XXiaodoujiudiantiyanI was very impressed with this hotel, from service to facilities. The staff was very friendly and professional and made me feel welcome. The lady at the front desk was very enthusiastic and served iced lemonade as soon as I walked in. The room was very comfortable, the bedding was comfortable, and I slept well every day. Moreover, parking at the hotel is convenient. The parking lot is very large. The front desk actively input the license plate number, allowing me to enter and exit freely. I will choose this hotel without hesitation next time. Recommended to everyone

GGuest UserI recently stayed at the Chente International Hotel, and the experience was simply breathtaking; I felt like a lucky person who had stumbled into a dreamlike wonderland.
From the moment I stepped into the hotel lobby, I was speechless with awe at the luxurious sight before me. The dazzling crystal chandeliers, like twinkling stars in the night sky, emitted a soft and enchanting light, illuminating the entire lobby, every corner radiating exquisite elegance. The marble floor was as smooth as a mirror, clearly reflecting one's image, as if stepping into an art gallery.
The front desk staff were incredibly welcoming, their faces always adorned with warm smiles. Those smiles seemed to possess a magical power, instantly dispelling the fatigue of my journey. The check-in process was incredibly smooth; they were professional and efficient, and thoughtfully introduced me to the hotel's various facilities and services, filling me with anticipation for my stay.
When I opened the door to my room, I could hardly believe my eyes. The room was spacious and bright, exquisitely decorated, every detail impeccably handled. The expansive floor-to-ceiling windows offer breathtaking panoramic views of the city, while sunlight filters through the curtains, bathing the bed in a warm, golden glow. The soft, oversized bed, seemingly woven from clouds, captivated me the moment I lay down, making me feel as if I were gently embraced by nature.
The bathroom design was even more astonishing. The enormous bathtub resembled a miniature swimming pool, surrounded by exquisite toiletries that exuded a subtle fragrance. The shower water flowed as softly as spring rain, allowing me to experience ultimate relaxation and pleasure during my bath.
The hotel's dining service was exceptional. The restaurant's elegant and grand ambiance felt like stepping into a fairytale castle. The food was simply superb; each dish was a work of art, exquisitely presented, fragrant, and flavorful—even better than many of the restaurants in Shanghai. The chefs' masterful culinary skills were breathtaking; both main courses and desserts provided an unprecedented level of satisfaction for my taste buds. The well-trained staff were always there when I needed them most, offering attentive service.
The hotel's recreational facilities are also excellent. The gym is equipped with state-of-the-art equipment, allowing me to maintain my fitness routine even while traveling. The swimming pool is crystal clear; a dip in it felt like all my worries were left behind. And the comfortable massage room, with its skilled professional masseuses, completely relaxed my mind and body.
This stay at Chente International Hotel has far exceeded all my expectations for a hotel. It's not just a place to stay, but a dreamlike paradise where one can experience ultimate luxury and comfort. I dare say, it's the best hotel I've ever stayed in, bar none! Wherever I go in the future, I will highly recommend this hotel to everyone I know, so that more people can experience its charm. I can't wait for my next stay!

Convenient location, cost-effective, and suitable for business trips. The room is very spacious and belongs to the kind of simple and bright, but the details are still not in place. There are not many varieties of breakfast, so-so.

The sanitary conditions are good, there is a large parking lot 🅿️, suitable for self-driving tours. Service attitude is very good. The front desk staff were incredibly attentive and helpful, always ready to assist without being overbearing – they definitely deserve a thumbs up! AAnonymous UserThe room is nice, new, big, and parking is convenient. Although the night milk is made of milk powder, it is very rich. The store is willing to give milk powder. Good night milk: good. Exquisite snacks: a variety of delicious. The elderly at home think it is good and live in peace and quiet. I will stay here again next time and hope to keep it up. In addition, the restaurant manager is beautiful, very polite, friendly, and a big beauty.

DDeirstarA solid old style hotel. The room was big, the water hot, the bed comfortable and everything needed was provided. The hotel is access from a laneway off the main road and there was no noise from outside. The internal plumbing was very noisy. The hotel is not far from the east gate of the ancient city wall, a great place for a walk and itks easy to get to all the beautiful surrounding gardens. If you turn left on the main street and walk about a block you will find a good little restaurant. Don’t forget to visit the terrific museum.

The hotel experience of this stay far exceeded expectations, and it was a surprise on the trip. The location of the hotel is excellent, the surrounding business districts are complete with dining, and it is particularly convenient to travel for food.
The service is even more highlight, the front desk check-in is efficient, take the initiative to help with luggage and explain the facilities in detail, and learn that I have specially upgraded the high-floor quiet room with my children. The rooms are spacious and bright, the bedding is soft and clean, the design of smart curtains and dry and wet separation bathrooms is very intimate, and the Wi-Fi signal is stable and smooth.
The breakfast is rich in variety, the freshly made oysters taste great, and the fruit is fresh and juicy. I didn't encounter common problems such as poor sound insulation and perfunctory. Every detail is professional. The price is super high, I will definitely choose here next time I come to this city!

GGuest UserThe hotel is very close to the ancient city wall and Zhang Juzheng's former residence. The waiters are very polite, but the water boiling room in the room is very loud, and the noise affects sleep. The breakfast provided was okay, but it was a bit disgusting to witness the waiter wash the used disposable bowls and reuse them! I originally wanted to eat noodles, but I didn’t dare!

AASTRID HERNANDEZFirst of all, Wangwang (0006) in the front desk was very nice, patient and helpful to me all the time. She provided me ice amd dvdn thought she wasn't on duty the next day, she still managed to check on me. The Resort has such amazing facilities, unfortunately some areas look unattended and some pools are closed. I stayed in a cabana looking the lake, it was very cozy and comfortable, but the swimming pool closeby was closed so I needed to walk about 10-15 mins to go to another swimming pool. Surprisingly, the one that was open was in the area were they are reshaping some rooms, so it was noisy with hammering and drilling all day. Not good when you go there just to relax. and this wasn't mentioned anywhere in the hotel description or small letter.
It’s a good destination for families with kids, since it has a water park inside.I would go back once I know the remodeling is finished.
