This was my second time visiting Xiamen for a show, and I chose to stay at this hotel again. It was a perfect experience! The location is excellent, making travel a breeze. The hotel is right next to the airport and not too far from the stadium, so transportation is very convenient. Upon arrival, a shuttle quickly guided us to check-in. For our departure, we were able to book an airport drop-off service, which saved us a lot of hassle and effort. 

The service was professional and thoughtful, making us feel right at home. The front desk staff was professional and efficient, patiently answering all our questions. They proactively asked if we needed shuttle service for the concert, showing great attention to detail. All the hotel staff we encountered were polite and provided excellent service.

From check-in guidance to responding to our requests, the entire process was thoughtful and efficient. The room comfort was top-notch, with attention to every detail. Our room was clean, tidy, quiet, and soundproof, ensuring excellent sleep quality. The bathroom had a smart wet/dry separation, and the layout was practical and functional. The mini-fridge had excellent cooling, perfectly meeting our need to refrigerate food. Plus, a smart robot even delivered our takeout to the room.

The breakfast offered a rich variety of dishes, and the taste was great. Both Chinese and Western options were available, with excellent freshness and flavor.

From the location and service to the rooms and dining, everything exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend this hotel for trips with friends, concert accommodation, or airport transits! Next time I come to Xiamen, this will still be my first choice.

This hotel is less than a 20-minute walk from Takasaki Airport T3 terminal, making it incredibly convenient for layovers or early morning flights. The rooms are clean, tidy, spacious, and comfortable, with modern amenities. A huge bonus is the lake view from the window – it's really therapeutic to just sit by the window and relax on a nice day.

The interior also features many decorations and small ornaments that incorporate Xiamen's local culture, giving you a taste of the local atmosphere even during a short stay. The front desk service is warm and attentive, and they even offer free late-night snacks, which is a thoughtful touch. The hotel also includes an airport shuttle service, so you don't have to worry about rushing to your flight; the hotel car gets you to the airport in less than 5 minutes, saving you both hassle and time.

Overall, I'm extremely satisfied with my experience and will definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit Xiamen!👍

The lady at check-in upgraded our room, and the high-floor sea view was absolutely stunning. The hotel's own kids' club is huge and kept the little ones entertained for ages, making it easy to keep the kids happy right at the hotel, which was a huge relief for us parents. They also provided a crib and bed rails, so it's a no-brainer for families with babies. All the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. Both of the hotel's buffet restaurants, Cha Cha and Yang Yang, were really tasty, so there was no need to even leave the hotel for meals. There's also an outlet mall nearby for some shopping, and it's a short drive to several other malls. Overall, we were extremely satisfied. Among all the family-friendly hotels we've stayed at in Xiamen, this is definitely our favorite, haha. The rooms are quite new, the kids' club is big, and the food is great too. We'll definitely be back next time!~

Hotel service is wonderful. I had several requests during my stay at the hotel including addition of pillows, change of bed sheet etc., however what stands out the most is the service staff dedication to my requests, they reply promptly and with great courtesy. I even left my personal items in the hotel after i checked out, they arranged for someone to pick up and deliver to me at my convenience. Thumbs up to the hotel team and especially Simon. 

Regarding the room, it is definitely spacious and clean. There is even welcome gifts in the room. 
The location is wonderful as well, just next to the train station.

Overall, it was pretty good. The room was clean, and check-in/check-out was efficient. A really nice perk is that you get a full 24 hours from when you check in, so there's no rush to leave if you arrive in the afternoon. There's also a subway station nearby, which makes getting around very convenient.

The experience at the Xiamen Portman Seven Star Bay Hotel far exceeded my expectations. The hotel itself resembles a castle and even has its own 'Portman Town' connected by an electric shuttle, though it's only a 5-minute walk. Strolling through it felt like being in the world of Harry Potter, perfect for photos. We visited when it was decorated with a snowy theme, adding an extra touch of romance. Inside the hotel, you can even take pictures with 'walking' lions and leopards, which was a lot of fun.

The breakfast was incredibly rich, featuring a wide array of Chinese and Western dishes, hot and cold drinks, and thoughtfully included local Xiamen delicacies like satay noodles and oyster vermicelli soup. The dining environment was also very elegant. Our room was decorated in a vintage French style, spacious with an expansive view of the beautiful sea.

The hotel facilities were comprehensive and the entire place was clean and well-maintained. There's a gym, a swimming pool, a rock climbing area, and a children's water park. The hotel itself is an excellent vacation destination; with its French garden-like setting and various unique buildings, you could easily spend a day or two without even leaving. The complimentary travel photography service was also a thoughtful touch. Right outside, you'll find a seaside promenade with large lawns and coconut groves, and in the evening, you can enjoy music and fireworks at the beachside bar. The nearby Sunshine Town food street offers delicious local cuisine, with the pan-fried red paste crab being particularly tasty.

In summary, this is an excellent choice for a leisurely getaway. If you visit outside of peak holiday seasons, the value for money is outstanding. Highly recommended!

Came to Xiamen for a competition and stayed at the Pullman Xiamen Powerlong Seaview. I decided to book a Ruihai room. The hotel grounds are really expansive. Upon entering the Ruihai room, I found it very spacious with a huge bathtub. The twin beds were both 1.5 meters wide. The room offered a full sea view, and the door opened up like a balcony. There's a 50-meter indoor swimming pool, though the outdoor pool was temporarily closed. The gym is also super large and there's a big outdoor climbing wall. There are many great photo spots, and kids can enjoy a ride on the electric mini-train. Breakfast is served at the Ruihai restaurant; there's a buggy service to take you there, though it's less than a minute's walk. If you order takeout, a robot delivers it to your room.

Most importantly, I want to thank Tingmei, the front desk service manager, for her excellent service during my stay. I added her on WeChat, and she responded immediately whenever I needed anything – very responsible. I will definitely book the Pullman Hotel again next time I come to Xiamen. I can also contact her beforehand to make requests; her arrangements put me completely at ease.

The room had a great orientation. The fridge met my daily needs, and the front desk staff was very friendly. They even offered a shuttle service for the concert, which was a nice touch. Overall, it was a very good stay. The only issue was a smoky smell when I first entered the room, but it seems to be a common problem in Xiamen as all the hotels I stayed in had it. Considering everything, it's still a great choice. It's close to the airport, only about a ten-minute drive, which is very convenient.

It was my first time to travel to Xiamen. Huang Zhiwei, the hotel receptionist, was enthusiastic and greeted us with a smile. He accompanied us throughout the check-in process, helped with the luggage, and accompanied us to the room. During the period, he enthusiastically explained the hotel check-in knowledge and travel guide, which made us feel like home. The scenery inside the hotel is super beautiful, there are many play facilities, and the children had a lot of fun. The room is very large. The living experience is full. The lobby is just outside the sea and beach, an excellent parent-child travel experience. If you come to Xiamen again, this parent-child hotel is the best choice🌸🌸🌸

The best decision for the 2026 Chinese New Year! Due to changes in our holiday schedule, we only had three days. I checked Ctrip, and Fuzhou's flight prices hadn't increased. We wanted somewhere with a beach and warm weather, and the Haiyingwan Hotel met all our needs. Perfect for a seaside stroll with the kids!

The breakfast was absolutely amazing – they had Fuzhou fish balls and 'guo bian' (local rice-flour soup), plus a wide variety of Western and Chinese options. We stayed in Building 2, and the ocean was just a three-minute walk away. During low tide, the kids were so engrossed in collecting shells they didn't want to leave. The sand was fine and soft; it was incredibly relaxing, especially if you just want to entertain kids and seniors. Even my 73-year-old mother loved it.

The hotel grounds are like a park. For kids who love planes, this is a treat! I heard it's the only seaside airport, so you can watch planes to your heart's content. It's not noisy at night either; with the windows closed, you can barely hear anything.

**Amenities:** Very child-friendly, everything you need is there.
**Hygiene:** Excellent.
**Environment:** A coastal garden.
**Service:** Excellent.
**2-3 Person Family Package:** Truly too much food, I suggest they make it available for lunch as well in the future.
**Fuzhou Airport Shuttle:** Departs every 30 minutes, always ready to go.
**Seaside Mini Train:** Absolutely a favorite for little ones.

The hotel has been renovated for a while, but thankfully it's still clean and quiet. It's very close to Hongqiao Terminal 1, but quite a distance from Terminal 2, about 5 kilometers, which is around a 20+ RMB taxi ride. There are no supermarkets or restaurants around the hotel. When checking out, the front desk arranged a complimentary airport drop-off, which was a thoughtful and much-appreciated gesture.
