This hotel is located just outside a one-kilometer tunnel from downtown San Francisco. Once you pass through the tunnel, you're in Chinatown, making it a quiet retreat nestled near the bustling area. There's ample parking, and a vintage elevator makes it easy to transport luggage. The surrounding area is safe, with a supermarket just 150 meters away offering fruits, vegetables, and daily necessities at reasonable prices. The hotel rooms are spacious, with separate wet and dry areas in the bathroom. The air conditioning can be a bit noisy, which is a common issue with motels in the US. While there are windows, they face the corridor, so it's practically like having no windows, but the AC provides good air circulation. The beds are large, the room is spacious, and the bathroom is huge with excellent shower pressure. It's very clean. The free parking is a huge plus. I'd definitely stay here again if I rent a car for my next trip. It was perfect for three of us, with two beds that are both 1.5 meters wide, though the beds are a bit high due to the thick mattresses.

Very expensive for a B&B. Nice spot in the Castro/ Mission district near Dolores Park. Well-maintained & reasonable management. Lots of stairs to go up into main house lobby — wrought iron gates with intercom to buzz to get entry into property. Try to get a room in the older main house to minimize stairs! No AC. They have limited parking spots behind the two B&B houses (access from Dorland St) for US$35./day plus tax which is a steep price. Make sure u book a parking spot in advance. Beautiful garden courtyard in the back. Sadly we never got to use it. Try to get a room that faces the other “house” or the backyard - quieter. We had a front room Deluxe King Room 36 which looked nothing like the sample room photos (only one Room 24 w courtyard view, sofa, coffee table). We got a smaller room approx 290sf vs what we paid for 32sq.m, 344sf, no closet just small armoire to hang a couple of things, no sofa, no coffee table, no balcony. They were kind enough to give us a refund for the price difference between the Deluxe King we booked & the Standard King we got. Had to ask for them to vacuum room. Found tissue under headboard/bed, dusty. Not the kind of room you would want to spend much time in —teeny tiny TV, faced front noisy street with electric bus passing by. No screens in windows so had to close windows at night to keep critters out. Bed was ok. Pillows were synthetic & lumpy. View was of electric lines & school across the street. Beware some electric outlets. One was burnt out. Breakfast was repetitive but nice to eat in a lovely breakfast room or outdoor deck. Hard-boiled eggs, muesli, fruit, muffins/ carbs, American coffee, juices. Fortunately SPRO café was next door if you need a great cappuccino or chai latté! Didn’t get a chance to enjoy their wine & cheese. Contact them on WhatsApp +1 (415) 297-6891 to discuss rooms available.

I stayed at the motel for two nights. It's rare to find a motel in San Francisco with parking, and the location was excellent, convenient for getting around. The service was good, the room had everything you needed, there was a laundry room, and parking was available both in the front and back. I would definitely stay here again. It's a 30-minute walk to the Golden Gate Bridge and Lombard Street.

pleasant hotel. Clean enough. Very small room. Comfortable location, we walked around the city. Commendably gave us an extra hour in the room, super! Coke in the hotel is cheaper than in the shop. We liked it

This price can also include parking spaces in this area. It can be said that the price is very high, so don't ask too much for this price.

tadgeThere were a lot of young travelers and the atmosphere could get a bit noisy, but considering the price, I have no complaints. The staff were friendly, and I think it’s a great place to stay.

I booked this hotel as a solo traveler. I liked that the room had a TV with subscription services. It was also clean. However, when I was walking from reception to my room, the hallway was completely visible from the outside, which made me a little worried about safety as I was traveling alone. But there were no issues, so I was glad.
The reception staff were very kind, and it's close to tourist attractions.

The inn is in a safe and quiet part of town near the marina, with several major landmarks within walking distance. Reception was always friendly & helpful, even late at night. They were around to assist with finding parking lots when it got crowded. They also handled package deliveries in an organized and efficient manner. Our only complaint was the carpet in the room was perpetually cold and wet throughout our stay due to the air con leaking, and the wetness extended over half the room. We called about this but was told it's normal. However we were able to overlook this by wearing shoes in the room. Otherwise, we had a great stay here!

SanFranDaveUnion was the right price in the very right location, and wonderful people running the place as well. Toilet & washroom were in the hallway, but that was OK with me, as I've traveled extensively outside the West, and done that regularly. BART access is nearly doorstep, which was a top priority - loved it! Location is right at the ”Burrito Triangle”, with lots of other food available, too, so dining is easy. Their complimentary coffee is strong & fresh, but since DIY was permitted, I brought my civet coffee & fill-yourself K-cups. Good place to stay!

The address of the accommodation is easily accessible, next to the bus stop. There is a convenience store. Restaurants in the same area The disadvantage is that it is an area with a lot of homeless people. for cleanliness There are some that are clean and some that are not that clean because it is a residence where many people live. Overall, it was worth the price paid.
