The room was generally comfortable, but there are a few areas that could be improved. The toiletries provided were incomplete, as items such as toothbrushes and toothpaste were not available. Parking is also quite limited, especially on weekends, and some guests may end up parking in a way that blocks part of the road. Additionally, there were quite a lot of mosquitoes in the room, although the electric mosquito repellent is provided but the mosquito's spray would be more helpful. Hopefully, these issues can be addressed to improve the overall guest experience.

Sukii LeongAt first because of low occupancy but they try to do buffet breakfast for us and the sauna above a year never open but finally they on for us to use and it functions well. Beside sauna have jacuzzi seem dirt on it n long time not been used.

GOOD: Friendly and welcoming staffs. Great price for the breakfast and the breakfasts were absolutely delicious with varieties of halal cuisine. Near to the beach. Nice view from the hotel. Very nice pools with slide, great for kids and families. Hotel very suitable for families.
CAN BE IMPROVED: Parking spaces are quite limited, had to compete for available spaces with other guests.

Anonymous UserBooked a room with 2 queen beds and the room was located at the back of the building facing the bushes. Quite scary too. It was a spacious room but there was a heavy odor of the cockroach. Mulfunctioning toilet flush button and we had to lift the heavy cover. I've reported the issue and the maintenance came to my room after we went out due to a long wait. Maybe the room hasn't been used for quite a long time. Hopefully Seri Malaysia will improve its services in the future.

Tedd BerryExtremely satisfied with our stay here. It's suitable for large families, the rooms are comfortable, and the amenities are good. It's very close to the beach and the swimming pool. It was convenient for my mother-in-law who uses a wheelchair. We will definitely repeat our staycation here.

When we first arrived we were suprised the parking lot now had a pole security systems on all entrances. Went to Block A, Block B there was no receptionist. Luckily a security guard told me the hotel now under new management, they only have the 10th floor room which are the 4 bedrooms suite. I booked a 2 bedrooms suite but was given 4 bedrooms suite & they locked the other 2 doors. The cleaner now act as front office & will manage your bookings & deposit needed to be paid to her too with official receipt. All Indonesians & no locals.So we went to our room & it was average but the sea view was superb. My wife was bit worried about the locked rooms so we asked them to unlock it for the rest of the stay. Main bedroom aircond was broken, noisy sounds all night & i could not get a good sleep until i turned it off. Really dissapointed with that. Luckily i only stayed for 1 day.

The room same as the pic, the toilet a little bit dirty but still ok
The hanger just have 2, bit less
The air conditioning very cold but didn't have the control to adjust, but still ok
The quilt bit thin
