerous times to ask for things. No lifts in the hotel.
