"The hotel boasts a unique and cozy design. Its location is excellent, with easy access to everything. We were pleasantly surprised to find a street vendor selling incredibly delicious *bubur* (rice porridge) right outside in the mornings. The only downside was the bed, which was starting to get uncomfortable with a noticeable sag in the middle. Otherwise, everything was fine."

WWendy van DrielWe had a great stay in Ibis Pajajaran, personalised service, great breakfast and dinner, perfect Reception service and everybody was really kind. They gave us a top floor room with beautiful views.
Perfect location for visiting the famous botanical gardens. We went back three times just to enjoy the tranquility and beautiful old trees. Thank you for the good time!

AAnonymous UserLocation: The hotel is located across exit 3 of Bogor Botanical Garden. It's a good place to rest after playing the whole day with your kid. There are 2 department stores within 1 km, lots of food stalls & cafes in the vicinity.
Service: Standard amenities were readily available when I entered the room, except towels and bathroom mat. I reported to the front office but they were delivered late, despite housekeeping staff working on my floor.
Food: Breakfast was great! However, the dinner I ordered through room service was tasteless. They have a cafe in the lobby. Drinks were under expectation, but the traditional snacks were marvelous!

GGuest UserCozy for those who want to relax after routines, especially residents outside Bogor. Worth it, the location, the room, the atmosphere. It happened to choose a room with a quiet atmosphere.. Mezzanine Suite type ... Really full rest ... Next yes, come back here again. Ma'aaic Azana Essence Sanggarbuana, which has already been one of the best comfortable hotels. Recommended 😍🥰

FFifi EffieFast check-in and check-out. The room was very spacious with great view from 21st floor. Breakfast changes every day for certain items.
Really appreciate the late check-out at 12.30pm instead. Smart TV available which is really good. They replenished the bottles for you but you can refill outside the room via the water dispenser.
Water heater is definitely never an issue here. Every time the water is hot when we want it, for shower or in the bathtub. Really enjoyed the stay here

AArum Octaviani Hadi MulyonoFave is a solid choice for budget travelers. The hotel in Padjajaran, Bandung is clean, and the staff are super friendly. Breakfast has a good variety of Indonesian dishes, with a few Western options.
The location is great—Botani Mall is just around the corner.
A couple of things to note: there’s no fridge in the room, and the shower area isn’t separated from the toilet, so it can get wet. It’s manageable, but if that bothers you, consider paying a bit more for a different setup.

Awal check in sekitar jam 3 tanpa deposit, book non smoke tp adanya smoking , kalau non smoke harus nunggu lagi 30 menit dan semuanya readynya connecting door. Kamarnya lumayan bersih dan amenitiesnya lengkap. Fasilitasnya cukup lengkap dan kids friendly. Bf untuk hotel bintang 4 sorry to say biasa aja, menu dari tiap pilihan kaya western, tradisional, dessert sedikit. Coba nasi goreng juga sudah tidak fresh, seperti sudah dimasak dari malam.
Setelah bf mau balik ke kamar boom, ternyata ada acara lomba di lt 16 untuk ratusan peserta dari luar, alhasil ngantri lift lamaaaa bangett harus ngantri sama peserta acara. Sampe bbrp kali nyoba masuk gabisa karna over. Ga sampe situ aja, pas dari kamar mau co ke fo, kayanya bubaran acara juga atau masih rame untuk acara, alhasil nunggu di depan lift udah sekitar 25 menit selalu FULL dari atas yg mau ke ground floor dan lift yang bisa di pencet/akses CUMA SATU lainnya GABISA. Saking lamanya akhirnya coba cari lift untuk hk/service akhirnya pake LIFT KARYAWAN, dan itupun gabisa lgsg ke lt G, harus ke basement/lt 1 trus turun TANGGA. mau co aja berasa abis nge gym karna udah keringetan NUNGGU LIFT, NAIK LIFT KARYAWAN dan TURUN TANGGA trs jalan lumayan ke reseptionist depan.
Please untuk manajemen/sales hotel kalau mau ada acara, dari semua segi diperhatikan mulai dari tmpt, akses, jam acara, kapasitas tamu hotel dan lainnya. Karna di lift setelah acara pun tamu hotel banyak yang complain ke engineer yang ada didalem lift, masnya cuma bisa minta maaf dan menjalankan tugasnya tapi sayang didepan lift gaada dari pihak hotel yang mengatur penggunaan lift yang berimbas pada tamu hotel.
Semoga kedepannya lebih baik lagi, just want to share my experience.

GGuest UserI stayed 3 nights. First of all, check in time was quite slow. The officer asked some questions which are not important. When I entered my room, the smell was too fragrant that makes staying not enjoyable.
The next day when I back to my room, the way the housekeeping cleaned my room not the same as the first day I came. For example, the water jug cap is opened, both mug were opened (while I only use 1 of them).
Breakfast have lots of varieties but keeping the same everyday so if you stay long, it's a bit boring.
The hotel is opposite mall, but for me it's quite crowded so you cannot have morning walk, while the hotel gym was small and so was the swimming pool.
If you ordered food online, the driver also cannot drop to security near lobby but at hotel side. While if it's raining, it will be troublesome.

RRanduMy staycation at The Mirah Hotel was very comfortable. The location is excellent, being close to many establishments like Chocomory, Starbucks, local eateries (for Pecel Ayam), Fat Bubble, and more. However, it would be great if they could consider providing basic amenities such as combs, cotton buds, and shampoo, as these were not available.

IIrene EnawatiOnce booking Already requested side by side But actual separate quite far. At receptionist requested but no available. The hotel’s pictures in trip.com was the old one, actual quite different. One of room no refrigerator. The towel and door mate for 4rooms that we booked has not ready till 5pm (we requested for many times). Swimming pool also small and crowded. But the location if hotel is good. The Car parking is quite small But they offer free Valey parking
