WWendy van DrielWe had a great stay in Ibis Pajajaran, personalised service, great breakfast and dinner, perfect Reception service and everybody was really kind. They gave us a top floor room with beautiful views.
Perfect location for visiting the famous botanical gardens. We went back three times just to enjoy the tranquility and beautiful old trees. Thank you for the good time!

AAnonymous UserLocation: The hotel is located across exit 3 of Bogor Botanical Garden. It's a good place to rest after playing the whole day with your kid. There are 2 department stores within 1 km, lots of food stalls & cafes in the vicinity.
Service: Standard amenities were readily available when I entered the room, except towels and bathroom mat. I reported to the front office but they were delivered late, despite housekeeping staff working on my floor.
Food: Breakfast was great! However, the dinner I ordered through room service was tasteless. They have a cafe in the lobby. Drinks were under expectation, but the traditional snacks were marvelous!

GGuest UserCozy for those who want to relax after routines, especially residents outside Bogor. Worth it, the location, the room, the atmosphere. It happened to choose a room with a quiet atmosphere.. Mezzanine Suite type ... Really full rest ... Next yes, come back here again. Ma'aaic Azana Essence Sanggarbuana, which has already been one of the best comfortable hotels. Recommended đđ„°

FFifi EffieFast check-in and check-out. The room was very spacious with great view from 21st floor. Breakfast changes every day for certain items.
Really appreciate the late check-out at 12.30pm instead. Smart TV available which is really good. They replenished the bottles for you but you can refill outside the room via the water dispenser.
Water heater is definitely never an issue here. Every time the water is hot when we want it, for shower or in the bathtub. Really enjoyed the stay here

AArum Octaviani Hadi MulyonoFave is a solid choice for budget travelers. The hotel in Padjajaran, Bandung is clean, and the staff are super friendly. Breakfast has a good variety of Indonesian dishes, with a few Western options.
The location is greatâBotani Mall is just around the corner.
A couple of things to note: thereâs no fridge in the room, and the shower area isnât separated from the toilet, so it can get wet. Itâs manageable, but if that bothers you, consider paying a bit more for a different setup.

- Daily water bottles.
- Good location (close to Botanical Gardens, Indomaret).
- Quiet.
- Comfortable mattress.
Could be better:
- The air conditioning works well, but it's very loud.
- The pillows take a few nights to get used to because they're very thick/high. Also they heat up very very fast, so I needed to cover it with a towel.
Bad:
- Lots of stains on the mattress cover and blankets. Also the towels could look fresher than they did.
- It takes ages to get hot water for a shower.
- Water pressure is highly irregular.

GGuest UserOn the app, I already requested a higher-floor room and one thatâs relatively quiet, but the front desk still gave me the 11th floor (even though the available options were from the 9th to the 20th floor). At first, I thought the 11th floor might be fine, but later at night I realized the pool was right below my room â you can imagine how noisy it was.
When I took a shower at night, I found that the conditioner bottle was completely empty. And around midnight, while I was sleeping, there were people talking loudly at the pool area, and the soundproofing was really poor. And the gym was basically entirely under maintenance.
Overall, the experience wasnât great, although the staff were very friendly.

RRanduMy staycation at The Mirah Hotel was very comfortable. The location is excellent, being close to many establishments like Chocomory, Starbucks, local eateries (for Pecel Ayam), Fat Bubble, and more. However, it would be great if they could consider providing basic amenities such as combs, cotton buds, and shampoo, as these were not available.

GGuest UserThe cleanliness was a bit disappointing as the windows were dirty. Also, there was no bath mat or towels provided in the room, and no spoons for making tea and coffee. I hope they improve both the facilities and overall quality going forward. Thank you.
