Full experience! The overall decoration is exquisite and warm, and the environment is clean and refreshing. The homestay is very new, the details are super careful, the atmosphere is full, and the lobby has self-service fruits and drinks. The bedding is soft and skin-friendly, fluffy and comfortable, lying on it to relax and decompress, and the sleep texture is excellent. After the journey, you can reap a full of comfort and healing here, and the stay experience is particularly comfortable. The boss is handsome and enthusiastic. I wake up in the morning and wake up with a cup of coffee at night. I can’t sleep at night and go downstairs for a special drink. I also recommended a lot of restaurants for locals. I want to buy fruit and ride my beloved small motorcycle to the local market. I am afraid that we are expensive to buy. Very conscientious boss. Upon arriving in Mangshi, a unique Southeast Asian charm immediately enveloped me. However, unlike the humid heat of Thailand, the air here was dry and crisp, invigorating me. My driver, a local Dai man, warmly introduced me to the local customs and traditions along the way, and even thoughtfully recommended the morning market the next day, where a variety of delicious snacks would make my mouth water. I stayed in a guesthouse in the ancient Dai town. Standing on the balcony, I watched the sunset slowly sink below the horizon, the golden afterglow spilling onto the rooftops of the ancient town, as if draping it in a golden veil, serene and beautiful. In the evening, I visited the Golden Pagoda and the Silver Pagoda. As night fell, the two pagodas, illuminated by lights, shimmered and sparkled, like the most dazzling stars in the night sky, breathtakingly beautiful. For dinner, I took a taxi to Dehong, a place known for its enchanting cuisine. The sheer variety of food there was dazzling. I tried several local specialties, which were not only delicious but also reasonably priced. The total cost was only 75 yuan, which was excellent value for money!

The room is clean and tidy. It's the first time I've seen sofa covers changed every time. The design style is very unique, the service attitude is also great, the luggage is transported, there is water and ice cream downstairs, the breakfast is also rich, and there is laundry service. The overall quality is absolutely first-class, you can rest assured to stay there, the swimming pool upstairs is very clean, you must go to cool down in the evening, you can see the Golden Pagoda and the Silver Pagoda upstairs, and it's perfect with some beer and ice cubes. It's convenient to go out and you can rent an electric car 🛵, it's very convenient to go anywhere, ride a few minutes later to have delicious barbecue, and come back to drink fresh watermelon juice, there is a small courtyard, a sand pool (with toys for children) and a bar downstairs, it's very charming, everyone must come when you go to Mangshi! It's really worth it!

The guesthouse is located inside the village, making it inconvenient to drive in and out. There are no parking spaces at the entrance, so cars have to be parked on the roadside in the village. Sometimes, when there are many cars parked in the village, you have to park quite far away to find a space. The cars are unattended, posing a safety hazard! The guesthouse doesn't have an elevator, so older people may have difficulty climbing up and down the stairs. Also, the drainpipe in the shower room is clogged, making it difficult to drain water, so you end up soaking your feet while showering. However, the owner and staff are quite warm and attentive. The only downside is that the tea canister they give you when you leave only has a little bit of tea left; it's unnecessary to give it to them, as it's a thankless task!

The reception was professional, and the staff was very helpful throughout our stay. For example when assisting us with the washing machine, as foreign tourists are unable to read the Chinese characters on the machine’s control panel. We also had an issue with the television and they solved it immediately. They also kindly helped us organize a taxi to Ruili. The room was very spacious and equipped with everything you need. The beds were exceptionally comfortable and soft. We especially appreciated that the window could be opened. The shower had excellent water pressure, and the water temperature remained stable at all times. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options, including soups, vegetables, eggs, salad, congee, pastries, fruit, steamed dumplings, and various drinks. A big thank you to the entire team – we felt completely at ease and would highly recommend this hotel.

I chose this B&B because of the courtyard. When I got there, it was much better than I imagined. The courtyard was as beautiful as in the pictures. We arrived very late, and the owner was still waiting for us in the store. Under the rain, there was a bear waiting for guests at the door with a warm lamp on 🐻~. It has been raining these past few days, and my bestie and I were too lazy to go out, so we just looked at the beautiful scenery in the lobby, chatted with the owner, and ordered nine takeouts a day, hahahaha. I teased the two mimi from time to time. Well, it would be nice if they were more intimate. These past few days have been quite pleasant, if the weather is good. We can also play in the swimming pool. I think the household items are also very good. I am waiting for the owner to send the link. Traveling with four seniors and two kids, I spent a long time choosing a hotel and finally settled on this one. I'm so glad I did! The king-size bed (2 meters wide) was so spacious that two adults and one child slept comfortably without feeling cramped at all. The room was large, the mattress was just right – not too soft, not too hard – and the pillows were very comfortable. Because we had kids, the hotel even provided an extra blanket for us, truly showing the quality of a grand hotel! The breakfast spread was excellent, and the 8th-floor terrace was perfect for photos; the kids absolutely loved playing on the swing! The hotel staff provided excellent service; they'd always greet us proactively in the elevator, which felt very friendly. We stayed for two nights and it was truly relaxing and comfortable. When we checked out, my family accidentally left behind a cosmetic bag, pajamas, and towels. The staff promptly contacted us and mailed them back – incredibly thoughtful! This is a genuine review, no advertising involved! ^_^

很好看的當地特色小院子，店家小姐姐們人都超級棒！有免費接機、早餐（餌絲真的好好吃！）去的太早，原住房的客人沒有退房，也第一時間幫我們安排了洗漱休息的地方～還免費升級了套間！很貼心！ 特種兵三天旅遊，住的超滿意！唯一的小缺點就是不太隔音，周圍的村寨都是當地人，所以避免不了能聽到一些噪音～不過住的環境還是很舒服的！

The resort is spacious, with attentive service. We booked the Hot Spring Superior Twin room. The perks included were very thoughtful: the stocked mini bar, access to the hot pool, breakfast, and airport transfer. We communicated mostly via WeChat. Front desk was attentive, helping us arrange a daytrip driver to Ruili, and sorting out places to eat. Although the place is away from the city centre, it is equipped with a restaurant and massage parlor nearby. The closeness to the airport and the noise may be a concern for some.

[Savings: Just an ordinary guesthouse with a Wanda brand] This is one of the few big-name chain hotels in Mangshi, newly opened this year, so it was my first choice during my trip to Mangshi. I was shocked upon arrival. From the videos, it looked like a residential building. The lobby entrance was completely blocked by electric bikes and motorcycles, forcing guests to walk around them, indicating a complete lack of order. It didn't resemble a proper hotel at all. The hotel was quite large, but only had one elevator, sometimes requiring a long wait, and staff and guests shared the elevator. The floors were very low, creating a cramped feeling. The laundry room only had two washer-dryers, and they were very small, low-end machines, even worse than those at All Seasons or New Hanting hotels. Each dryer took 1.5-2 hours to dry. How many people could use it 24 hours a day? So, there were always long queues. The rooms were mediocre, just a low-end Wanda brand hotel. The duplex room didn't have the advertised double bathroom on the second floor, and there wasn't even a TV. Watching TV in bed was impossible, and the internet was unstable. Overall, I don't recommend it. When I returned the next day, I found that the cups in the guest room had not been cleaned or disinfected, the tea stains from the previous day were still there, and the drinking water was just left lying around.
