I reached Changsha very late and was grateful that there was a comfortable hotel near the airport. However, this hotel is not accessible by foot and will require some sort of transport. As I’m using an international data eSIM and couldn’t call the hotel for the shuttle service, I chose to take a metered taxi instead. The driver hadn’t heard of this hotel and wasn’t very happy when he realised it was very near the airport and the fare was only 10 rmb. Anyway, I reached the hotel safe and sound and the check in process was very smooth.

I frequently stay here for business trips and am always incredibly satisfied! The lobby is elegant, and the front desk staff, especially the newer associates, are quick and efficient with check-ins and always responsive to requests. My room had great natural light, a separate shower and toilet, and the bedding was clean and comfortable. They also offer laundry and fitness facilities. The breakfast spread is extensive, and the location is excellent, making it convenient to explore the surrounding area.

My second stay here, and this time it was a perfect five-star experience; absolutely nothing to fault. The hotel's decor is simple yet grand, and the lobby is quiet and elegant – the moment you walk in, the atmosphere is just right. The front desk service was gentle and efficient; check-in was quick, and they thoughtfully informed me about the facilities and local routes. The room hygiene was impeccable; even the corners were clean and odor-free. The bedding was soft and skin-friendly, and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The amenities were complete, and the toiletries were high quality – attention to detail was evident everywhere. The breakfast had a rich variety, fresh and delicious, with plenty of options. The staff were responsive and dealt with requests very thoughtfully, always warm and polite without being intrusive, just the right amount of attentiveness. The location is convenient for getting around. Overall, the comfort, service, and environment were all top-notch, making it suitable for both leisure and business trips. I've already recommended it to friends, and I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time.

This hotel is super convenient – right outside Exit 5 of Gaogiao South Metro Station. Downstairs, you'll find Huogongdian, KFC, McDonald's, convenience stores, and small eateries. There's also a bus stop right outside. It's only three stops away from Wanjiali, the 'universe center,' so everything you need is easily accessible. The room was spacious, and the bed was huge, which is fantastic for families, especially those with multiple kids. Plus, it had a balcony! The hotel's facilities are a bit dated, which is understandable given how long it's been around. At least two of the power outlets in the room didn't work, and only one of the two TVs turned on properly; the other just had a black screen. However, despite these minor flaws, the price was very reasonable, and the room's soundproofing was excellent, so I got a great night's sleep. The staff, both at the ground floor reception and the 7th-floor lobby, were incredibly welcoming. I'd definitely choose this hotel again next time.

The best decision I made on this trip to Changsha was choosing the terrace suite at this hotel. From check-in to check-out, the experience was absolutely fantastic. The grand lobby alone deserves a five-star rating! The room's cleanliness was impeccable, with every corner spotless, which made for a very comfortable stay.

Even more commendable was the thoughtful service from staff member Fiona! She was efficient and patient during check-in, providing meticulous and attentive service throughout.

The room environment was decent, and the welcome fruit was a nice touch. I booked a suite since I was traveling with elderly family and a child, and it was quite spacious. However, the facilities are indeed showing their age. The air conditioning isn't on 24/7; it would turn on and off during the day. The bedroom without a window in the suite felt stuffy. The mini-fridge was right by the head of the bed, and since I had medication that needed refrigeration, I couldn't turn it off, leading to a loud humming noise all night. The staff were prompt and patient in addressing my concerns and explaining the situation, but they couldn't resolve the facility issues. Honestly, the breakfast really didn't justify the price. Not only was the variety limited, but the freshness was visibly unappetizing. The restaurant itself was old and dimly lit. I only had some porridge; the buns weren't fresh, and the fried items seemed reheated repeatedly. It felt like the food preparation was very perfunctory and didn't live up to the brand or price point. I had originally booked for two nights but checked out after one, having to find another hotel on short notice. This also affected my car rental plans, which were set for pick-up and drop-off at the hotel. Overall, it was a pretty negative experience. However, I must commend Trip.com's service; they were excellent in helping me communicate and get a refund for the second night, maintaining a superb attitude throughout. This is why I always feel confident booking my travel with Trip.com.

I was quite hesitant when booking a hotel, but I figured Howard Johnson would be a safe bet, and it certainly didn't let us down. The hotel isn't far from Dianchi Lake, and the surroundings are very pleasant and quiet. It's convenient to get around, whether by car or shared electric scooter. There are many hotels in the vicinity, including some more upscale options, but I think Howard Johnson offers pretty good value for money. Our room even came with a terrace, which was a lovely touch. The only slight downside was that some of the facilities felt a bit dated, but otherwise, everything else was great.

The hotel is very grand. The environment is very beautiful, with many flowers at the door. The breakfast is rich in variety. There are both Western and Chinese styles. There is also a parent-child park. If you book a room, you can add a guardrail for the baby. When the car drives in, a handsome guy will help with the luggage. The fruit delivered to the room is very fresh. Manager Chen also delivered milk in the evening. Knowing that the family of three specially sent three boxes of milk. The service staff will greet you warmly when you leave. Very kind. When leaving, two guys helped to deliver the luggage to the car, and another guy came over with 2 cups of hot milk and hot peach cakes and delivered them to the car. I was really moved. I love traveling and I feel very warm. I am still a little reluctant to leave. If you are still hesitating where to stay. Then Howard Johnson International Hotel in City of Flowers is your best choice.

Location: Right at the foot of Mount Qingcheng, very close to a university (Chengdu Neusoft Institute), so there are plenty of local snacks nearby. There's also a vendor selling peppered duck, which is definitely worth trying.

Hotel:
1. Activities: We visited during the Dragon Boat Festival, and there were lots of activities that the kids really enjoyed. I hope they can add more activities on regular days to enhance the guest experience.
2. Facilities: A little bit old, but still good and very clean. Just a slight old-fashioned scent in the room.
3. Environment: The area behind the hotel is absolutely beautiful and pristine – well worth exploring. Just remember to bring mosquito repellent!
4. Breakfast: The variety was decent, quite sufficient.

This stay truly exceeded my expectations, and I just have to write a detailed review! From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I could feel the hotel's meticulous attention to detail. The front desk staff not only processed check-in efficiently and quickly but also maintained a warm smile throughout. They proactively helped with luggage, introduced local eateries, and provided travel routes. Their perfect level of enthusiasm felt like a breath of fresh air, instantly relieving the fatigue of my journey.

The room design was simple yet stylish, spacious, bright, and very well laid out. What surprised me most was the immaculate cleanliness – truly 'spotless.' There wasn't a single water stain on the bathtub's edges, and even the remote control was thoughtfully wrapped in cling film. For someone with a bit of a潔癖, this was truly the pinnacle of hygiene! The bedding was soft and comfortable, with a thoughtful choice of two types of pillows (soft and firm). The blackout curtains were excellent, and the soundproofing was top-notch, allowing me to sleep until I woke up naturally, completely curing my insomnia.

The hotel's smart facilities also impressed me. The TV offered one-touch screen mirroring, there were plenty of USB ports by the bed, and the toilet had a heating function. These seemingly minor details significantly enhanced the overall comfort and happiness of my stay. Furthermore, the hotel's service truly treated guests like family. Passing by the restaurant late at night, I discovered complimentary hot seafood congee. When the cleaning aunt heard me cough, she thoughtfully brought me lozenges. During check-out, the front desk, knowing I was in a hurry, pre-booked a ride-sharing car for me. These moments filled with human warmth truly touched my heart.

Breakfast was equally remarkable. The variety was beyond imagination, with not only regular Western and Chinese options but also a made-to-order noodle station and a latte art coffee machine. The ingredients were fresh, the taste was delicious, and paired with freshly baked croissants, it invigorated my day. The hotel's location also offered excellent transportation and convenient amenities, making it hassle-free whether taking a taxi or self-driving with ample parking.

Overall, this is not just a hotel that provides accommodation; it's more like a tranquil courtyard hidden within the city. It creates a warm haven for every traveler with its exquisite details, thoughtful care, and excellent value. Whether for a business trip or a leisure vacation, this is an outstanding choice. Next time I visit, I will undoubtedly choose this place again and recommend it to all my friends!

Located outside the Third Ring Road, it's a quiet area away from the city center's hustle and bustle. I drove myself, and right from the moment I entered the hotel via the elevator from the parking lot, I felt the excellent service. The hotel entrance in the basement parking was even decorated, which was a nice touch. The breakfast tasted great, with a good variety of dishes – no shortcuts taken there. For just over 300 yuan, the price is very reasonable, offering great value for money. It's also super convenient to get to Chunxi Road and other city attractions, whether you're driving or taking the subway. If you're driving, parking here is a breeze, unlike some hotels closer to the city center that either lack their own parking or have very limited spaces. Before I went, I checked out the hotel and still trusted the Howard Johnson brand. As soon as I drove in, a security guard guided me to parking. The front desk staff, Haly, was especially thoughtful and gave my child lollipops. They upgraded my room type to two connecting rooms. The service was excellent, and I'm definitely planning to come back soon. The travel photography service was also top-notch; they clearly understood what I wanted and upgraded the photo package. It's truly worth experiencing.

I stayed at the hotel for 6 nights and am happy with everything. Check-in: we arrived at the hotel at 7 am, and the girls at the reception let us check in without any fuss. Room: the room is spacious, modern and clean. Amenities: 4 bottles of water and soft drinks are provided for free, and a daily fruit and snacks. Service: all of the staff are very friendly and willing to help on any issue we have. I am especially impressed with Ms Fu, who would answer my question almost immediately if I sent her a message. Food: Their breakfast buffet is delicious and has so many options. Their banquet lunch had so many dishes that 10 of us couldn’t finish even if we love each of them
