I had a very frustrating stay at this property. The air conditioning in my room was not working properly. When I asked for a room change at 1:00 AM after traveling all day, the night receptionist ignored me for almost 30 minutes.
When I complained to the morning team, the night agent was defensive and rude. Days later, he even confronted me at 1:00 AM in the lobby to argue about why I complained, which was completely inappropriate. On top of the poor customer service, the room was not very clean despite the hotel being newly built. I would not stay here again.

This is my third stay at this hotel, and it's always my top choice whenever I'm here for business, as long as the price is within budget! The service is excellent! Everyone, from the lobby manager and front desk staff to the bellhops, breakfast servers, and cleaners, is incredibly friendly. And the breakfast is always more than I can finish! Haha.

Best location you can ask for - quiet street, but right next to all the major landmarks, 2 min walk from Brussels train station, hundreds of restaurants within 5-10 min walking distance, 8-10 min walking distance from both Asian and local supermarkets.

The room itself is a classic design, but a bit dated. The best was the 2 closets. there’s one next to the bed and one next to the bathroom. The bathtub shower is a disaster as water splashes out everywhere with the glass pane and the air ventilation is nonexistent. Hot showers mean everything will be fogged up and bathroom smells stay for a longer period of time.

The gym is decent with a self-checkout snack bar. Weights are a little wonky. The adjustable dumbbell was half broken, only fixed by a very nice guest.

The front desk staff were friendly and tried their best to meet our needs. The housekeeping was not. We called the front desk for a missing floor towel and the housekeeping never delivered it for 4 hours until I went down to complain. We also called for a tissue box since it was finished and It was also never delivered despite calling 4-5 times over the course of 2 days. We called in the morning, afternoon and night. Never delivered. That is the worst housekeeping staff I have ever met in my years of traveling around the world in 4 star hotels. It is either they are lazy as hell or the front desk never followed up on whether the items are delivered or not.

That’s the reason why I wrote this detailed review.

I had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel in Brussels. From the moment I arrived, the level of service was exceptional — warm, professional, and genuinely welcoming. The staff went above and beyond to make sure every detail of my stay was perfect.

The rooms were spotless, beautifully maintained, and designed with great aesthetic taste. Everything felt fresh, elegant, and comfortable, creating a relaxing atmosphere after a long day exploring the city.

A very special thank you goes to Ms. Antonia at the reception. Her kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help made a real difference during my stay. She was always attentive, smiling, and ready to assist with anything I needed, making me feel truly valued as a guest.

Excellent service, outstanding cleanliness, and beautiful design — I would definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit to Brussels.

An exceptional stay by all measures! The hotel boasts impeccable cleanliness and a stylish design that promotes comfort. The staff are incredibly friendly and professional, and the services are prompt and excellent. It was a wonderful experience, and I will definitely visit again.

One of the best hotels I've ever stayed in. The location is excellent and close to amenities, and the rooms are spacious, very comfortable, and fully equipped. The view was wonderful and peaceful, and the check-in and check-out process was smooth and quick.
