GGuest UserThe room was clean and hygienic, spacious, and warm, with a humidifier in each room, which was perfect for us southerners. After booking, we contacted the owner, who helped us plan our itinerary and arrange transportation. As soon as we arrived at the hotel, the owner came out to help with our luggage. During dinner, he chatted with us about many interesting stories from Northeast China. The hotel provides free breakfast, and it was snowing when we arrived – absolutely beautiful!

GGuest UserTransferred from Harbin to Hengdaohezi, I booked this homestay online. I just arrived at the station and the boss called us. The service was very good. The boss was very enthusiastic. The car chatted with us and told us about the travel guide. Tell us about various anti-pit knowledge sharing. Tell us about the charges for local taxis and attractions, avoid us being cheated, and tell us how to play to save money and time. There is a big pit and 2 single beds at the door of the room. Four people live in a suitable place and live very comfortable; The boss’s house is a supermarket. The homestay is very close behind the supermarket. The things sold are not expensive. There are also simple meals to eat. The dumplings are chaotic. The portion is large and the price is good. They also send us small pickles to eat. They are super enthusiastic. They also send things to the door without going out. There are also 2 bunnies in the yard of the hotel to provide us with pictures. The rabbits are very clean and docile. There are landmarks in Hengdao River at the entrance of the famous hotel. There are also Russian-style pavilions where you can punch in and take pictures. The boss also helps us take pictures (the boss's photo technology is super good, Also help us light up) The service is really really super good; it is the best boss in all the homestays we have ever stayed in. We also drove us to play. We also provided free tour guide explanations. Very enthusiastic and responsible, highly recommended! ! ! Come to this next time! ! !

GGuest UserThe room was clean and tidy, with complete facilities. The uncles and aunties were very welcoming and even treated us to a meal. We shared ice cream and melon, and chatted happily. It was very close to the train station, and the small restaurants nearby were easy to find. It was just a short walk away. They could also help call a taxi to the high-speed rail station. Overall, it was quite a good deal. I look forward to coming again.

MM318702****The hotel is brand new, and the rooms are very clean and unique. You can enjoy the outdoor scenery right from your bed. They offered complimentary frozen pears and persimmons upon check-in, and a free breakfast. The ground floor houses a cafe where you can order coffee and milk tea. The hotel also provides butler service. When entering Snow Village, a butler will pick you up and guide you, and they'll inform you of activity times in advance. Our butler, Xiao Wu, accompanied us throughout our stay, taking us to the best spots for photos in Snow Village, helping us take pictures, even refilling our hot water. They guided us in playing 'water splashing into ice,' letting us do it as many times as we wanted until we were thoroughly entertained. When we left, they dropped us off at the bus station and helped with our luggage the whole way. The service was excellent. Five-star rating for Butler Xiao Wu!

GGuest UserWe chose this guesthouse based on the room type, and it was a pleasant surprise – my mom loved it!
The room was a standard two-bedroom apartment, perfect for a family trip. They even converted the smaller room into a shower and toilet, which was great. They also provided disposable towels, bath towels, slippers, and a toilet seat cover – such thoughtful details!
It was very quiet, not on the main street, but only a seven or eight-minute walk to the shopping street, very convenient. The town isn't big, so there's plenty of room to explore.
It's run by a husband and wife team; they were very welcoming and kind – truly wonderful! 👍 We'd definitely stay here again next time we come.

GGuest UserThis was my first time staying in a guesthouse, and I had a great experience. It was very close to the train station and various tourist attractions. The owner was very nice and welcoming. I booked it through Ctrip, and the price was affordable. The guesthouse was clean, tidy, and comfortable, with underfloor heating and tatami mats. After enjoying the scenery, lying on the warm tatami mats was simply wonderful. I would definitely stay here again if I have the chance to visit Hengdaohezi again.
