Amazing
OOTC_Pros: The grounds of the resort are well kept and beautiful. The breakfast is very good with plenty of options. The staff are very friendly and attentive attentive. The beach area is very nice.
Cons: The Nova rooms were pitched to us as an upgrade but they were very dated. The shower curtain did not prevent the bathroom from being soaked every time we used the shower, which was also not in great condition. The comfort of the bed was below average.
Unfortunately at the time we were there, there was construction going on all day. This was disappointing for a weekend, especially when paying full price for the room.
There are better hotels in Mui Ne at this price range, in our opinion (couple in our 30s).

JJitenLoved this hotel. Had everything I needed and the staff were always there to help if anything was needed. Breakfast was superb, as well the choice of lunch and dinner. The beach and pool was great. There is also a hotel bus that runs into the Phan Thiet centre several times a day which was very handy. Would stay again at Sonata Hotel.

This resort has everything: large swimming pool & beach area with banana lounges and lifeguards, games room with billiards, table tennis & table hockey, outdoor tennis courts & volleyball, bar with live music, snack bar at the pool, and a hotel room with free mini bar and snacks that gets replenished everyday. Our family room was divine with a separate bedroom with tv and bathroom for the parents. The buffet breakfast is varied and very satisfying and the restaurant menu caters for everyone's needs including vegetarians.

1118167****The service here was truly excellent đ. We got welcome drinks and a complimentary massage during check-in. Our butler, Hong, was warm and professional! The location is also quite good, and the whole vibe is pretty chill. However, for one of Mui Ne's two best hotels, I found the room facilities a bit dated, and it might not be great value for money during peak season. Even if domestic hotels in China are a lower tier or price point than those in Vietnam, their toothbrushes, combs, razors, hairdryers, bedding, and towels are much better quality. China's manufacturing of these items is truly excellent and inexpensive. While Vietnam's processing industry is booming, it still has a ways to go. Perhaps it's because I didn't book a villa (since I was only staying one night). Compared to the pool villa I stayed in for two nights at Centara, I still prefer Centara's villa types. But Anantara's service is better and more personalized; Centara had too many kids and was too noisy, and the English proficiency wasn't as good as at Anantara.

GGuest UserWe have been to other Southeast Asian countries and have never encountered such thoughtfulness. My father's birthday was on that day, so when we went to the lobby for breakfast in the morning, the waiter specially led us to the best seat by the sea, decorated it thoughtfully, and gave us a birthday cake with birthday wishes, which was a special surprise for us. From this small detail, we can see that the hotel has taken the trouble. Thank you very much for the little surprise the hotel gave us. It is worth staying at this hotel, and the service is also very good. They also helped us book a luxury bus from Mui Ne to Ho Chi Minh. We almost couldn't take the bus because I booked it on KLOOK. The order has been pending confirmation. It was the front desk who helped us call for consultation. Thank you very much!

Our stay at Sea Lion Beach Resort & Spa was absolutely wonderful. This is by far one of the hotels with the best amenities weâve experienced in Vietnam.
Things We Loved:
Excellent resort amenities â two swimming pools, direct beach access, and free breakfast.
Beachfront relaxation â sunbeds are available for guests to relax and chill by the beach.
Great location â walking distance to convenience stores and nearby restaurants.
Spotless housekeeping â rooms are cleaned daily, and towels are changed without needing to request or remind staff.
Very helpful reception staff â the receptionist assisted us in booking our sleeper bus to ÄĂ LáșĄt, which made our trip so much easier.
Friendly and attentive staff â everyone was welcoming, polite, and professional.
Well-maintained resort â amenities, pools, and common areas are consistently clean and well taken care of throughout the entire resort

GGuest UserOverall, I liked this hotel. The pools and facilities are excellent truly a highlight of the stay. The property is beautiful and, for MĆ©i NĂ©, itâs a very good option.
However, check-in can take some time, especially if you donât speak Vietnamese. We also had an issue with receiving a second key card. There were three of us in the room, but with only one card it was inconvenient, as the electricity, lights, and all room facilities work exclusively with the card. This meant we always had to move around together.
The hotel is located quite far from the main area and nightlife of MĆ©i NĂ©, so it feels somewhat isolated. Bike rental is easily available nearby, and food delivery works well. There are not many shops within walking distance, but this wasnât a problem for me since I rented a bike and drove into town.
I gave a low rating for cleanliness because our room was never cleaned during our entire stay. We stayed for four nights, and no housekeeping came. I contacted the administrator and asked at least for fresh towels, which we did receive, but cleaning itself was never offered.
Overall, a nice hotel with great facilities, but with some noticeable inconveniences. A solid 4 out of 5.

MM.RomanchikA large hotel complex with swimming pools, a sauna, a hammam and its own infrastructure in the form of cafes, shops and coffee shops. Very convenient. Prices are slightly higher than in Mui Ne itself, but not critical. There is a private beach with sun loungers. The complex is located on a hill, you can go up to the reception directly on an escalator or an electric car. There is a private beach. The center of Mui Ne is about 20 km away. It is not convenient without a bike. With a bike, it is a pain to ride there) We stayed for 5 days. We really liked the room and the complex itself. Daily cleaning, a visit to the sauna was included in the price and the pools too. Beautiful view. Comfortable to sleep and you can't hear your neighbors. We had a good rest! The only thing is that when booking it was indicated that there was a mini kitchen, but in fact the stove did not work. We were unable to prepare a minimal breakfast. But for us it was not critical, we did not contact the staff about this.

GGuest UserBefore I start. Letâs be clear, Apec Mandala Mui Ne is the main one that owns the buildings. However a bunch of âCondotelsâ use the Mandala name so âMandala Breezeâ is one of them.
The communication is spot on before the trip. If you use Zalo they message you there and tell you the things you need to know. Also throughout the trip, extremely responsive to any questions I had.
CHECK-IN
Messaged when arrived and a girl came with the key cards (not the typical check-in style). She showed us to the room and took pictures of our passports. Also, they needed to keep one of the passports for some reason. But got it back at the end.
FOOD:
The Mandala Bay restaurant was for sure the main one for decent food! There are âlower levelâ kinds of restaurants around that offer very affordable and yummy food. (Bay Restaurant would be about 1-1.5M VND per meal on average for family of 3-4. Whereas the other more affordable places cost about 500k VND totally).
AMENITIES:
Swimming pools to the max. Very nicely kept pools and a nice kids playing mini water park was great. All pools have kids pools connected so itâs very family oriented.
Didnât get to check the gym out but looks good.
The beach is easily accessible via exiting the hotel and asking the guard to send the golf cart to take you down.
Beach is standard and nothing very special. Quite a lot of rubbish around and many crabs (which of course donât need to worry about as they go down into their holes with any kind of movement from us.)
Beach water is a little clear and at this time of the year (May) the water is warm!
*Notable* - people were getting stung by what possibly are jelly fish. So, you just get lucky with that kind of thing.
KIDS ACTIVITIES:
They have a great kids play club. It costs extra and isnât included in the hotel cost but itâs worth it. Unfortunately quite hot in there though!
Kids also have the water park for themselves and the water slide (although the slide might rip your swimsuit a little!)
*Notable* - Swimming Pools. If you are staying via one of the condotels then make sure the if your room includes the swimming pools, take the main key card pocket as you wonât be able to get towels to use or even use the pool as that is the part of the actual date you will check-out. The cards themselves have old dates and the lifeguards get confused and say you canât use the pools so make sure you take the one that has the actual check-out date on it.
CHECK-OUT:
Simply message 30 minutes before the time and it will be ok. Very simple.
All in all it was a great time. A couple of miscommunication issues but thatâs to be expected. No real need to go out of the complex as they have everything there.
