"The hotel is very pleasantly located, very clean and all the staff are very friendly. It's right on the river, really a 2 minutes walk from the train station. There is a street behind the hotel where there's lots of restaurants, supermarkets and where you can take the bus in many directions. The city centre is just a short walk across the bridge. The room was fully equipped, TV, water bottles, kettle etc. I would definitely recommend."

We checked in late and it was raining heavily. After 11:00 at night, the light outside the hotel was dim. We stayed in the administrative building and asked if we could show us the way because we were in the last building and were unfamiliar with it. The front desk service was very unprofessional and rude. It took repeated requests before they agreed. There was no one on duty at the front desk of Fengqi Building. The room was very old and shabby. The curtains were broken. The outer electric and manual curtains did not work. I insisted until 8 o'clock in the morning and called the waiter. The waiter said that this would happen after a long time. I did not wait inside and went directly to the restaurant. The restaurant has very few varieties. The waiters at the door did not stand straight. They were hunched over and crawling. I did not see anyone polite or say hello in the whole hotel. It felt like a guesthouse. The hotel as a whole was very poor. No matter what it was, it did not meet the five-star standard, not even the four-star standard. The worst five-star hotel I have ever stayed in, bar none."

The location is excellent, right next to the Nanhe River, with a park just outside – perfect for a pleasant stroll and enjoying the scenery. There's a food street not far downstairs, offering a full range of hot pot and local snacks; Wanda Plaza is just across the river, making shopping very convenient. Getting around is easy – taxis and walking are both convenient options. It's a great choice for both tourists and short stays."

"We, a group of four adults and one child, initially booked a two-bedroom suite. During the May Day holiday, the price was over 1900 yuan. The suites upstairs and downstairs had no doors and offered no soundproofing, severely disrupting our rest. We originally booked three nights, but on the second night, we changed to a double room and a twin room. Before we left in the morning, the front desk said the room would be ready by noon and that we should pack our things and leave them in the room while the housekeeper helped us. We returned to the hotel at 1:40 PM after our outing and lunch, only to find the room still unfinished. I explained that my baby needed a nap, and since we were told there would be a room available before noon, the front desk said a double room was available, so we went to the double room for our baby. When we asked for a bed rail for the baby, the housekeeper said the bed rail we used the first night had already been given to another room… I argued that we were changing rooms, not canceling, and we still needed a bed rail; how could a two-year-old sleep without one? The housekeeper was quite polite, eventually bringing a very short and small one and using it to block the view from the sofa… The hotel environment was okay, but the breakfast was average, with limited variety. The other room we were given was clearly a tree-view garden room, but they kept saying it hadn't been cleaned, so they gave us a room next to the parking lot instead... The butler was very nice throughout, but when traveling with elderly people and children, the worst thing is having to go through all that hassle. We were really not satisfied with this hotel. The front desk's problem-solving and responsiveness at this price point really doesn't match the room rate!"
