VViktoria V17Our stay at this hotel exceeded all expectations! We found a true gem – a stunning hotel in Minsk, where every moment was filled with comfort and care. I'd especially like to highlight the incredibly delicious breakfasts, which were a true culinary discovery. I especially want to highlight the ”Madame Croque” breakfast. Try it! This is an intimate, quiet hotel where an atmosphere of peace and tranquility reigns. Our room was simply perfect – it had everything and more than we could have imagined! The crisp, white linens and incredibly comfortable bed deserve special mention. And the option to choose your own pillows is simply the height of comfort! Coffee in drip bags and tea, as well as high-quality skincare products, were a pleasant addition. Every day we enjoyed the view from the window onto a picturesque square, which added a special charm to our stay. The hotel's central location made our walks around the city extremely convenient, as all the sights were within walking distance. A special thank you to the entire staff for their caring and responsive attitude. The cleaning was discreet and spotless, and the staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. We sincerely thank everyone for an unforgettable stay! We will definitely be back!
ВВладимир ЕвсеевThe hotel is conveniently located right in the center of Minsk. The rooms are large and very spacious. The only thing we didn't like about the room was the single large bathroom. It's not very convenient for a family.
Breakfast is a 7 out of 10. We didn't like the quality of the porridge, eggs, and scrambled eggs. We also wanted some potato pancakes for breakfast (we are in Belarus, their homeland, after all), but for some reason they weren't available. A doggie fee was $30 for the entire stay. There's a large parking lot with a barrier, very convenient.
GGuest UserThe hotel boasts an excellent location. There's a large shopping mall right downstairs, with a wide variety of food and fast-food options on the third floor, making it incredibly convenient. Getting here from the airport is also very straightforward: take the airport bus to the transportation hub, and the hotel is just a short walk away.
PPapillon12This is a grand dame hotel in the European style. Although the hotel had to be totally rebuilt they kept to the original plan and quality. Great place for a city stay.
MMila81Good hotel, clean, and housekeeping was excellent. We didn't have breakfast at the hotel, so I can't comment on that. The location is pretty good; there's a river nearby for walks, and it's about a 20-25 minute walk to the city center. Behind the hotel, there's a street with cafes and bars. It's also about a 5-minute walk to the Komunarka brand store (factory outlet). We asked for a quieter room and got one facing the inner courtyard, which was very quiet, great for sleeping. The soundproofing isn't the best though; you can definitely hear doors slamming in neighboring rooms and so on. The service was fast and efficient. We asked for the air conditioning to be adjusted and the water cooler on our floor to be refilled, and both were taken care of immediately.
QQAComplianceAuditorI stayed at this hotel (formerly a monastery and later a guardhouse) and had mixed feelings. Overall, I liked it, but it wasn't without its drawbacks. I think it's better here in summer than in fall and winter.
The first thing I really miss is a trash can in the room. The only small one is in the bathroom, and it's clearly not enough. There's nowhere to throw trash in the room itself.
The second drawback is the cold. The air conditioner is controlled remotely, and it's impossible to set the room temperature yourself. While in regular hotels you can turn up the heat or cool down, here you have to go to reception every time and ask for the temperature to be changed. They promise to do so, but in the end, the room remains chilly. It feels like they're saving on their customers.
The third drawback is the blanket. It fits the mattress perfectly and doesn't hang down the sides at all. It's fine for one person, but if you're sleeping with two people, the blanket is definitely not enough—someone will be left without shelter.
And the fourth point is the echo. Yes, the walls here are indeed thick, as befits an old monastery, but the sound inside reverberates so strongly that every word reverberates. It makes you feel like you're in an empty room—you don't even want to speak.
The fifth drawback is breakfast. While the hours are convenient—from 7 to 11 a.m.—it's very meager. I arrived around 10 a.m., and there were no desserts at all; fruit—a couple of meager orange slices, and that was it. Overall, the fruit and sweet options were poor. The main course included an omelet, an egg with a yolk, a sausage (which tasted distinctly chemical), and fried potatoes—and that's about it.
Overall, I liked the hotel itself: atmospheric, unusual, and steeped in history. But the price is clearly overpriced. For the amenities offered here, the price should be at least a third lower. Right now it's just not worth the money they're asking for it.
GGuest UserIt's an old room, but it makes people feel at ease. I especially like the uncle or uncle with long white hair who I met when I checked in. He likes to laugh and has a good temper. He is very patient with me because I don't speak the language. I came to study abroad and was thrown in the hotel by the local guide. I couldn't eat. He helped me find the way to the supermarket. He greeted me in Chinese when we met in the morning. I wanted to thank him in Russian, which I just learned. But he was too fashionable and wore cool clothes. I didn't recognize him at first. If the hotel sees this comment, please thank him. The cleaning lady who cleans the house is also very cute and enthusiastic. I recommend everyone to stay there.
GGuest UserThis rating is based on the price-quality ratio. The cost of a single standard room is 2 thousand rubles (this is inexpensive for the capital), next to the Minsk Arena (the exhibition forum Otdykh 2025 that I needed was held here),. The hotel is intended for athletes, the conditions are a bit Spartan. There is no kettle or refrigerator in the room. There is a water cooler on the first floor. I took a mini electric kettle with me from home. Friendly staff. I walked to the water park along the lake shore.
GGuest UserThe hotel itself is nice and rather modern. It’s relatively far from any of the major attractions in Minsk. The metro is about 20 minutes away and the city centre about an hour away on foot. The room is clean and spacious. The shared bathroom however hadn’t been cleaned and was rather disgusting. Overall a nice play to stay if only to sleep.
