I chose and hired a all inclusive daily just to enjoy the full leisure structure and experience offered by the hotel, especially the infinite pool with bar, which was disclosed as one of the main attractions of the business. and a determinant factor for my choice. However, when I arrived at the hotel, I was surprised by the banned pool, making it impossible to use one of the main areas of leisure and associated bar without any prior notice at the time of booking or before check-in. In addition, the two restaurants at the hotel the Italian restaurant and the Brazilian restaurant were closed for Sunday, information which was not also informed in advance. Thus, only the buffet and bar remained available, significantly reducing all-inclusive experience. Hotel muito bem localizado, bem no centro, perto de comércios, restaurantes. Atendimento muito bom, funcionários educados e prestativos, em especial o David e o outro rapaz da recepção, que esquecemos o nome. Único ponto negativo foi a academia que estava em manutenção, e não conseguimos utilizar. Deixamos a sugestão de variar o café da manhã servido, pois é praticamente a mesma coisa todos os dias.

En nuestra estadía pudimos tener buenas habitaciones con vista al mar, sin embargo deben tener presente que el hotel está un poco deteriorado. No aconsejo pagar extra por el desayuno, todos los días había la misma comida y no tenían opciones de huevos al gusto, solo los que ponían revueltos en el buffet. Había ido antes y me encantó, pero esta vez debo decir que el hotel ha desmejorado mucho.
