GGuest UserI want to start off with that the hospitality at this hotel was the best I have ever received. From the beginning I was greeted by Daniela who recommended the best places for me to visit and ensured I had everything during my stay. The pool is amazing with so much space and again the service was incredible. There is so much to do at this hotel from the bars and the roofop bar/restaurant which offers soo many different options of things to do. I would recommend this 100% and I will be staying here the next time I visit!

GGuest UserI recently stayed at the Crowne Plaza Muscat and had a truly fantastic experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable and relaxing stay.
A special mention goes to Gowtham from Room Service – he was incredibly courteous, prompt, and attentive to every detail. His professionalism and warm attitude really made a difference during my stay.At the hotel restaurant, I was equally impressed by the service. In breakfast Bhavesh and Kunal stood out with their friendliness, efficiency, and genuine hospitality. They made every meal feel special with their attentiveness and helpful recommendations. We wanted to try restaurants but we were short of time .
The hotel itself is beautiful in amazing place – with stunning views, clean and spacious rooms, and great amenities. But it’s truly the people like Gowtham, Bhavesh and Kunal and other staff who make Crowne Plaza Muscat such a memorable place to stay.
Highly recommended, and I look forward to coming back!

MMrBoozyVery nice stay overall. The room was super nice and fully up to Mövenpick’s premium standard. The staff were also extremely friendly, and they were very flexible — they even offered breakfast, which I really appreciated.
I spent my Christmas Eve there, and they had an event by the swimming pool. It was a bit pricey, but you could see they put a lot of effort into it, and higher prices are expected in a premium hotel.
The location is very good, close to the main attractions and also near the airport by taxi. The hotel has a nice swimming pool and a jacuzzi, and the view from the pool area is quite open with a beautiful mountain backdrop. There are also several restaurant options on-site, which is convenient.
Overall, it was a solid and enjoyable stay, and I definitely recommend it.

OOuad69The hotel offers outstanding facilities, particularly for families. The heated swimming pool is of excellent quality, and the outdoor garden area is truly exceptional, beautifully maintained with elegant palm trees that create a very relaxing atmosphere.
The spa experience was remarkable, with highly skilled and professional therapists delivering outstanding treatments. In addition, the sports and leisure facilities are very well designed and perfectly suited for families, allowing both adults and children to fully enjoy the stay.
These elements greatly contributed to the quality and enjoyment of our experience.

KKhairuddin KatorWe stayed at the Grand Hyatt Muscat during our road trip from Riyadh through Dubai and finally into Muscat, and it turned out to be the perfect stop to unwind and explore the city.
The hotel has a charming 90s vibe—classic, warm, and nostalgic in the best way. Despite its vintage character, everything is impressively clean and well maintained. The location is another big plus: right near the beach, making it easy to enjoy a morning walk or a relaxing sunset.
The staff were consistently friendly and welcoming, which made our stay even more enjoyable. After long hours on the road, that level of hospitality really stands out.
Overall, a comfortable and memorable stay, and a great base for touring around Muscat.

GGuest UserThe hotel arranged a taxi for me, but it was much more expensive compared to the one I took from the airport. I also found the food prices to be quite high. Overall, the stay was fine, but I felt that the transportation and dining charges could be more reasonable.

NNataliia P.This is my second visit to Muscat and I was impressed by the pool, which is over 100m long. The pool is truly gorgeous! Since August is the low season, there are not many guests at the hotel and you can swim in the pool alone, as if it were your own private pool! In fact, there are 3 pools. So you can choose the one that suits your taste. Perhaps, swimming in the Gulf of Oman did not impress me much. Let's just say that there are better seas. But, on the other hand, there is always such a small percentage of vacationers who want to swim in the sea that most people just need to go in, jump in the waves and get out. In terms of enjoying the beach, the experience here is 100% positive. The service on the beach is excellent! They constantly bring ice water with lemon and mint, offer refreshing napkins, and treat you to fruits. The hotel is designed in a traditional Arabic style and fully meets the idea of a luxurious holiday. The dark palette in the interiors emphasizes the architecture and gives a sense of sophistication. For guests who book villas, the Amouage bath line is offered. In simpler rooms - Аsqua di Parma, which is also not bad! As for the food, in my opinion, it is ordinary, without frills. I received undoubted aesthetic pleasure from staying in this beautiful place, but the hotel did not make any gastronomic impressions on me. At the same time, there are no complaints about the service. Everyone I dealt with - reception staff, beach staff, waiters are exceptionally friendly and responsive!

GGuest UserWe had a wonderful stay at the Radisson Collection in Muscat. From the moment we arrived, the reception team provided excellent service and made us feel very welcome.
During our stay, we visited Qureshi restaurant, where both the food and service were amazing. A special thanks to Ashwani, who gave us excellent recommendations that made the experience even better.
We also dined at Omny restaurant, where the chefs did a fantastic job preparing seafood exactly as per our request. The staff, especially Sonia and Amir, were warm, attentive, and looked after us throughout the meal. We also appreciated the hospitality from the manager, Shiva, which made the experience even more memorable.
The only area that could be improved was the breakfast service. Unfortunately, the staff did not seem very engaged or friendly, even though the restaurant was not busy at the time.
Aside from breakfast, everything else about our stay—from the reception to the restaurants—was outstanding. We truly enjoyed our time at the Radisson Collection and look forward to returning in the future.

SSarah HsWe stayed here for three nights, the counter is 24 hours, all the hotel staff are very polite, the two single beds are quite big, the bathroom shower water is large, very comfortable, breakfast starts at 5:30 in the morning, it is the earliest hotel I have encountered on this trip that can use breakfast.
