Despite its ethnic style, the housekeeping is impeccable – not a speck of dust or sand, even though we're in the desert. The rooms are huge, spacious, with high ceilings. Special thanks for the balcony – mornings started with coffee overlooking the river, and in the evenings we admired the sunsets. The hotel itself is incredibly colorful: bright Nubian colors, ornaments, and distinctive design – it's a feast for the eyes and creates a great mood. The common area is decorated with immense love – it's pleasant to sit there for hours, chatting or reading a book. But the main treasure of this hotel is the staff. Very, very friendly people, always ready to help. I especially want to mention the owner – he's a true host who cares for every guest as if they were family. It's interesting to talk to him; he'll tell you everything about the culture and give sound advice. And, of course, the food – that's a separate art form. Everything is incredibly delicious and very filling. The breakfasts were so hearty that we had enough energy until evening. Be sure to try their fresh juices and Nubian tea – it's divine, and the coffee is excellent too. The only nuance to consider is the internet. It's not the most powerful, but you certainly can't call it weak. We worked remotely, video calls went without serious issues, and email and messengers worked perfectly. So, it was perfectly adequate for remote work. I would return here with great pleasure. I wholeheartedly recommend it!

Our experience at Casa Nile View was truly above and beyond. The house is absolutely charming, with all the comforts you need in the room, and it offers a unique and beautiful immersion into Nubian village life. From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel at home. The planning of all our activities was impeccable, from our visit to Philae to Abu Simbel, and the warmth of the people made everything even more special. We also had the chance to dine at their sister restaurant, Eka Dolli, and we were absolutely delighted by both the food and the service. A special mention goes to Abdallah, who was a wonderful host. He gave us a lovely tour of the Nubian community and shared such interesting insights into its history, it was truly unforgettable. We also want to thank the lady of the house, always smiling and dedicated, who prepared our breakfast every morning with so much care. Thank you so much for such a beautiful and memorable experience.

Everything was perfect, from our arrival to our departure. The hotel is magnificent, the decor is exquisite, and the infinity pool is huge with a view of the Nile. The staff were very attentive without being intrusive. Our room was very comfortable. The breakfast was delicious. We were even able to visit Agatha Christie's famous suite and the presidential suite, a special thank you to the young woman who gave us the tour, unfortunately, I didn't catch her name. We had an excellent stay and wished we could have stayed longer – maybe next time! Thank you for your warm welcome, kindness, and all your thoughtful touches. 😍

Food: Provides local food, fair price, good taste👍 Service: Good service, some staff can speak English, communication is barrier-free; round trip boat ride is free, round trip boat ride during the stay is 200 pounds, round trip to Philae Temple is 400 pounds (it seems that the temple pier charges some fees); we asked the hotel to book a car to Abu Simbel Temple, 4100 Egyptian pounds, a little expensive but it seems to be a service provided by a formal company, the driver is very good👍 Environment: The hotel is opposite the Philae Temple, and it takes about ten minutes to take a boat from the pier to the island where the hotel is located. The scenery of the Nile is beautiful: there will be some geckos in the room, hahaha, but there is no problem with going to the toilet and taking a shower, and the sanitary conditions are better than expected. Overall, it is worth recommending. There is no wifi, but it is an interesting natural experience.

I heard that the more prosperous part of Aswan is the east bank of the Nile, but this is a small hotel in a Nubian village on the west bank of the Nile. If you have a chartered car, you can stay in the village to experience the Nubian culture (there is a section of road under construction into the village, it is not easy to walk and it is very dark at night). You can see the sunrise over the Nile when you go out in the morning. It is very quiet and the small village is also very beautiful. The service is particularly good. The breakfast (some bread, yogurt and boxed juice) will be packed for the morning meeting. There is an independent bathroom, but the light is dim, so I lowered my expectations. It is normal and good conditions in Egypt. At least it is clean, the bath water is hot, and it is not a problem to sleep in clothes for a night.

We had a wonderful stay at Ekadolli Nubian Guesthouse in Aswan and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for an authentic Nubian experience. The hospitality was incredibly warm and friendly from the moment we arrived. Everyone greeted us with genuine smiles and made us feel welcome throughout our stay. The atmosphere was so comfortable and caring that it truly felt like a home away from home. The food was absolutely delicious, with every meal freshly prepared and full of flavor. One of the highlights of our trip was the tour to the Nubian Village, where we learned about Nubian culture, traditions and crocodile breeding. Our guide was knowledgeable, patient, and happy to answer every question we had, making the experience both enjoyable and educational. We noticed that some reviews mention the location as a downside. For us, however, it was not a problem at all. We were always able to arrange transportation whenever needed. While the cost of hiring drivers was slightly higher than what we experienced elsewhere, the convenience and overall experience more than made up for it. What truly sets this place apart is the people. Their kindness, hospitality, and constant willingness to help created a memorable experience that we will never forget. Overall, we are extremely satisfied with our stay. Thank you to everyone at Ekadolli Nubian Guesthouse for making our time in Aswan so special. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Aswan.

Lovely hotel right on the banks of the Nile. The people were nice if a bit awkward. The food menu was tired. The massage is nice but over priced. However, all of Aswan is over priced and it’s hard to find a massage in a Muslim country so we take what we can get. While I think they get a kick out of Crocodile lake it a little sad and serious PETA people could be upset. Gorgeous view though. Great pool and good bar!! Very clean. Comfortable bed and TV has lots of channels. WiFi is not great in your room as it is a brick building but better in lobby. Thanks so much for the boxed breakfasts and ice got our cooler!! I RECOMMEND to the hotel adding the menus to the google docs QR code. Would alleviate a lot of awkwardness.

This is a very contradictory B&B hotel that I don't know if it is worth recommending. Its shortcomings and advantages are very prominent. It is suitable for Internet celebrities to make photos (the following photos are all original photos without retouching), but it is not suitable for anyone who has certain requirements for ”accommodation” itself. If you can find any cheap + clean + similar scenery alternative hotel, it is recommended to change it, but if it is just for taking pictures and scenery, it may be ranked at the top in Nubian Village. First of all, you have to be able to tolerate: 1. The hotel price is not cost-effective in the peak season, and the B&B offers the price of a five-star hotel. 2. Poor room facilities, rough-style furniture and narrow rooms, worrying bed sheets, bathroom shower water overflowing and drainage is useless, no slippers, toothbrushes, hair dryers (phone front desk can provide). 3. The breakfast is self-service and extremely simple and unpalatable, unlike some people who commented on the set and inexplicably praised it. 4. Tolerate or pay more to continue to tolerate the complaints of the chartered driver to drive into Nubian Village, and then contact the hotel by yourself in the middle of the night to change to a three-wheeled motorcycle in the deserted and dark mountains for 15 minutes to doubt life and reach the mountaintop hotel. 5. Other prices are very unreasonable. We originally wanted to book dinner for the New Year's Eve party, but it cost 100 US dollars per person... What did we get here? 1. The balcony of the room can see the unbeatable sunrise on the west bank of the Nile. We witnessed the first light of 2025 here at 6 am. 2. The various poses in the cultural buildings of the Nubian Village are very photogenic. 3. The desert next to the hotel is very photogenic. 4. A very special cultural experience of a group of tourists jumping up and down the mountain in a row of three-wheeled vehicles. 5. The hotel service staff is relatively friendly. Finally, it is explained that Egypt is not a country where tipping is allowed. Carrying luggage is a basic service of any hotel in their country. No one asked for tips during the entire stay.

Benben is a beautiful place and the service is top notch. Why the 3 stars? Our room jacuzzi was way too hot to enter. On the first day they send someone over who added cold water so we could enjoy it. Then on the second day as we are coming back from our day trip and want to relax, we find out our jacuzzi is again way too hot. It’s not fun to wait for them to fix this issue when we want to go in right now and not in an hour or so. Also as a 5 stars hotel, the hot water kept running out in our shower after 15 minutes which is quite crazy. It shouldn’t be like this. Or else we loved everything. The food is really good, and as I said the staff/service is amazing.

The facilities are old, but I decided to stay there because I had to get up at 4am to take part in the Abu Simbel Temple tour. The doorman called a taxi for me to get to the airport for a surprisingly cheap price, so that was a relief.
