Mangshi Hotels with Breakfast

The young couple operates a very stylish homestay with heart, and there is a very cute cat ”Xiaobai”. The room is clean and tidy, the supplies are complete, there are welcome fruits for check-in, and a small battery car is also provided, which is convenient for browsing around! You can wash and dry, very convenient, suitable for a family to travel and live. The boss made two cups of coffee, and I still remember it!

The room is clean and tidy. It's the first time I've seen sofa covers changed every time. The design style is very unique, the service attitude is also great, the luggage is transported, there is water and ice cream downstairs, the breakfast is also rich, and there is laundry service. The overall quality is absolutely first-class, you can rest assured to stay there, the swimming pool upstairs is very clean, you must go to cool down in the evening, you can see the Golden Pagoda and the Silver Pagoda upstairs, and it's perfect with some beer and ice cubes. It's convenient to go out and you can rent an electric car 🛵, it's very convenient to go anywhere, ride a few minutes later to have delicious barbecue, and come back to drink fresh watermelon juice, there is a small courtyard, a sand pool (with toys for children) and a bar downstairs, it's very charming, everyone must come when you go to Mangshi! It's really worth it!

Advantages: 1. Mangshi area is small, and the hotel is located in the city center, making it very convenient to get around by electric scooter. 2. The hotel is a small duplex; the beds are upstairs. The hotel also has gym equipment and laundry facilities. Those who want to do laundry or use the gym can choose these options. 3. The hotel reception service is excellent, and a buffet breakfast is served at 9 am. 4. Parking is convenient and free; it's just a short walk away. Disadvantages: 1. Because it's a duplex, you have to climb stairs to use the restroom. Those who dislike climbing stairs might find it inconvenient. 2. The hotel parking lot entrance/exit has a small bend, which might make it difficult to enter for large cars. Overall, it's recommended.

The reception was professional, and the staff was very helpful throughout our stay. For example when assisting us with the washing machine, as foreign tourists are unable to read the Chinese characters on the machine’s control panel. We also had an issue with the television and they solved it immediately. They also kindly helped us organize a taxi to Ruili. The room was very spacious and equipped with everything you need. The beds were exceptionally comfortable and soft. We especially appreciated that the window could be opened. The shower had excellent water pressure, and the water temperature remained stable at all times. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options, including soups, vegetables, eggs, salad, congee, pastries, fruit, steamed dumplings, and various drinks. A big thank you to the entire team – we felt completely at ease and would highly recommend this hotel.

The location is super convenient; it's about 10 RMB for a taxi anywhere. The front desk staff are warm and welcoming, always ready to help promptly. You can grab lemon slices and chrysanthemum-buckwheat tea bags from the lobby to make tea in your room, which is eco-friendly as you only take what you need. They also provide foot soak powder and a foot tub in the evenings, perfect for relaxing tired feet in your room – my elderly family members absolutely loved it. After landing and arriving late at night, we even enjoyed a few cocktails to kick off our exciting and enriching trip to Mangshi!

Traveling with four seniors and two kids, I spent a long time choosing a hotel and finally settled on this one. I'm so glad I did! The king-size bed (2 meters wide) was so spacious that two adults and one child slept comfortably without feeling cramped at all. The room was large, the mattress was just right – not too soft, not too hard – and the pillows were very comfortable. Because we had kids, the hotel even provided an extra blanket for us, truly showing the quality of a grand hotel! The breakfast spread was excellent, and the 8th-floor terrace was perfect for photos; the kids absolutely loved playing on the swing! The hotel staff provided excellent service; they'd always greet us proactively in the elevator, which felt very friendly. We stayed for two nights and it was truly relaxing and comfortable. When we checked out, my family accidentally left behind a cosmetic bag, pajamas, and towels. The staff promptly contacted us and mailed them back – incredibly thoughtful! This is a genuine review, no advertising involved! ^_^

很好看的當地特色小院子，店家小姐姐們人都超級棒！有免費接機、早餐（餌絲真的好好吃！）去的太早，原住房的客人沒有退房，也第一時間幫我們安排了洗漱休息的地方～還免費升級了套間！很貼心！ 特種兵三天旅遊，住的超滿意！唯一的小缺點就是不太隔音，周圍的村寨都是當地人，所以避免不了能聽到一些噪音～不過住的環境還是很舒服的！

The resort is spacious, with attentive service. We booked the Hot Spring Superior Twin room. The perks included were very thoughtful: the stocked mini bar, access to the hot pool, breakfast, and airport transfer. We communicated mostly via WeChat. Front desk was attentive, helping us arrange a daytrip driver to Ruili, and sorting out places to eat. Although the place is away from the city centre, it is equipped with a restaurant and massage parlor nearby. The closeness to the airport and the noise may be a concern for some.

[Savings: Just an ordinary guesthouse with a Wanda brand] This is one of the few big-name chain hotels in Mangshi, newly opened this year, so it was my first choice during my trip to Mangshi. I was shocked upon arrival. From the videos, it looked like a residential building. The lobby entrance was completely blocked by electric bikes and motorcycles, forcing guests to walk around them, indicating a complete lack of order. It didn't resemble a proper hotel at all. The hotel was quite large, but only had one elevator, sometimes requiring a long wait, and staff and guests shared the elevator. The floors were very low, creating a cramped feeling. The laundry room only had two washer-dryers, and they were very small, low-end machines, even worse than those at All Seasons or New Hanting hotels. Each dryer took 1.5-2 hours to dry. How many people could use it 24 hours a day? So, there were always long queues. The rooms were mediocre, just a low-end Wanda brand hotel. The duplex room didn't have the advertised double bathroom on the second floor, and there wasn't even a TV. Watching TV in bed was impossible, and the internet was unstable. Overall, I don't recommend it. When I returned the next day, I found that the cups in the guest room had not been cleaned or disinfected, the tea stains from the previous day were still there, and the drinking water was just left lying around. The room is quite old and not very clean. There is mold in the bathroom, and the toilet paper provided is a very small roll. The shower pressure is strong, but there is mold on the floor in the shower area. I would appreciate better cleanliness and maintenance. However, the location is very good. 房间比较老旧，也不太干净。浴室有发霉的情况，提供的卫生纸是很小的一卷。淋浴水压很强，但淋浴区域的地面有霉菌。希望可以加强清洁和维护。不过地理位置很好。
