Guest UserThe location was decent—about a 20-minute walk to the cable car and Chinatown. Service was solid, and the staff were helpful, offering great suggestions on places to visit. The complimentary morning tea and coffee and afternoon wine tasting section in the lobby was a nice touch. However, one downside was the lack of good budget-friendly breakfast options nearby.

Guest UserI had a lovely stay at the Westin St Francis. The check in process was quick and pleasant. The Bevi water refill machines at the lobby provides flavored and sparkling water on demand, it was such a lovely perk.
The historical hotel is nicely maintained and the guest room was very comfortable. I had an enjoyable stay in San Francisco.

Pearly9000Everything was wonderful and perfect until check-out. They asked to swipe my Visa card for a $200 deposit on the first day of check-in, which was completely fine.
However, on the day of check-out, they told me the service fees for 3 nights came to $123.60. They said they would deduct it from my deposit and refund the remaining balance within a few days. I thought that was fine too.
But no — they then charged another $200 to my Visa card without even touching my card again and without my permission. In total, they have charged $400 from my card. I honestly feel like crying because I don’t know what to do.
If they don’t refund my money in the next few days, will Trip help resolve this for me? I have never experienced a situation like this before.
This hotel was excellent in every way, but charging a guest’s card without authorization is truly disappointing and unfortunate. Can someone please tell me how I can get my money back?

Great location, just a few minutes' walk to the pier and some restaurants nearby, plus there's a Trader Joe's right next door. The room was spacious, I even felt like the sofa could fit another person, haha. As other reviews mentioned, the AC unit is quite noisy, but I was so tired that I fell asleep right away.

Guest UserThe staff were friendly, and the room was spacious with a simple yet tasteful interior design. I also liked how big their bathroom was. There is free coffee and water, which was convenient. The courtyard has fire pits and couches for guests to cozy up, and there are smores that you can make during the evening.

ErbasOur stay at Nob Hill Hotel was unexpectedly great.
Although it’s a little far from Union Square, the walk was very tolerable. What really stood out was the free unlimited water and coffee available 24/7, which was a huge plus. The hotel also has a very unique lift and a charming, distinctive style that added character to our stay. Overall, a pleasant surprise and a comfortable experience.
We would also like to commend the helpfulness of Emmanuel, who assisted us during our stay. He is very kind and accommodating, and his warm service truly made our experience even better. We will definitely come back and even cancelled our other hotel booking so we can return again after our visit here in Hollywood.

Deducted 1 point from location as there were too many homeless people around that made us not feel safe when walking in or out of the hotel.
The room itself were big enough for 2 people and I would commend the staff for being so accommodating helping us to check in early and checking if they have an available twin room available instead of just giving us a King bed when they noticed we were 2 friends together.
No bellboy in the hotel so be prepared to lug all your luggages up to your room.
They have free breakfast/snacks in the morning and coffee/tea.
Overall satisfied with my stay!

Guest UserThe hotel's location is convenient, about 800 meters' walk to the Civic Center/UN Plaza metro station, and close to Union Square and Chinatown. However, there are many homeless people in the surrounding streets, which makes the environmental smell a bit strong. Although the room is a bit cramped, it is generally clean and tidy. The blackout curtains are excellent, and there are plenty of power outlets near the desk and bed. The bath towels are very new and pleasant to use. Breakfast is served from 7-10 AM, but the variety is simple.

The hotel itself is very nice. I give it a 3/5 for service, as the hotel description states that it offers luggage storage, which is not true. They don't offer it and excuse themselves by saying they don't have space, but then they don't mention that you have this service.
They direct you to the Caza Hotel, indicating that you can store your bags there. Obviously, paying for six pieces of luggage, the cost was $50 ($30 + tax). I've attached photos.

The address of the accommodation is easily accessible, next to the bus stop. There is a convenience store. Restaurants in the same area The disadvantage is that it is an area with a lot of homeless people. for cleanliness There are some that are clean and some that are not that clean because it is a residence where many people live. Overall, it was worth the price paid.
