The staff is very good, responsive and very intimate, it is convenient to eat and go shopping around, the whole stay is super comfortable, highly recommended!

Choosing the right guesthouse in Hengdaohezi is absolutely key for a great trip, and this one made our vacation incredibly happy! The owner was super thoughtful; they communicated with us in advance about our pickup time and were waiting for us at the station, immediately helping with our luggage – it instantly warmed us up in the winter chill. The guesthouse room was clean and tidy, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the snow view outside the window was incredibly calming. The biggest surprise was the extra activities: they provided free snow tubes, so we could enjoy the thrill of sliding in the snow right in the yard – both adults and kids had a blast. In the evening, the owner organized a bonfire party; everyone gathered around the fire, chatting and laughing, creating a lively and wonderful atmosphere. The owner also enthusiastically shared local travel tips and food recommendations, being completely genuine and transparent throughout. Whether it was the service, environment, or activities, everything was impeccable. We'll definitely stay here again next time we visit Hengdaohezi, and I highly recommend it to anyone planning a snow trip!

The hotel is brand new, and the rooms are very clean and unique. You can enjoy the outdoor scenery right from your bed. They offered complimentary frozen pears and persimmons upon check-in, and a free breakfast. The ground floor houses a cafe where you can order coffee and milk tea. The hotel also provides butler service. When entering Snow Village, a butler will pick you up and guide you, and they'll inform you of activity times in advance. Our butler, Xiao Wu, accompanied us throughout our stay, taking us to the best spots for photos in Snow Village, helping us take pictures, even refilling our hot water. They guided us in playing 'water splashing into ice,' letting us do it as many times as we wanted until we were thoroughly entertained. When we left, they dropped us off at the bus station and helped with our luggage the whole way. The service was excellent. Five-star rating for Butler Xiao Wu!

We chose this guesthouse based on the room type, and it was a pleasant surprise – my mom loved it! The room was a standard two-bedroom apartment, perfect for a family trip. They even converted the smaller room into a shower and toilet, which was great. They also provided disposable towels, bath towels, slippers, and a toilet seat cover – such thoughtful details! It was very quiet, not on the main street, but only a seven or eight-minute walk to the shopping street, very convenient. The town isn't big, so there's plenty of room to explore. It's run by a husband and wife team; they were very welcoming and kind – truly wonderful! 👍 We'd definitely stay here again next time we come.

Traveling to Hailin, I was recommended by a friend to stay at Yongzhi Hotel. The location of the hotel is good, it is very easy to find at the crossroads, it is very close to my office, parking is convenient, and the spacious road is not crowded. The reception was very warm and the service was thoughtful. The rooms are spacious and bright, with complete facilities, suitable temperature, moderate mattresses and comfortable sleeping. The bathroom facilities and smart lighting that separate the washing, bathing, and toilets all bring a good value-added experience. The only fly in the ointment is that the breakfast is not rich enough. Overall it is a good stay experience and it is recommended.

I had the most pleasant stay at the hotel! Ever since my booking they contacted me to stay in touch and asked if i needed any help prior my trip. Every booking was assigned a butler, and our Butler Cao made the trip cery smooth and comfortable! Just inform any inquiries or wish list that you have and he will deliver! He even picked us from the station and our luggage, brought us to the famous spots, shortcuts and accompanied us around the town. I even asked questions after my stay and they still gladly reply which i will be forever thankful. The room is exactly how it looks like in the pictures cery clean and comfortable. We have informed beforehand regarding our dietary restrictions and they understood and prepared breakfast which were muslim friendly. The hotel’s location is perfect as its very near the centre but not too close so it was comfortable and it was not so noisy at night. Overally we had a very pleasant stay and recommend this hotel for anyone interested! Definitely regret staying for only 1 night and wished we could stay longer

The waiter has a good attitude. Stepping into this hotel is like stepping into a paradise in the world. The interior decoration is exquisite, and it seems to have the ingenuity of ”carving out the Qionglou with meticulous care”; the utensils are arranged regularly, showing the meticulousness of ”the windows are bright and clean without any dust”. The owner is warm and hospitable, and answers every inquiry in detail, as if meeting old friends again, very cordial. When you wake up in the morning, you can see the glow through the gauze, and when you return home in the evening, you can hear the breeze blowing through the curtains. Accommodation here is not only a place to rest, but also a place for the soul, where you can forget your worries and enjoy peace. It is really the best choice.

The room is very large, and a standard room can accommodate three to four people. Boss Shi and the service staff are very enthusiastic, especially for everyone to experience splashing water into ice, the boss personally teaches you to wait until about 10:30 in the night before starting. The catering is located at the side door, the business is not good, but the taste is good, you can taste it in the store. The boss will rebuilt this year and look forward to a new look! I wish the boss a prosperous business!

Stayed at Carl B&B for two nights. Location: Carl is in a great location, the train station and the church are within a five-minute walk, and the main attractions in the town are all within walking distance. Many people checked in at the cabin where we stayed. Dining: When we arrived at Carl Restaurant, we recommend ordering iron pot lake fish (the fish was bought by the boss at the market on the spot), pot-wrapped pork, and chicken stewed with mushrooms. It's like living in an old friend's home here. There is a hot breakfast when you get up, and you can tell the boss lady in advance to prepare meals before going out. At night, we play bonfires, watch fireworks, sing K, and there is a small slide in the yard. The boss lady is a gentle beauty, and everyone in Carl makes us feel the enthusiasm and warmth of the Northeast. The feelings of children are the purest. I kept crying at the train station and said I wanted to go back to the boss lady's house. I was reluctant to leave.
