Dundee Hotels with Breakfast

It is modern and very clean suite-style rooms with full kitchenettes that guests love for comfort and convenience. Staff are warm and helpful, and the hotel includes free breakfast, a gym, laundry facilities and a small pantry. Its location is a comfortable 10–15 minute walk to Dundee city centre and the V&A waterfront. The main downsides mentioned are limited paid parking and occasional breakfast items running low during busy periods, but overall it’s considered excellent value and ideal for both short and extended stays.

The hotel is nice, right by the pier. The room is spacious and clean, and the facilities are very new. The parking lot is huge, making it convenient to park. Downstairs, by the pier, there's an Indian buffet restaurant with a rich variety of dishes. They have dozens of curries, plus fried fish, fried chicken, fried vegetables, and fried prawns... They replenish items promptly, and everything is freshly prepared and fried in an open kitchen.

We had a lovely stay here in Dundee. Our room and bathroom was very clean and had no smells, only some minor staining to the floor. We had a small issue with our bathrooms toilet which was promptly fixed by a very freindly handyman. Rooms have all the usual amenities such as a hairdryer, Iron etc, our room was closest to the street and could have benefited from better soundproofing as noise could be heard through the night. The hotel itself was clean and modern, while not a huge reception/breakfast zone its was well presented with the breakfast itself having plenty of options and staff being freindly and helpful. Very central location right by bus stops and the train station made it easy to go anywhere and you were only a few minutes walk to the centre. Well enjoyed and well recommended.

The location is good, very close to the train station, right by the river. But the sanitary condition was not ideal, the equipment was average, and the unkempt water pipe for bathing was broken, so I changed it overnight. The mobile was filled in the room, and then I went back and asked, saying that I didn’t see it...

Very lovely stay. Staff were all very kind, friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was really nice with a variety of options on the menu. The bed was also very comfortable. I really recommend it.
