Guangyuan Hotels with Breakfast

Facilities: The room was spacious, featuring a separate wet and dry area in the bathroom, and the bed itself was quite generous in size. Hygiene: The cleanliness was decent, quite satisfactory overall. Environment: The hotel boasts a very large parking lot, making it ideal for guests traveling by car. Conveniently located downstairs are a big supermarket, a bakery, and a Luckin Coffee. There are also several restaurants right next door, and just across the street, you'll find numerous snack stalls, ensuring a plethora of dining choices. Service: I found that some of the front desk staff could use improvement in their customer service. As breakfast wasn't included in my reservation, I inquired at the front desk if it could be added, but the response was rather abrupt. They didn't even offer the option to purchase breakfast vouchers, which was quite disheartening for a visitor from out of town. Nevertheless, these are minor points, and I hope to see them addressed in the future.

Hiking Jianmenguan and then enjoying a hot spring soak, I had an unexpectedly great stay! As a designer hotel, the aesthetics really shine! The overall style is modern and artistic, with a simple yet grand lobby. The soft furnishings and lighting in the public areas are very tasteful. The room was spacious and bright, with a well-thought-out layout that didn't feel cramped. The bed and pillows were super comfortable, and the room was also very soundproof, so I slept really well 👍 The hotel is located right at the entrance of Tianci Food Street, just a two-minute walk from Tianci Hot Spring, which was incredibly convenient.

Five-star praise!! The front desk staff is friendly and enthusiastic, and recommends the breakfast location and floor. The service is particularly good. The room is clean and tidy, but the ground parking lot is not very good. If the parking space is full, you have to go to the underground garage, which is a bit roundabout.

Great location along the river walk. very nice staff, spacious family room and great breakfast. Sushi restaurant upstairs has high quality sushi and great views of the rivers. highly recommend.

The room was more spacious than the pictures suggest, and even if you spread out you weren't cramped. The cleanliness was a major surprise. There was no dust on the tables or corners, and the bedding had a light lavender scent, making for a truly deep sleep. The air conditioning cooled quickly, and hot water came out instantly. The Wi-Fi worked seamlessly with two phones and a tablet, allowing me to watch TV shows and research travel guides without any issues. The attention to detail was a real plus. Upon check-in, the front desk proactively informed me of nearby hidden gems.

Very good, just near the Phoenix Building, the scenery is particularly good. There is a parking lot 🅿️ It is very close to the old city totem and the train station. The environment is quiet. The boss is very easy-going and recommended nearby food to us.

We've always highly valued and preferred your hotel, making it our top choice every time we visit. This is due to several reasons: convenient high-speed train station shuttle service, unlimited hot spring access, excellent hardware facilities, and spacious environment. However, on this recent visit, we felt the service wasn't as good as before. The staff lacked proactive service awareness and a sense of warmth. The breakfast variety and taste at the restaurant haven't improved. While guests from all over have different preferences, can't there be more variety than the same few small desserts, steamed buns, and snacks every single day? Even the nightly orange offering is always just oranges, nothing else. Frankly, a hotel with such solid fundamentals would be truly outstanding if it put more heart into its operations!

The location is excellent, and the room decor has a classic, historical feel. There was some dust in the corners, but after a hike, it was really nice to soak in the hot spring. The Angelica sinensis pool wasn't cleaned well and had an odor. The front desk staff recommended a Chinese restaurant and breakfast, both of which were good. The front desk also proactively called me about an item I left in the room and helped me arrange express delivery via WeChat, which was a very positive experience.

It looks exactly likes on Ctrip photo But there are 4 bad things 1. Washroom smells disgusting. Like somebody died on there. 2. The window is the small window to the corridor. So no view like on room's description. 3. You hear all your neighbours and all noises outside. 4. No slippers and cold floor. So that's why I don't recommend this kind of room. Very overpriced.

There was a problem with the suite I booked, so I changed to two double bed rooms. The service attitude was good (especially the front desk), and the experience was satisfactory. It was a good choice to take the children to play in the water. They had a lot of fun and caught the tail of summer!
