I was on a business trip to Argentina, and this hotel is located in the central area of Buenos Aires, not far from the coast. It's surrounded by good public transport and plenty of shops, and close to the Colón Theatre, the Presidential Palace, and the Metropolitan Cathedral. The hotel rooms are quite spacious, but the breakfast was absolutely not suitable for a Chinese palate. It was just toast and ham, along with various desserts – honestly, even Ibis offers better.  What's more, the gym at this supposedly four-star hotel is pathetic. The equipment looks like it's from the last century, and the space is no bigger than two restrooms. I'm speechless.  They also don't offer towel changes during the day; I stayed for four nights and never got fresh towels, which is truly frustrating. I wouldn't recommend it for a long stay.

The hotel boasts a superb location right on the shopping street, within walking distance of Place de Mayo and the Obelisk of May, perfect for strolling and exploring. Currency exchange is also convenient. The front desk staff speaks English and can assist with booking tango tickets, among other services. The breakfast is quite thoughtful, even offering fried rice and scrambled eggs. We stayed four nights; the rooms were large, and the beds were comfortable. Taxis and Ubers are just steps away, making it excellent value for money. The price is reasonable, and I would definitely stay here again next time.

This was our third time staying here. Overall, we like the hotel, but we were very disappointed with the water situation during this stay.

We informed the staff that there was no cold water available. Considering how hot the weather is in Dubai, guests should at least be able to take a cool shower. Unfortunately, even with the cold tap turned on, the water was extremely hot, almost like boiling water.

After spending time outside in the heat, being unable to take a proper cold shower was very uncomfortable. We hope the hotel can address this issue, as it significantly affected our stay.

Everything was nice. The room was clean, the food was delicious and the staff was very kind and helpful. The life guard at the swimming pool was especially very nice and kind. We loved the pool and the continental breakfast. The room was spacious.

The only Negative point is the noise coming from the club late at night.

Highly recommend staying at this Hotel. The room was very clean and comfortable. The heart shaped tub was amazing. The bed was so comfortable it was hard to get out of it in the morning. The location is prime - we were able to walk to all of the sites we wanted to see in the area. The staff was extremely helpful. We will definitely be staying here again.

The front desk staff was welcoming. Good value for a short stay. Basic breakfast provided. However, we were surprised by additional parking charges with tax, which could have been waived. There were a few missing amenities such as an iron and ironing board, and the pool was not ready for use during our stay. Noticed a strong odor upon entering room also when the AC was turned on—possibly due to nearby smoking areas. Would not recommend for families with young children or non-smokers.
