We stayed overnight at this hotel. When I arrived, there was a party in the lobby, and it was very noisy, but despite this, nothing could be heard in the room. The room was very spacious. It had the bare minimum for comfort, and usually, in such hotels, more is expected. The breakfast for $15 is not worth the money. In regular hotels, such breakfast is included in the room rate. I’m unlikely to be willing to return there again.

Guest UserWhen we arrived we were greeted and provided with water. We had two rooms booked and was told if we wanted to be close, we would need to wait for a room to be cleaned. We opted to wait. We continued to wait and then had to get checked in to make it to the concert we had tickets for. So we all went into one of the booked rooms to get ready as the room was not ready for us. I found this not the best customer service as we had booked the rooms in the same reservation so they were aware that two rooms were needed and should have been ready for this at the noted check-in time of 4pm. At 4:30 the second room was still not ready so was not utilized until after the concert (12:30 am).

Guest UserHotel hardware facilities are very good, clean and refreshing, relatively new. The front desk service is very poor, there is serious Chinese discrimination, the hotel claims 7×24 hours free shuttle service, every 30 minutes, but when we booked the early shuttle, we told us that all shuttle buses were full, and the original shuttle bus had 4 seats, basically for the airline staff, Hotel guests can not have the opportunity, so the so-called free airport shuttle is false propaganda, the hotel front desk is very ** insists that 7×24 hours free shuttle. We coordinated for a long time and finally promised to reserve the location for us, but found that we were deducted $14 per person, it was better to take Uber.

To see the NBA finals landed in Indianpolis for the first time. The overall city is old and dreary, even the city center has no sense of a fashionable city.
The hotel is located in the city center, the surrounding environment is quite poor, but fortunately, it is walking distance from the stadium, or choose a chain brand hotel to rest assured.
This suite hotel has a large room, separate living room and bedroom, and the twin bed configuration is very convenient for a family of three.
All aspects of the facilities are useless, the price is not too high, should not come to live in the future, mainly will not come to this city.

Very nice clean hotel. We didn’t even realize until we were there that the hotel had a walkway connecting to the Fashion mall. The bar service was awesome, the bartender was very friendly and made amazing drinks. You can take drinks up to your room as well which we loved. The staff was all very nice and the location was very convenient if you’re doing something in Indy.

The room was spacious enough and clean. The shower pressure was a bit low, and breakfast was an extra à la carte charge with limited options. There's a commercial center, supermarket, and restaurants a short drive away.

LIRONGThe hotel lobby is on the second floor. A escalator is required, but there will be security guards to bring luggage up. The hotel is connected to a shopping mall. There is a Chinese restaurant near the hotel, the taste is not bad, can satisfy the Chinese stomach a little. The overall environment is ok, the breakfast is quite satisfactory, and there are fewer options.

Guest UserWe enjoyed our stay. My grandson stated, “This is a nice hotel” as we entered the lobby. Crystal was an excellent and accommodating agent at the front desk. The room was clean and hallways were nice even though some were being refurbished.
