The decor style is really unique, with red walls and a cozy cabin feel. I chose a lake-view room, and the view was fantastic. For us, who regularly come to Chongming for some fresh air, this was perfect. The butler was also very attentive and the service was excellent. They enthusiastically helped us with our luggage whenever we came and went. In the evening, they even brought us tremella soup. Since it was the weekend, we unexpectedly got to see a bonfire and fireworks, which really brought a festive, Chinese New Year atmosphere up close. The whole stay was very relaxing and comfortable. Plus, the breakfast was rich and varied. Overall, an extremely satisfying stay!

There’s not much to say about Jinshi. Great location, everything is in walking distance, metro station is across the street. The rooms are always spotless, stuff always helpful. Sauna is a nice option, and the front desk, which has English speakers (life-saving) is always more than willing to assist with any issues. It’s my go-to hotel anytime I visit Nantong.

Regular business hotel, nothing outstanding, all basic necessary things available, shower fully with mushroom at the silicon, more maintenance and deeper cleaning recommended. Breakfast is a choice of chinese style dishes, juice is sugary, not fresh juice, for western standard not good. Breakfast room cleaness could be better, very cold the whole area. It feels like it has been in disrepair for a long time. The room facilities feel like they need to be renovated. After all, you can live in a five-star hotel in Nantong for 550 yuan. The rainbow slide is too expensive at 40 yuan per time. The other amusement facilities are generally more than twice as expensive as those in the city. A green mood also costs 5 yuan. There is a bonfire party in the evening, which is ok. The barbecue outside is still good. The music from Dream Island all day is a headache.
