Set right by the beach in Broughty Ferry, Castle Beach is a 3 storey Victorian villa of immense character. ‘The Ferry’ is on the East Coast of Scotland, on the outskirts of Dundee.Broughty Ferry esplanade is a lovely walk. Along the beachfront you will find a Broughty castle to explore as well as several parks/green spaces and a nature reserve. Water sports are popular too with lessons available. There are plenty of spots to watch the dolphins and a boat trip if you’d like to get closer.The spaceCastle Terrace is a 5 minute stroll to the centre of The Ferry and a 15 second saunter to the sandy beach. It has plenty of period features with ornate cornicing in the main open plan family room and in one of the two master bedrooms.
