San Andres Hotels with Wifi

The host was so friendly. He helped us to rent a motorcycle and recommended a restaurant for lunch. The room was big and clean, wifi and AC works very well. And it takes 15mins to the airport by walk. We just didn't like other guests who didn't clean the kitchen after using but it was not the host's fault. Everything was great with this house!!

We stayed at The Providence Hotel Boutique for 4 nights with my partner, in a Deluxe Room, and overall had a pleasant stay. The building is beautiful, elegant, and has a very nice swimming pool. Our room was a bit small but well maintained, with a private outdoor table. Water was provided in the room, which was appreciated. There is also a Nespresso coffee machine in the lobby that guests can use for free—a great touch! The hotel offers motorbike and mule rentals. We rented a motorbike for half a day (COP 60,000) and it was new and very well maintained. A full day costs COP 120,000. The staff are nice and always willing to help, but the hotel could definitely improve its operations. During breakfast and dinner we experienced very long waiting times despite being the only guests. To refill our water bottles, we also had to ask the kitchen staff. It would be much more convenient to have a water dispenser or refill station in the lobby. The checkout process was also unnecessarily long. We had to manually go through every single expense because no printed receipt or summary was provided for us to verify. Later, when we returned to collect our luggage before going to the airport, another staff member went through the same process again, despite us having already paid everything through Trip.com. Another point worth mentioning is that during our stay, birthdays and weddings were organized at the property. To be honest, this was not ideal for an adults-only hotel that promotes relaxation and exclusivity. The events brought additional noise and activity that didn’t really fit with the peaceful, exclusive atmosphere we expected. It’s a shame because the property itself is beautiful and has great potential. With more efficient operations and better management of events, the experience could be much more aligned with the exclusive boutique concept the hotel promotes.

New hotel, really good location, service is really good and restaurant is also tasty.

Excellent , perfect location ins san andres next to restaurants and the main attractions , room is clean and spacious , can onky recommend , probably the best budget friendly hotel here

Prezados, My name is ******************* and I am formally enrolling an unsatisfactory hosting held on my behalf at Grand Sirenis San Andrés, San Andrés, Colombia, under reservation at *******************, with check-in at 24/05/2026 and check-out at 25/05/2026. I chose and hired a all inclusive daily just to enjoy the full leisure structure and experience offered by the hotel, especially the infinite pool with bar, which was disclosed as one of the main attractions of the business. and a determinant factor for my choice. However, when I arrived at the hotel, I was surprised by the banned pool, making it impossible to use one of the main areas of leisure and associated bar without any prior notice at the time of booking or before check-in. In addition, the two restaurants at the hotel the Italian restaurant and the Brazilian restaurant were closed for Sunday, information which was not also informed in advance. Thus, only the buffet and bar remained available, significantly reducing all-inclusive experience. Emphasis that the accommodation was chosen and paid with the aim of knowing and fully exploiting the entire structure and services offered by the hotel, which is why the indisponibility of relevant part of these services has generated frustration of experience expected and announced. In view of the above, I request the proportional reimbursement of the daily, considering the inaccessibility of an important part of the structure and services contracted, especially of attractions relevant to the choice of accommodation, without prior notice.

The hotel is very friendly and helpful. Location near the shop, restaurants and beach Simple, very comfortable!

Very friendly staff, the young lady (I didn’t get her name) at the front counter was extremely polite and very friendly, always with a professional attitude and very helpful. The entire staff from the manager to custodial always greeted. The room was very spacious and very clean and the view was spectacular. The distance from the center of the town was perfect and just from away from the crowds. Thank Koray for your hospitality.  Angel M.

Well, the Feyajoma is not a hotel. It is apparently a private person dealing with available hotel rooms. Only after contacting Feyajoma via WhatsApp one day before reservation starts I got more information about my hotel. They told me, that I will stay in Nairobi Hotel. Only then I could check about location, quality etc. I have to admit it was not bad for only some €10 for one night. It was clean, very close to the Airport (I wanted it that way and was lucky I got one within 6 minutes walking distance!). Friendly service. No problem at all at Check-In. The negative side, there was no window in my room. And as the hotel was fully booked I couldn't change the room. However, for one night and supposed to leave very early for my flight I accepted. After all, it was ok. But maybe I was lucky. Maybe another time Feyajoma put a guest in a bad Hotel!?!. At least next guests would know now. They can decide to take the risk.

The service was good by the girls, they were very attentive, however, at the time of cleaning the room, one day, they forgot to do it, and the next one, they just mopped the floor and didn't change the sheets nor the towels. The food was good and the location could be better. They say they have a transport service to guests, but it never worked while we were there.
