The room is exactly as pictured. Downstairs there's a 3-meter tatami mat, and upstairs a 1.8-meter king-size bed, easily accommodating a family of 6-7. The kids absolutely loved the slide! The owner specifically reserved a mountain-view room for us, and the view of the mountains when you open the curtains is absolutely stunning. The curtains and toilet are also automated. The hotel has an elevator, which is very convenient, and they even offer free luggage pick-up and drop-off. The owner also gave us complimentary frozen pears and persimmons, three late-night snacks, and a free ski ticket for Snow Town. This place is so much better than the B&B we stayed at last year – highly recommend it!

The hotel is brand new, and the rooms are very clean and unique. You can enjoy the outdoor scenery right from your bed. They offered complimentary frozen pears and persimmons upon check-in, and a free breakfast. The ground floor houses a cafe where you can order coffee and milk tea. The hotel also provides butler service. When entering Snow Village, a butler will pick you up and guide you, and they'll inform you of activity times in advance. Our butler, Xiao Wu, accompanied us throughout our stay, taking us to the best spots for photos in Snow Village, helping us take pictures, even refilling our hot water. They guided us in playing 'water splashing into ice,' letting us do it as many times as we wanted until we were thoroughly entertained. When we left, they dropped us off at the bus station and helped with our luggage the whole way. The service was excellent. Five-star rating for Butler Xiao Wu!

Just got back from Xuexiang, and I'm still thinking about that amazing guesthouse! I have to give it a huge thumbs up! First, the room. We booked a double room. It was spacious, bright, and warm as soon as we entered. The decor was a cozy wabi-sabi style, with warm, natural wood tones. The bed was incredibly comfortable; after playing in the snow all day, we fell asleep the moment we got back. The best part was the view from the window! Opening the curtains in the morning to a breathtaking white snowscape made me feel like I was in a fairytale. We took so many photos, and they didn't need much editing. Now, the food. Their restaurant was fantastic, with the same stylish decor as the rooms. The three of us ordered a huge table of Northeastern Chinese dishes—the portions were huge, and the food was authentic. Especially the chicken stew with mushrooms and the braised pork—my mouth is watering just thinking about it. The large round tables in the restaurant are perfect for families or friends to eat together; they create a wonderful atmosphere. The owner and staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, quickly resolving any issues we had. In short, my accommodation experience in Xuexiang this time truly exceeded my expectations. Next time I come to Xuexiang, I will definitely stay here again! Highly recommend this place to anyone planning a trip to Xuexiang; it's absolutely worth it!

The room design is truly impressive! The triangular, folded roof gives the space a dynamic and lively feel. With a king-sized bed, a tatami mat area, and a 'snow hut' (likely a themed nook), there's something for everyone, whether adults or kids. It's spacious and comfortable. The window offers a great view of the Xueyun Street, perfect for people-watching, checking out the shops, and even seeing the party train from the disco plaza – it's really pleasing to the eye. Upon entering the hotel lobby, we were warmly greeted by a butler who handled our check-in, dining arrangements, and even provided the schedule for major events in Snow Village, and organized snow activities. Having a butler take care of everything, big or small, made our stay completely hassle-free and thoughtful! The hotel restaurant is also excellent. We tried other restaurants in Snow Village, but found the hotel's food to be the best-tasting. Portions are generous, and the prices are comparable to other places, plus guests get a discount! Oh, and you can have a blast doing the 'splashing water into ice' trick right in front of the hotel's little garden!!!

1. **Location:** This is basically the best location in Snow Village. After getting off the bus, walk about 40 meters along the left side of the China Snow Village monument, and you'll reach the hotel entrance. In the bitter cold, being close to the main road is a lifesaver. The back of the hotel faces a small river, and the amusement facilities haven't extended this far yet. Most rooms face this river, offering a very quiet and beautiful view. The fireworks display point is just across the river, so you can watch fireworks at night and the sunrise in the morning. At midnight, you can hear the gentle sound of flowing water and melting snow dripping, which is incredibly peaceful. 2. **Room:** Mr. Lü upgraded us to a twin room with a tatami mat on the second floor. The facilities are excellent. There's a tea-making stove and a medium-sized humidifier. Lying on the tatami mat while watching the fireworks was pure bliss! 3. **Breakfast:** It was average, but you can't expect too much in Snow Village. 4. **Room Heating:** The room has both floor heating and air conditioning. It was incredibly warm; I was sweating profusely even in the middle of the night. Even after turning off the floor heating, it was still hot. The entire building is very well heated. **Suggestion:** The bay window is a bit too close for privacy. Perhaps some privacy film or stickers could be added to the side glass. I used to go to Hoshino Resorts in Hokkaido every winter and didn't know about Snow Village. From now on, I'll only come to Snow Village. No more going to foreign countries; it's good to support our own people.

The stay experience was absolutely top-notch. Food, drinks, and entertainment were all fantastic. The hotel facilities are comprehensive, the room experience was incredibly comfortable, and all the hotel amenities were fully stocked and even better than what you'd find in a five-star hotel. Toiletries and bedding were all disposable and exceptionally clean. They even provided sleep aids like earplugs and black tea. In the evening, there were patrol performances which were incredibly fun and exciting! Definitely a big thumbs up. We went up the mountain twice and experienced all sorts of snow activities, especially the Snow Dragon and snowmobiles, which were absolutely thrilling! I'm definitely coming back to this hotel next time!

The hotel's service was excellent, and the front desk staff were really nice. This time, I had the concierge book a private car from Yabuli to Snow Town and tickets to Dahaozi Mountain, which was a great deal. Because I had a bad experience in Yabuli, I was quite worried coming here, but the hotel didn't disappoint us in the end. Everything was thoughtful, and they even upgraded our room during check-in. The room was very clean, and the location was pretty good too. The hotel also has a restaurant that's cheaper than the other grubby little places in Snow Town, though you might not know about it if you're not staying here, haha. Overall, if you're coming to Snow Town, I highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel in Xuexiang truly exceeded my expectations! The staff were incredibly warm and attentive throughout my check-in, handling procedures efficiently and even proactively helping with my luggage and providing travel tips for Xuexiang – exceptionally considerate. The room was clean and tidy, with excellent heating, making it exceptionally warm and comfortable in sub-zero Xuexiang. The facilities were complete, with attention to detail everywhere. The breakfast selection was plentiful and delicious. Everyone from the front desk staff to the owner was incredibly patient and responsive, making for a fantastic experience! Choosing this hotel in Xuexiang is definitely the right choice – five-star recommendation!

This stay experience really exceeded expectations! The front desk staff was warm and efficient. The check-in process was less than five minutes. They also intimately reminded the nearby food and play routes. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was soft and comfortable, the toiletries were brand goods, and the details were full. Every day I go out, the cleaning aunt will clean up the room in a well-organized manner, even the water cup is polished. The breakfast is rich in variety, Chinese and Western food, and the ingredients are fresh and delicious. Next time you come here, you must choose this hotel!
