"I booked this hotel for a badminton tournament at the Nantong Sports Exhibition Center. The lovely lady at the front desk upgraded me to a river view room, and watching the sunset from the 46th floor was absolutely delightful. The hotel is located in a complex with several other hotels. The room was spacious, the air conditioning worked great, and the shower had excellent water pressure, which was very comfortable. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Nantong. Just a small suggestion for the front desk: it would be helpful to have a notice about the parking fees, so guests don't have to ask at reception."

"Our family trip to Nantong was absolutely perfect! ✨ Staying in the Red Bay Treehouse exceeded all our expectations. The treehouse had a wonderful atmosphere, the room was clean and tidy, and the surroundings were peaceful. You could enjoy the sea, with the beach right downstairs for playing in the sand and exploring the tide pools. It was also very close to the Forest Wildlife Park, making travel super convenient. The kids absolutely loved seeing the animals up close at the zoo – it's a one-stop solution for entertaining the little ones. Parking was easy, and overall it offered great value for money. It's truly ideal for families with children, and we'll definitely choose to stay here again next time we visit Nantong! 👍"

"Our two-day, two-night trip to Nantong has come to an end! It was a perfect weekend getaway for our family of three, and the Hampton by Hilton played a big part in that – it's truly a commendable place to stay! We booked a family room, and the king-size bed and single bed layout was perfect for us. Most importantly, the breakfast was excellent! Our child was particularly fond of the tofu pudding, so they eagerly went down for breakfast again the next day! It's very thoughtful that weekend breakfast is served until 10:30 AM, especially for late sleepers like us. There's a laundry room with a dryer, and a car park with charging facilities. It's conveniently located right off a wide main road and elevated highway. We had considered choosing between Hampton by Hilton and Hilton Garden Inn, and after passing by the Garden Inn yesterday, I feel Hampton by Hilton is still superior! Oh, and regarding service, it would have been even better if the front desk staff were a bit more proactive in greeting guests, rather than waiting for guests to approach the counter before looking up. That's one minor area for improvement!"

"The hotel was very considerate and paid special attention to the details. Seeing that we had children, they spontaneously installed a guardrail. Seeing that we used a lot of water, they put a few extra bottles of mineral water in the room the next day. They also put down floor towels and other details. They really care about the customer experience. Because my child needed a nap, I asked the hotel for a later check-out, and they happily agreed. I was particularly satisfied with the warm service of this hotel."

"Everything was great – the room was spacious, and the service was good, except for breakfast. The breakfast on Sunday was a disaster. It was so crowded, and they were clearly unprepared. They couldn't even keep up with boiled eggs; we waited forever and they never came. We just gave up and left without eating."

"Arriving at the last minute around 8 PM, the room I booked was very reasonably priced. The room was clean and tidy, the desk was a good size, the leather chair was comfortable, and there was even a small round table. The facilities were complete, much better than many large but empty rooms. The bathroom was also very clean. What I was most satisfied with was the comfortable mattress and the different types of pillows. The breakfast selection was plentiful, bottled water was unlimited, and there were even lollipops. The service was excellent; they remembered the questions I asked in the evening, even though the person on duty in the morning was different. For this price, it was great value for money. Highly recommended!"

"The location is great, near Nantong Station, and it's convenient to take a taxi to the Forest Wildlife Zoo. It's also close to MixC, which meant I could get my favorite Tea Color Yen Style drink 😊. The room service was excellent; there was an issue with a chair in our room, and the housekeeping auntie kindly helped us swap it out. The hotel room's mini-fridge had temperature limitations, so they even allowed us to store our traditional Chinese medicine in the hotel's Western restaurant's refrigerated section. When we checked in that afternoon, I spontaneously asked the front desk if I could book the hotel's dinner buffet, and they were very helpful in calling to reserve it for us. Although the restaurant's call informing us it was time to eat came a bit late and some of the dishes we wanted were gone, the staff was great about communicating with the kitchen to see if they could prepare anything special for us. Overall, everything was pretty good, and we were quite satisfied with our stay 😄"

"A very satisfying stay! The hotel environment is elegant, the room is clean and tidy, the bedding is comfortable, and the sound insulation is very good, which made me sleep well all night. I especially want to praise the front desk service. The staff is enthusiastic and professional. Not only did they check in quickly, but they also took the initiative to recommend fun places around. The service details are perfect! The breakfast is also super rich, with a wide variety of Chinese and Western buffets, fresh fruits, freshly cooked noodles, and exquisite desserts. The taste is also great, and I am super satisfied with the meal! From check-in to dining, every link makes people feel caring. It is definitely worth recommending. I will come again next time!"
