GGuest UserWe had a nice family trip at Grand Lexis Hotel with a private pool. The hotel location is convenient and nearby the beach with 5mins walking distance. The private pool is clean, just some of the electric plugs were not working properly. Other than that, there were not many issues during our stay. Breakfast is not bad and there are many choices. We definitely will come back again for a short vacation.

GGuest UserAncasa is a very basic resort that feels quite dated. On the bright side, the beds were clean and we had a lovely view of the sea right from our balcony, which was a nice touch. There is also a side door that provides direct access to the beach.
However, the apartment itself is not well-maintained and shows its age. We unfortunately encountered a large cockroach during our stay. If you’re just looking for a decent bed and a view, it’s okay, but don't expect too much in terms of modern facilities or high-level cleanliness.

GGuest UserGOOD: Friendly and welcoming staffs. Great price for the breakfast and the breakfasts were absolutely delicious with varieties of halal cuisine. Near to the beach. Nice view from the hotel. Very nice pools with slide, great for kids and families. Hotel very suitable for families.
CAN BE IMPROVED: Parking spaces are quite limited, had to compete for available spaces with other guests.

GGuest UserThe front desk staff were very efficient and competent. However, extra items like pillows were out of stock. More stock needs to be added to meet customer needs. Room cleanliness could be improved; only basic cleaning was done, neglecting detailed cleaning. The wooden bed frame is a bit worn and needs to be replaced. Overall, the room offers great value for money and is close to all amenities.

JjuhaidaWe stay here for 2 night. everything greats. Only on the 2nd night heavy raining and strong wind cause some leaking in certain rooms. but overall ok once the raining stop. down side for me maybe need to put some dustbin around swimming pool area and 1 of the lift need to do some checking or upgrade.
Overall our families really have great time staying here ^^
