GGuest UserThe room was very nice and updated. Location was excellent and within walking distance to the Kid Rock concert. It was on the waterway, so it made the walk enjoyable....close to restaurants too. Parking at the guest garage was affordable at $17 for 24 hours. Hotel staff was very friendly.

GGuest UserIt was a family friendly activities and much of the staff were nice. I had an issue at check in, my room’t cleaned well I had to ask twice to get my room cleaned after checking in. Even after, it wasn’t cleaned well but I had a cranky toddler and didn’t want to keep waiting. They only provide two bath towels and don’t replace them unless you ask. If you want more towels you have to ask. The ice machines are only on odd floors only and are out of order on many floors. The bathroom in the main lobby doesn’t have changing tables or a family bathroom so be prepared to go to your room to change diapers if you are in the main hotel.
